Nice neighborhood.
Beach was further than advertised. The living room had Oversized slip covers on the mismatch couches & one couch was broke. The a/c isn’t working properly. Upstairs did not reach temperature on the thermostat and downstairs was very cold. Although the house was picked up, the floors were dirty as well as dishes in the cabinet. There are a lot of rentals in the area. I would highly recommend looking into another property. I usually do not submit reviews but, in this case, I felt compelled to provide my experience.

Plenty of room. Well equipped for meals. Ice. Could not ask for more.

We enjoyed our Narragansett stay at 6 Ashton. The house was very comfortable. Nit picky complaints would be that the kitchen table only has 5 chairs in a house that sleeps 12. The six queen beds were super comfortable. The house is filled with everything you need. Even things that you didn’t think you needed. The shed is filled with everything you need for the beach. Hint, it’s a bit longer than a seven minute walk. Otherwise, I would stay here again. Great family stay.

Great place, neighborhood, and convenience to all things in Narragansett
Awesome stay. Had 2 families with 4 kids total from ages 2-4. Easy trip to and from Scarborough beach. House if fully equipped with all you could need. Clean and comfortable. Only issue about the house is the AC/HVAC. Cold down stairs but the upper level HVAC needs servicing - it would get very warm and the AC couldn’t keep up. Overall, a wonderful stay.
