About this house rental

This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

The location and room were amazing. The room had a balcony that overlooked the river were people were tubing. We didn't like the bed. It was hard as a rock and the pillows weren't much better. We didn't get any sleep and woke up sore and tired. The bathroom did not have shampoo, bar soap for the shower or a hair dryer.

My husband and I like how the condos have different themes; our unit was NASCAR. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all the tubers float down the river. It was the perfect location, nice and quiet yet still close to town to enjoy all that Helen has to offer.

We loved everything about this apartment. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Fantastic location. Just a short walk to downtown Helen with it's many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. we would stay there again.

The condo was perfect for our stay. We loved the double sided fireplace. The only issue we encountered was the shower. The water only reached a Luke warm temp all the way on hot. The location was perfect!

The location was perfect, the view was perfect, check-in was perfect, within walking distance to everything, super-duper clean...sooo spacious! Communication was great! We go to Helen yearly, sometimes twice a year, this place is definitely on the return list!!

The condo was different than anywhere we have stayed. Lock to hose and then lock combo to 4 inside condos. Private ,yet within walking to everything. Nice kitchen and bedroom and livi room. Both bedroom and living area have door to balcony overlooking river. I loved it! Only downfall was shower was luke warm...hopefully that will get fixed.

Condo was very nice and cozy. Great porch to relax and watch the river. Everything in walking distance from the condo. There was a couple of pieces of furniture with some damage-reported. My only issue was that the coffee maker was very dirty. I had to clean it before being able to use it. Not a huge deal but extra time should be taken to ensure it is clean a free of coffee residue (carafe and under filter basket). Will definitely be back.

You’re in the midst of all of Helen at this location. It was a great property. Quiet at all times. My fiancé and I loved the area. It was our first visit and one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Wi-Fi was good as well.

The property was very clean and had all of the items we needed. It is very centrally located, so you can walk to restaurants, shops, and even tubing. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the sounds of the river in the mornings.

The property was very clean and despite recent renovations furniture was still very worn down. The location was very convenient to the downtown area and the view if the river was wonderful. The kitchen was spotless with very nice and updated appliances. If you are short be prepared to have to climb into bed as it is very tall. My reason for giving such a low score, because overall it would have been higher, is that my interaction with management was not great. When i booked this condo it was before they updated the photos and it still had a bath tub and the decor was not Nascar. When i called to talk to them about it they were essentially unwilling to work with me. When searching for condos i would not have even given this one a second glance if i saw it in its current state because i like a tub and Nascar isnt my thing. They did offer to let me move to an 8 person condo but i would have to pay the difference and a refund was out of questiin even though the condo i booked technically no longer existed. All that being said i stayed there and didn't totally hate it. Will i book with them again? No. I would also advise getting the vrbo insurance as their policies are unreasonable wleven when they present something different than what they are actually giving.

We loved the proximity to downtown and everything is within walking distance! Check in and out was simple and easy. The room was very clean and nice for my fiancé and I for the weekend. Only giving 4 stars because the bed wasn’t very comfortable, in our opinion. Aside from that, I’d recommend!
