Tammy and Dave were awesome hosts! The room had all the comforts of home. The outside area was wonderful and relaxing. We watched hummingbirds there all the time. We will definitely go back. We highly recommend this property. We hated returning to Phoenix. It was like being home. Oh I forgot the wonderful comfy bed. I slept like a baby while there.

Nice little studio close to Patagonia. Worked out great for visiting the lake and state park. Cool enough in the evening to open the windows and turn off the air conditioning.

It was perfect for my retreat. I was exhausted as I am managing the care of my 94 yr old mother. I needed to hang outside with birds and meet folks, which I did and then have a comfortable place to rest. All was provided. Lots of attention to detail. Quiet and well located. Thank you so much.

Super convenient to all the birding locations in and near town. Very comfortable bed and seating. And we even used the provided wine glasses to save $5 on our wine tastings!

My husband and I were visiting our old neighbors who were staying at the Patagonia State Park and this was the perfect place for us. The location was great for walking around town and close to hiking trails. The price was great and lots of room for us and our dog. The neighborhood was a little strange but we had no issues and would stay here again. Thanks Patty

Really enjoyed our stay here. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but is really cosy inside. Convenient location just a short walk into Patagonia.

The Studio was very clean. It had a great bed and all the amenities I could ask for. Loved the shower and abundance of towels. The building was in a quiet area. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Next time I'm in Patagonia, I will definitely rent it again.

Loved the room, amenities and location! Watched a thunderstorm from the patio. Bed was comfy! Only downside - the pizza box from Velvet Elvis didn't fit in the fridge! Thank you for a great stay!

We had always wanted to tour the Southeast corner of the state and visit some of the wineries. The town is darling and the location of the unit is a walking block away.
Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The studio surpassed my expectations in terms of the quality of set up and comfort. You pull off the main road and open the door as if you are entering a five-star hotel. Great fixtures, extremely comfortable bed, and excellent shower. Great view of the Red Mountains from the front porch; and Patty is extremely responsive. Convenient to all Patagonia has to offer by walking or driving.

Room was clean and attractively decorated. Cool concrete kitchen and bath countertops . Unfortunately there was no hot water and sheets were polyester vs cotton

Large studio, plenty of room inside for us to spread out. Easy, spacious, safe parking. A few blocks from downtown, easy walk on a nice sidewalk. Basic cooking accommodations (large fridge/freezer, microwave, large electric frying pan, toaster, sink and counter). This place was perfect for us.

I wasn't sure about renting a studio and if we would have enough space to relax but I was really delighted by everything about Casa Hermosa. It is in a wonderful location where you can walk into town or into the neighborhoods behind if you want to stretch your legs. We sat on the porch for hours just reading and enjoying the view and the birds. The studio is so well set up that you have everything you need. It is impressive how they fit so many amenities into one space. The king bed is comfortable with nice linens and plenty of blankets and throws if you need them. The wall unit heats and cools quickly so you can adapt to the weather. It is always cool and quiet inside because the walls are so thick. The coffee maker and toaster and skillet allow you to make small meals and the regrigerator/freezer is a great size. You can eat inside or outside on the shaded patio and there are sofas and chairs next to the large screen tv if you want to relax inside. The bathroom had great amenities and a wonderful large shower. The parking is right out the front door. We had such a wonderful time that we didn't want to leave. Communication with the owners was quick and easy and next time we visit Patagonia this will be our absolute first choice.

The property is very well set up, minimal but just what you need for a long weekend. Location is great, easy access to Patagonia and the local area. Patty is an amazing host! Very pleasant and gracious! This was our 3rd stay here and we will stay here again!

This property was a 1902 ranch. Patty and Dave took an out building and made it into a comfy get-a-way. Open the door and find a clean, creatively designed space. Enjoy the restaurants near by as this casita has limited cooking facilities.

Easy process. Clever use of an old out building. Really nice transformation. Close to numerous sites. Town had few options, but enough, for food early in the week. Would definitely recommend.

The outside of the building was a little shocking and looked like at one time it was a garage. Walk in the door and we were surprised by a charmingly decorated very comfortable little studio with all the amenities.

This place is adorable and so charming! It was clean, upscale and had a large bed and huge TV! The shower is fantastic. It was a 5-10 straight walk to downtown with all kinds of cute boutiques, eateries and a great bar with live music. But it was super quiet & laidback on the property. Like being way out in nature except with nearby attractions.

Quiet, roomy, great location for walking
This property is off the main road through Patagonia, so we were a bit worried about highway noise. Not a problem! It was very quiet and convenient to walk to dinner at the Velvet Elvis and coffee in the morning at the Gathering Grounds. The studio is very roomy, super comfortable king bed and lots of "nice touch" amenities. There's a bench on the front porch, but another chair or two would be nice, as the evenings are cool and the dark night sky invites stargazing.

Well done
Owner did a great decorating job. Very clean. Bed was great. Walkable to town. Very quiet. Only issue we had was that TV, as we understood, Hulu was only available, which showed no live TV and only things to watch were old TV series etc. There is no live net work programing. Since we are "TV people", this was a problem for us and maybe would not be for others. We were there for Artisan Festival and when over at 5 P.M. we would have liked to watch TV later. Other than that, would definitely give a heads up to stay there. Found Patty very easy to work with.
