Charming tri-story duplex home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need on the first level. House includes Google Homes, 50’ TVs, and a place to work! Ideal for 6 people!

Backyard outdoor patio is great for relaxing and privacy, perfect for your friends with 4 legs! Fenced backyard with plenty of space with a great grill, chairs and zero landscaping

Location is unbeatable with a very short walk to Childrens, CU Anschutz, and VA Hospitals as well as the RTD light rail and bus stops. For drivers, you can hop on the highway quick to get around the city at ease! 20 minutes from the DIA, 25 minutes from downtown. Ideal and central location for everything you are looking for!

For me cleanliness and safety come first! Communication is also key! If you need anything please let me know! I want to make sure you have a good experience.

Myriam’s place was exactly what our youth athletes needed while we were in town for a tournament. The house and kitchen were very clean and organized, with plenty of space for everyone. We had a great time, thanks for having us!

We stayed at this property for a softball tournament. It met all of our needs. Property was clean when we arrived. Although we were unable to get the Xfinity app to work on the tv like they said they had, we were still able to get all other apps to work on the tv.

This townhome is close to the airport and was easy to get to. There are plenty of beds for a family to stay. Host communication was quick and outstanding! Thank you

The house was more than adequate for my 5 family members while we visited Anschutz Medical for a serious surgery for my grandson. The backyard was private and pretty which we needed after spending all day in the hospital. Everything we needed was provided; the washer and dryer were welcomed; and linens were plentiful. Our host was definitely available and helpful. Hopefully, we will never need a house this close to Anschutz ever again; but we would definitely recommend this location for its convenience to all the hospitals and medical centers.

This property has first-rate reviews for good reason. Everything was clean and well-ordered and ready for our stay. The kitchen is on the small side for a family, but the bedrooms are spacious and we got along comfortably. Location is excellent, too, with access to major Denver-area routes.

The home was nice. Remodeled kitchen. Easy access to get everywhere in the Denver area. Only drawback was it had been raining a lot so backyard was muddy and not grassy for our dog so we just walked him around the neighborhood. Easy places to walk and potty him.

The house was located close to the hospital for my mom’s surgery. Very clean, lots of fresh towels, extra blankets, and excellent amenities. It was very convenient having 2 full bathrooms and a half bath as well. Definitely would stay here again if I need to be near the hospital in the future.

Our stay was pretty good. We have a bigger family so we had about 8 of us and no complaints from anyone. Backyard was different than in the pictures it’s all rock no grass, owner notified me after the place had already been booked. No complaints there either just wish we couldn’t brought our dog.

The stay was pleasant, very clean, lots of towels, all kitchen appliances available, laundry supplies and so forth. It was disappointing that when we arrived we were not able to get into the home and had to wait about 30 min for owner to come and let us in. She was to have someone come and put batteries in door code so we would not have to worry about carrying keys around. Guessing it was dead batteries that code would not work. Unfortunately no one came to do that. When we checked out we had to leave door unlocked as no way of locking it. This was her instructions. The backyard was not usable like the pictures show.. No lawn, it was all rock and landscape cloth. TV has no cable no nothing. We don't have stick or netflix. Would be nice to know that ahead of time. The site also says that bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a sofa/futon but there was none so we were actually short a bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient enough to various activities, we went to the Rockies game, the Zoo, and Bandimere Speedway. The home had everything we needed to feel like home, and the Property Manager was very responsive and accommodating. The home was spacious and the kitchen made cooking while on vacation easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Booked this property for a week in July 2023. Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen updated and spacious. Stocked well with cookware and utensils. Property owner was easy to work with and communicated frequently. House had plenty of plates but somewhat lacking in silverware and cereal bowls. There were only tea cups, no coffee cups. The biggest issue with our stay and it wasn’t big but the backyard was not as advertised. It was unusable for our stay as it was all covered in tarp and none of the outside furniture or grill were ready for use. Our pup came with us and we planned to use the backyard space often, but we never did given the condition. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the owner was great to work with. Would stay here again.

It was very convenient to check in and out. The house was fine. It was a little shy on towels, washcloths, and cooking utensils, but we never asked for anymore so probably need to check as soon as you get there.

We came to Denver for a work conference. The home was clean, comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. Overall, our stay was great. We would stay here again.

Overall, a perfect place for our needs. The owner (Myriam) is great with communication. Plenty of towels and sheets if needed. House worked great for two of us who needed to be able to work from home. Giant yard, although not landscaped, but good for pets to exercise. Air conditioning works great.

Our group was competing in a 3-day Ultimate tournament at the Aurora Sports Complex. This place was perfect - providing a great location that provided restaurant choices and easy drive to the fields. Everything was clean and our stay was very comfortable. Myriam was easy to reach and helped take care of my Amazon delivery that got there early!

The communication with owner was great, she took the time to answer my questions and the check in process was easy and great. The location was very important for us to get around to family and venue. Close to everything you can need and easy access to main roads. The place was great and exceeded our expectations. Super comfortable for my parents and Husband and I , my sister and husband ended up joining us and they took the bottom bedroom the only complaint they had it was a bit loud with plumbing but that’s to be expected being the basement but they had the whole floor to themselves and shower and that made up for it. Also everything you needed was there from shower essentials to paper plates and pam lol. Also love that it had washer and dryer if needed we didn’t have to use it but the convenience of having it was great. Overall I look forward to booking again in the future when we visit family. Thank you so much

Excellent property! The area isn't fsr from the airport and you're about a 20 minute drive from most things. Doentown denver isn't far either. Myriam was also very accommodating of our group and the multiple questions we had for her during our stay. All in all a great property and an even better host! Thanks Myriam!
