ACCESS AND ENTRY: Entering your short-term rental should be easy and organized. Smart lock auto check in with well lit porch and entrance. The large console table so you can place keys, phone and purse is located directly inside the front door. Powder room located as soon as you enter the front door. Walk through the large entryway, past the direct entrance from the garage door to the kitchen and great room area.

KITCHEN / DINING ROOM - Large open concept space provides guests with the opportunity to socialize while meals are being prepared. The 55 "television can be viewed from the kitchen and dining room table.

Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, pots, pans, 11 "electric skillet, toaster, blender, microwave, food processor, more). We also stock oatmeal and dry pasta for our guests to prepare at their convenience. Cutlery service for 8 along with 8 large and small heavy plastic glasses. Don't worry about kids or teens dropping or bumping a glass. Serving for adults and hot drinks for 6, plus flutes of champagne for a toast!
