My family loved this home. It's a great space, very family friendly, and in an incredible location. We couldn't recommend this home enough.
The home was very clean, there's a bathroom for each bedroom, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals.
We visited during a heat wave (about 90 degrees each day), and the lack of air conditioning was not a problem. We kept the windows closed during the day (the thermometer inside the house never got above 76), and as the sun set, opened them to enjoy a wonderfully cool breeze overnight.
There is a lot of parking available and it was never an issue.
Like the home, the pool area was very clean. We saw the maintenance team cleaning it every morning. The pool area has two hot tubs and a wading pool (less than a foot deep), so if you're traveling with little swimmers, they'll enjoy it.
The home is very close to Nottingham Park with its walking loop, beach, playground, and movie nights. There is a lot to explore, and our two year old had a blast in this park.

Great property with plenty of space and amenities we loved the proximity to the the lake and the park

The condo was beautiful and clean. We had a great time! The only downfalls were we were hot at night in the upstairs bedrooms even with fans, but that’s nothing they can control. Also, parking was an issue at times since we were there for baseball tournament and were carrying ball bags and coolers in and out and had to park a long way away many times. Otherwise the home was great and the lake, tennis courts, pool and hot tub area was super fun for the kids. We would return!

This was our first trip to Colorado and we will be back! So much of what makes a good vacation depends on where you get to land. This place fit us perfectly and exceeded our needs. We loved the space, the amenities and the fact that when we ate breakfast at the table or played a round of dominos it looked like we were sitting in a tree house. There were plenty of blankets for cozying up on the sofa for a movie from the DVD collection while the cool mountain air flows through the open windows and screen door. Our only disappointment was leaving. There were plenty of linens and even pool towels for a dip in the pool or trip to the lake. This host thought of everything! This trip was just our family of 3 teenagers and my husband and me, but we could easily travel with another family of 5 that included a toddler or infant. This host is prepared for all stages of life. You should book this place every time you find yourself near Vail. Lastly, our family went on a rafting trip and the tour left from Avon and we found great eating spots close by and everything we needed at the City Market. We will see you again!

Great Condo. Beds were very comfortable. Place was very clean.

An excellent place to stay for the price. Easily accommodated our 2 families of 4.
Bunk beds were good size/length - a 6ft, 15 yr old had no issues.
Although the description says no firewood provided there was at least a cord on the balcony when we arrived. This was an extremely welcome site. We had fires every night and barely made a dent in the stack.
Living room couches were good quality and super comfy and the interior had a nice ski-house decor.
We cooked in most nights and had a few wild games of LCR at the big dining table.
The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cookware and drinkware.
A couple nitpicks - some of the pans have seen better days and were pretty scratched up (cooking eggs was messy) Also one very minor gripe: there were 2 can openers, bordering on useless. Again a small thing but when you’re in the middle of cooking a large dinner it was annoying.
Shuttle service was frequent. The BC West shuttle picks you up right in front of the unit. The Avon bus service is a short walk to the end of the parking lot. Speaking of parking - spots can be tough to come by but I only had to park in the other lot once. Not a big deal.
Kids loved the hot tubs.
Would definitely return!

We have come for the last four years. Overall it’s the same and some parts need more care and attention. It’s kid friendly with a bunk room and good shuttle service to taco truck and bus stop to get to lifts.

Great condo with nice individual bedrooms/baths.
Convenient free shuttle to Beaver and Vail that ran every 15 minutes. Walking distance to market.
Only a few misses. Some kitchen cabinet doors broken. Hot tub was not hot and about a block away. Offensive graffiti on the chalk board in the condo. (why didn't cleaners wash it? )

Beautiful mountain cabin that is 5 mins walking distance to the Westin gondola of Beaver Creek. The cabin was spacious, clean, warm and fully stocked with firewood. Host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Will definitely be returning for years to come!

Great place to stay! I do want to let the management know that there were hairballs in the drains and that parking was a bit of a nightmare I’m trying to get a spot close to this specific location (we’ve not had that trouble before with other units). Owners have made a lovely haven and you will not be disappointed. Even if there are hairballs- but hairballs are gross… so you should get that looked at.

Great location, huge unit, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, huge fireplace with plenty of wood and fire starter. Hot tub, sauna and heated pool one building over.

Perfect for kids!
The place was very cozy, and family friendly. Nice sized kitchen, bathrooms and bed rooms. Loved that it had a log cabin feel with furniture and fixtures made of wood. We had 4 kids that stayed in the bunk room. They loved it. The dolls/bear blankets and bean bags were also big hits. It's a short distance to Vail and Beavercreek. Plus shuttles pull up right in front for pick ups. Pool and hot tubs were close and convenient. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit back.

Great location, easy shuttle system. Pool could use servicing, but the condo itself was spacious, cozy and well stocked.

Family-oriented condo
The condo was smaller in size than what was anticipated but the location was great and the private ski shuttle that picks you up right outside the condo was an added plus when trucking young children to the slopes. The place is rich with loads of DVDs and toys for the kids of all ages. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups and silverware for both adults and children. Plus the recreation center that was awesome for the kids as well as the city bus (Avon Skiers express) was only a two minute walk from the condo. The only glitch on arrival was that there are signs in front of the condo that says “ permit parking only”. We didn’t find the “community parking lot” noted in the condo description and there were no signs. When we called regarding parking, Vacasa didn’t know what to tell us. Luckily the Office was still open who provided us a Parking Pass for the Permit slots.
The only con to this place is that the outdoor pool and 2 (not 3) hot tubs were in a totally different building that required a 3 minute walk outside in the cold which is quite inconvenient when you travel with children. Plus we had to ask several people where the pool was located since its not well marked. Otherwise, the place was great for a family ski-getaway. Thanks again.

Wonderful Place!
Stayed here for a 4 day ski trip in February. Skied two days at vail and two days at beaver creek. Both resorts were within a ten minute drive. This condo was wonderful. Very clean and very spacious. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. Very cozy and location is great. Loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

First time visit at Avon and Colorado. We had a wonderful time staying at the rental. The place was clean and nicely decorated just as described. Turnkey provided timely reminders and curtsey checking so we felt fully supported at all time.

Avon condo
Great location! We were in Vail for the lacrosse tournament. Kids were able to swim, play tennis, and paddle board on the lake in between games. Condo was clean and spacious. The only house keeping needs - no serving bowls/platters, couldn’t figure out how to dispense coffee out of the coffee maker and queen mattress needs to be replaced. Thank you for a great stay!

Convenient location
Overall our stay was satisfactory, the unit is nicely decorated, well equipped, conveniently located to activities, and spacious. The condos are older and the pool area is worn down but our unit was in good shape. The cons: problem with sink due to a previous visitor leaving a spoon in drain but thankfully it was at end of stay and it was repaired. Biggest complaint though was on our first night after a long day on the road we began receiving text messages that we were making too much noise. We were making dinner and other than using the blender there was no other loud noise being made. We were informed a device that records loud noises for security purposes was being used. We felt this was odd and had never encountered this with past rentals. We did receive an apology which is appreciated but would have preferred to have been notified that this type of device was being used. Also not a negative but more of an FYI, for those who have never rented a unit without A/C it definitely takes some getting used to. There are fans and windows open for breeze but it was still too hot during the day.

Stay
Everything was good- there were odd socks behind the couch and dresser which was odd. The tv in the bunk bed room didn’t work so my girls were disappointed at night when they were settling in to not have that. The front desk had no record of our stay and told us we needed to contact Turnkey to get the code for the door and to check in.
The location is great next to the lake with access to a beautiful park full of amenities.

Wonderful place
The unit was great for us, especially the bunk beds and my kids loved the “bear” decor.

Pre check in info is thorough. Easy to follow.
Condos clean. Buses run regular to the slopes. You get off one and then finish on another but total time to slopes is around 10 minutes. Nice fireplace. Its a small walk to the hot tub and pool. Look for the signs to jo tub. A little hard to find.
