Welcome to our beautiful home! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in west of Urbandale. You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nearly 2000 sq/ft of finished. You will have plenty of space to move around. Open kitchen with bar/seating and dining area.

Best Vrbo we’ve had. Interior decorating was nice.

We stayed here on two separate trips to the area in less than a month both times the house was exactly as shown. It is a really nice place, great neighborhood, very clean, and had good parking. Beds were comfortable and we felt we had plenty of space. Would be look to stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend for those who are looking.

The upstairs shower sprays water outside of the shower and needs to be addressed

Visiting our nephew and his family, this house is extremely comfortable and within five miles of my nephew’s house. Walked the neighborhood and it’s a very nice space. Second time staying here and will more than likely stay again.

The house is as described in the listing. The location was easy to find and close to our attractions. Bedrooms and closets were roomy, kitchen well stocked for meal preparation and it was very nice to have three bathrooms.

We came out to Iowa to visit with family. This s a great launching pad for all our activities, and the bathroom downstairs was so great for our 83 year old grandpa who has a hard time with stairs.

The check in process was good. Had to contact the owner for door code but she was easily reached . The house needed upkeep. Patio door curtain rod was pulling away from wall, storm door closer was bent so it was a bit hard to close, bathroom was not very clean.
The house was roomy and beds were comfy although a few extra blankets would’ve been nice since bedding was very light.
Bring extra bathroom tissue and towels, those were in short supply.

Lots of room, clean and very comfortable beds. Could use more in kitchen for a longer stay. Needed a blender and hand mixer. Also needed kitchen towels and more bath towels. Should totally put a game room in the basement /That would be a great area for kids to hang out

The house was just what we needed for a relaxing stay in Urbandale. We came to see the Des Moines quilt show and shop. It was so nice to stay in such a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed.

Our trip was booked last minute and I was very fortunate to find this property available for my family of 5. The home was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items and well maintained. My only issue was the tub in the master bath did not drain well so hopefully that will get taken care of soon. I would defintely stay here again!

This was perfect place to stay. We had 4 adults and each were able to have our own room. The place was very clean, updated, and decorated nicely. The host had great communication. I hope to stay here again when we are back in Des Moines.

Beautiful house, in a great neighborhood.
My family stayed at this property for 4 nights. It suited our needs perfectly. The house is just as it is in the pictures. Clean and spacious. It has a great backyard and back patio. Perfect place to hang out and enjoy the evenings. The area and neighborhood is great, and close to wherever you need to go.
The only (and it is small) complaint I have is that the master bedroom could use some blinds to block the sun as it's coming up. But, if you are looking at this property to book, I would recommend it. It's great!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood just outside of Des Moines
Property was comfortable and as described. Access to Des Moines attractions and airport were close and easy to get to. Plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. in the area. Home owners were quick to respond and great to work with!

Nephew’s graduation
My sisters (2) and myself stayed at this house for a high school graduation weekend. The location was outstanding, as we were less than 2miles from my relatives house. The house was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Much better than a hotel. Would recommend this property!
