This was a great rental for our family. Very accessible to town of Monterey. Pictures on website represent house accurately. It’s very well appointed with everything you need and very clean and comfortable! Really nice backyard space and the manager was quick with responses and flexible with letting us get in a little early. Highly recommend.

Immaculate, cozy, and inviting with all the amenities for a peaceful, wonderful stay ! The outdoor space is incredible and we loved the putting range and outdoor t.v with the lights. Beds are amazingly comfortable and could not have been more pleased!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is perfectly stocked. Vincent is very responsive and professional. We had an amazing weekend at Sea Otter. The proximity of the house to the Laguna Seca Raceway couldn’t be better. We spent nights in Carmel walking, dining, shopping, and it was very easy to get to from the house. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

The listing is accurate, and the home is very nice, updated, and clean. The area is safe and quiet, yet within a mile or so of stores and restaurants. The host was very accommodating with a special request so I'd definitely recommend it.

Newly remodeled and everything you could ask for in a VRBO. Great backyard for hanging out with the putting green, fire pit, TV, couches and BBQ. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely look to book this place again when coming down to the Monterey area to visit family.

The house is located in a neighborhood in the hills only 15 minutes from Carmel and Monterey. The neighborhood is walkable, but you do need a car to get to coffee, grocery stores, etc. That being said, services are very close and accessible. After you spend time trying to find parking and braving the crowds in Carmel, you will really enjoy this peaceful abode. The house was roomy, clean, and had abundant coffee which was very much appreciated by my family. We loved the putting green in the back as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed here for my mom's 60th birthday. The location was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and my dad and nephew really enjoyed the mini putt outdoors. We really had a relaxing weekend and would stay here again!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The decor was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Vincent was always available for questions, very responsive!! Our favorite was the outdoor space, we spent every morning and evening out there. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a place to take family on a short, overnight stay, and this was the perfect property for my family’s high level of expectations for cleanliness in the bedrooms and bathrooms. They are used to staying in hotels and were apprehensive about this rental, but they were comfortable at the end of the day. The putting green in the backyard was icing on top of the cake! Great location close enough to Monterey, where we spent most of our time exploring.

This property is exactly as stated in the VRBO app. It is beautifully appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the shared areas worked perfectly for our group of 3 sisters. Access to some amazing restaurants, beaches to visit and places to walk are within a short drive.

This property is located in nice neighborhood in a perfect location. We enjoyed exploring Carmel and Pebble Beach. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Nice layout with all the amenities of home. Nice touch with backyard TV and putting green. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we thought the house was perfect for our stay. The backyard golf putting and fire-pit setup was entertaining and cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. Location was in a cute and quiet neighborhood which we appreciated, but it wasn’t far from Monterey or Carmel. Good central location to get around for what we wanted to do.

The property was amazing. We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for us, it was 2 couples and each had a baby, so the layout of the room were perfect. There are three rooms and two bathrooms. The house was very clean and has everything you would need including: pack-n-play, highchair, basic seasonings, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans, etc. Would love to come back to enjoy the yard.

Perfect place for 3 couples with plenty of space and comfortable queen beds. We had a great time lounging in the backyard in the evenings by the fire pit. The property was very clean, updated and located near our activities. Vincent was quick to reply when booking and to my questions. Would definitely recommend.

This house is PERFECT. The reno is absolutely beautiful, location is great (so close to downtown without paying the beachfront hotel prices) the house has pretty much everything you'd need and the communication was so quick. My future brother in law isn't a great sleeper and he said "I haven't slept this well anywhere in a decade". Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and we could tell no shortcuts were taken in the design, linens, and amenities offered. We had everything we needed for our family and were surprised to find a highchair and a pack n' play! The outdoor space was great and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Vince was super communicative and helpful! We let him know that we were going to be coming in late, and the house was all lit up so we could find it! It’s a beautiful home! We had a great time utilizing the putting green and fire pit in the back. Each bedroom is pretty spacious and we all slept well. Plenty of throw blankets to stay cozy around the home. And it’s an easy drive to Carmel, Monterey etc. The owner is easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone!
