This ultimate mountain getaway delivers an incredible location close to the Snowmass fun. Stroll across the street to access three separate lifts or some quick beginner lessons at Treehouse ski school. Après-ski awaits at the shared Tamarack pool and hot tubs, or at nearby Base Village and Snowmass Mall. Then kick back in front of the gas fireplaces in the privacy of this updated four-bedroom, three-bath chalet.
Modern comforts and a classic ski-lodge style marry in the sunlit living area, with comfortable seating for your whole group. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and a 60-inch TV with cable. The well-equipped kitchen has ample counter space to work your culinary magic. Create delicious dishes with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The handsome dining table seats eight, perfect for your next dinner party.
With four bedrooms, this two-story townhome has plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary bedroom featuring a gas fireplace, a king-size bed, and 40-inch TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom has an enclosed tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly on a plush king bed in the guest suite, located downstairs. The en-suite bathroom is configured with an enclosed tub/shower combination. Two more upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with two twin beds, while the bathroom down the hall has a walk-in shower. Sip a cup of hot cocoa on the private deck furnished with seating for four and plenty of space for unlacing ski boots. Additional in-suite amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
Community amenities at Tamarack include an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, open seasonally. Ski across the street - The Elk Camp Gondola, Sky Cab, and Village Express are all just 200 yards from your door. Adjacent to the lifts, you’ll find Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center, which gives the best lessons in town. Après-ski is a breeze with the shops at nearby Snowmass Mall and ice skating at the gorgeous new Base Village. The complimentary Village Shuttle also stops across the street from your townhome and can even get you to Aspen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is in need of some simple maintenance. the main rug needs a deep cleaning along with the fabric chairs and couch. The toilets upstairs keep running and the shower upstairs part of the master suite keep dripping also. The shower door in the middle bathroom upstairs didn’t stay closed either. These aren’t big issues but for $1,200 a night shouldn’t be happening.
All and all it has a good location and works well for families.
