Location was central and convenient to multiple restaurants and bars in capital hill. Was also near light rail for easy commute to and from the airport.
Was spacious and very clean.
Air conditioning was perfect for the random heat wave going on for our trip. And rooftop space was great for the weekend where we happened to catch the blue angels.

Great location to everything! Very walkable neighborhood and easy to get to public transit. The roof top deck has superb views. Overall a very comfortable place to stay in Capitol Hill!

Great home, perfect for 3-4 people in a great location. Parking could be tricky. We didn’t have a car so worked out fine.

We loved how close this property was to the Light rail, we used it to get around and didn’t need to rent a car. It is an uphill walk from the Link to the property which we didn’t mind (keep in mind for luggage and groceries). The view from the rooftop was amazing! You can see downtown, the Space Needle, and the Olympic mountains (on a clear day). Cap Hill has plenty of good restaurants and cafes to visit during your stay. Grocery shopping was easy to do with a short walk to QFC or Safeway.

My husband & I stayed here for a birthday getaway with another couple for 3 nights. It suited our needs perfectly and the layout worked well with another couple as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom but could share meals and visit otherwise. 10 min walk to the light rail. Good neighborhood. Quiet place. Only complaint was no toaster !!

The VRBO was very clean and super great to stay in. We arrived late at night, so it was a little hard to find the building at first in the dark. The door code and WiFi information was texted to me beforehand which was super appreciated. The only thing I wish the VRBO would've had was K-cups or coffee for the coffee machines provided in the kitchen. Otherwise, this suited our needs perfectly. We were able to explore Capital Hill and getting Ubers for night life was a breeze!

Wonderful condo located in Capitol Hill. Easy access to restaurants. It could use a toaster! Other than that, fabulous stay.

I stayed for nearly a week at this bright multi-floored unit that is a quick walk to the main commercial strip of Capitol Hill. Fantastic modern unit in a great neighborhood with lots of light, a roof deck with a fantastic view, and all the amenities. Excellent wifi for remote work. Given that the unit spans four floors including the roof deck, each floor is fairly compact, but large enough for comfortable living. The layout requires moving from floor to floor fairly often - for instance, you need to go up or down a flight of stairs from the main living space to reach a bathroom, so this might not be the best unit for someone with knee problems.
This unit great if you don't have a car, as it's walkable to the airport train and centrally-located for transit and car services, but if you do drive your own car, parking is challenging. The neighborhood has 2-hour time limits on street parking, but there is a 24 hour parking garage nearby.

The entire experience with vacasa was horrible. I booked through booking.com but then I had to call in to vacasa to verify my identity. This took over an hour as I kept being put on hold then hung up on. When we got to the place we realized there is no parking. The street parking is very hard to find and you actually need to have a permit to stay longer than 2 hours during the day. I texted and called the number for the local property manager and never got a response. The place was okay but there is only one tv and the only couch barely fits 2 people. The beds are super hard. There is no traditional coffee maker, instead a nespresso machine. Weirdly, the cups provided were actually for a keurig so we had to go find coffee every day. There are very few dishes and the “wine glasses” were small plastic wine glasses. There are no homey touches. Unfortunately it is too far to walk to downtown. With all the extra fees it was $500 Canadian a night. Absolutely not worth it and I will never rent from a vacasa run property again due to the poor service.

The location, the facilities, the comfort... everything is there to spend a pleasant stay. I recommend without hesitation!

Nice quiet place, furnished well and reasonably priced. Top deck a plus! Public transportation, shopping, restaurants all walkable; not sure about parking (street parking may be limited to 2 hours without a permit?) but this was not an issue for us because we didn't need parking

Main kitchen floor and of course the private roof deck with spectacular view of downtown and the Space Needle!

The space was well decorated and very clean. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making the spot comfortable for the guests. There were pots and pans, plates, silverware in the kitchen. There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom. They’ve also included storage to store your clothing or other items if you need it. They even provided umbrellas at the front door for those that weren’t prepared for the weather.
The only problem is that there is no parking at this location (which they mentioned). We underestimated the parking limitations here. Parking is kind of a pain since you need to have a permit to park for a certain amount of time so we needed to move the car a few times during the day. But I think you’re okay at night until 9 AM.
Part of the check out instructions were to throw in the sheets into the washer and to start them IF we can. We’ve tried to but the door to washer wouldn’t close all the way. I don’t think this was a problem for us since we usually run laundry back at home but this could be a problem for those that like to use the washer and dryer.

Everything was great but the only reason that i couldn’t give it a five stars rating is because there is no parking. You have to park on the streets and one night I spent 2 hours driving around to find a spot.
