This townhome is an end unit, so enjoys incredible views out the front balcony as well as back deck. Hot tub also enjoys the amazing views.
Walk out the unit to surrounding trails, or to the local restaurants/bars and festivals - or take the bus to ski base for day of skiing.
Stay indoors in beautiful luxury and soak in tub, or play a game with friends or family while relaxing in front of fireplace.

Each bedroom and the living room has a TV with a Roku device, so you can log in to your personal streaming services.
There is also cable service available to watch.

DESCRIPTION OF SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Upper Level:

-Master bedroom: 1 King bed with walk-in closet and master bathroom with tub and shower
-Bedroom # 2: 1 King bed with attached private full bathroom
-Bedroom # 3: 1 set of twin bunk beds and full size sleeper sofa (this sofa bed is perfect for 1-2 children, or 1 willing adult)
-There is another full bathroom on this upper level

Lower Level:

- Bedroom # 4: 1 King bed
- Den has 1 Queen bed
- The lower level has 1 full bathroom

Main level of home has the living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bathroom

We welcome children and families, but please note the unit is not "child proof". We have outlet safety caps in the kitchen pantry.

The host provided a lovely welcome basket. The house was well appointed and conveniently located. There are ALOT of steps and there wasn’t any AC but overall it was a very nice place and I would recommend it for a large group.

Had a great stay in this multi-level unit. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms could use some more lighting…maybe some ceiling fans with lights. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The location was great for the purpose of our stay. Lots of shops, restaurants and walking trails within walking distance. Would stay here again for sure!

The location was perfect for our first time at the Jazz Festival. We were able to walk to the festival each day. Restaurants were close by. There was no need for the use of a car except to go to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay.

Place was great! Beds were comfortable, place was clean. A lot of stairs, as listing shows, so an added thing to think about with little kids. Lots of helpful baby gear in the garage - booster seat for eating, umbrella stroller, etc. Right next to overflow parking lot so plenty of room for multiple cars. Close to everything fun in Winter Park!

The property was very nice and had ample space. The location was convenient to town and close to the ski resort, and had a beautiful view. We had issues with the hot water and hot tub not working, but the owner was responsive and worked to resolve the issues. By the end of our stay, both were working. It’s hard to tell in the pictures, but there are multiple staircases in this property, and stairs are required to get to all of the bedrooms and the kitchen. It is not recommended for people who struggle with stairs. However, it’s a great property for multiple families traveling together or larger groups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property was a great location! Easy walk to restaurant and 10 minute walk to town. Free shuttle service to ski area was short walk away. Nice comfortable house with nice hot tub! Strongly recommend!

This is a townhouse in a great location. We stayed with my family, parents, brother and his family. Downtown was the walking distance, which was really nice. The house had a nice mountain feel. The house definitely could have been cleaner. It felt like many things were kept up to the bare minimum. We were traveling with a 10 month old and I would not recommend this house for anyone with small children. There are five flights of stairs throughout the entire house. The door openings are wide, so from what I can tell most baby gates will not fit.

Wonderful trip and awesome condo and great location in town. Walked everywhere. Plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed to relax and cook. We grilled out and cooked inside. Activity wise we hiked in Rocky Mountain national park, visited a rodeo in Granby, toured Botanical gardens in Denver, went to concert at Red Rocks, shopped and ate out in Winter Park and rode horses and fished nearby. Moose walked past Condo everyday. Great family trip everyone will remember for a lifetime. Thanks Bob!

We stayed at Bob’s place with our family as a spring break getaway, and it was in an excellent location - not far from any of the prime spots and very roomy as well. The place was great, and Bob was very responsive and helpful!

This home had 4 floors which allowed everyone to have some space. The house and hot tub was cleaned and ready to use when we got there. Next time I need a home that holds 12 people I hope this one’s available.

Forget paying for slopeside units that are tiny, worn out and expensive and require you to share a crowded public hot tub most times in a muggy room. Fabulous, well appointed, clean townhouse right on free Winter Park shuttle line (5 min from base) AND with your own outdoor private hot tub!! Kitchen very well stocked with spices, paper goods and ample dish ware for a crowd!! Comfy bed, tons of thick towels and nice linens! Can’t say enough about owner Bob- gracious and quick to help in any way!

We had a family vacation with six adults, one teen and two children. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have an enjoyable time. Great location! Can walk to several restaurants and ski shuttles. We drove to the ski lifts and it was about an 8 minute drive. We have decided we want to go again in the summer and stay here!, Definitely best vacation ever!

We loved our stay in this property. We had 8 adults and the home felt spacious yet cozy. We enjoyed preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen and visiting around the dining room table. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. We would stay here again! Property owner was available for questions and very responsive.

Renting experience and communication with the owner was great. The property was beautiful!! I would like to make recommendations for more cooking utensils, pots and pans, waffle maker. There was several light bulbs out when we checked in, the property was clean maybe just a little bit rushed. Love that we didn’t have to pack shampoo conditioner and body wash as it was supplied. Overall a great experience and beautiful home. Would definitely rent again!!

We absolutely enjoyed our trip in Winterpark, CO! This was a fantastic place to stay with an area that was very close to several things to do. The house was very clean, organized, and family friendly. The hot tub was also very clean and so relaxing after long days of hiking. The house is very open and easy to make yourself at home. Bob was a fantastic host and made sure we always had everything we needed and responded very quickly.

Property was minimally clean. Refrigerator not clean. Oven dirt. Above average utensils, pots and pans. Lack of adequate bath towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There were no wash towels present. Owner had everything locked away and seemed to be more concerned that the next group had bath towels than our presence there at that time. We had to go to Fraser and buy wash cloths.

Property was perfect for our 6 adult/2kid 10 day stay. Plenty of space for everyone including the 2 children (4 & 1 yr). We requested and had waiting for us a Porta-crib for the baby, hiking backpack kid carrier, and high chair....Thank you Bob (owner). Large appointed kitchen and dining area for preparing our group dinners, great family/living room and plenty of space for everyone to gather or 'hide away' for quiet time in the hot tub, front porch or elsewhere. Very quiet neighborhood. We walked most days to eat, shop, and chill out. WP ski resort was only a 10min drive and Rocky Mountain Nat Park only 45min and we found lots of hiking trails and stuff in between.

Overall a great trip. Bob is a great host. Very responsive to any problems or needs. My only suggestion is the carpets needed attention. I would recommend this property and I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and salons. Just a short drive to grocery store and WinterPark Resort.
