About this house rental

Azul Paradise is perfectly packed with amenities to make your visit to IRB spectacular! This 4 bedroom, 3000 sq. ft. house boasts a heated pool with covered cabana, putting green, ping pong table and more games. It includes a street legal golf cart that seats six for trips to the beach and restaurants all over IRB. Three car garage was converted to indoor/outdoor entertainment rooms with ping pong, connect 4, bag toss and more. There is ample off street parking in the circular drive. This is the perfect house for entertainment after the beach and can easily accommodate larger groups.

The bedrooms include: a master with king bed, second bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with queen bed and a fourth bedroom with king bed and full bunk bed.

The house is located less than 2 minutes from the beach by golf cart and the city park is one block away with tennis, pickle ball courts, basketball, a baseball field and a skateboard park.

Property was everything advertised. Pool and backyard were fantastic and great place to hang after a trip to the Beach. Golf cart was real handy to get around the local area and to the beach.Bedrooms were nice and accommodated our needs. Master bedroom was huge and bathroom-shower-tub was top notch. Putting green provided additional activity for all. I give it a 5 star rating!

This house was more perfect than we could have expected! Very clean, plenty of room and we were never bored. This home is gorgeous. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely be on our list of places to come back. Also we couldnt have chosen a better location!

Nice home but not the best for small children; lots of stairs. This 3 story home has 3 bathrooms; 2 very small on the first floor and the master bath that is huge on the second floor. The problem was two of the bathrooms are on the first floor and the kids bunk-beds are on the 3rd floor. For anyone on the 3rd floor it's a hike to the bathroom at night. The master bath is beautiful in the pics but the shower does not function the best (seemed very old). The A/C's are run off the nest systems (3) and for over 16 hours we had no A/C on the main floor; and the system had to be serviced during our stay (it was a general maintenance issue - nothing was broke). We enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice.

Had a big oh wow when we first pulled up to the house. Our group was 3 couples and 1 additional friend. We had more than enough space for everyone. The pool is great for chilling and the beach is super close. Would absolutely book this again!

This house, perfectly situated in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach, shops, and nature trail/playground, had so many fun features and surprises! It was a toss up between the golf cart, ping pong table, putting green, and fun pool as the kid’s’ favorite parts of the house. The master bedroom is huge - big enough for extra blow up beds, the 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for a group of kids- but not so much for adults since it lacked a bathroom. The kitchen was big enough for a large group, bar and outdoor table was great for dinner, and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee. Tom, the owner, was extremely responsive when we called about a leak and he appreciated our feedback about the lack of a vacuum for us to use during our stay (so much sand w/ 7 kids). He went out and purchased one for the house for future guests. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and may even come back to it one day ourselves!

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! It's the perfect size for large groups to sleep comfortably. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. We spent more time outside than we did inside. I wish we could have stayed longer. The large kitchen was another highlight for us. We never felt cramped. I would definitely recommend this for your next vacation!

Loved everything about this place! The spacious rooms, attention to detail, and the Golf Cart!! The Master bedroom is the size of an apartment and so beautiful!! We had a great time as a family of 12 staying in this house. Their was plenty to do on site for all the ages and enough room for everyone. Tom did a wonderful job communicating with us before the trip as well as when we were on site. The only thing I would recommend is to bring bug spray for those nights out by the pool. The bugs are relentless. This is in no way a reflection of the homeowner, it’s just summer in Florida. I would highly recommend this home.

Convenience of beach chairs and wagon plus a golf cart! 5 min walk to the beach. Lots in walking distance. Instacart groceries were quick. Communication was awesome with owner. He was very flexible to work with. We will definitely be back! Pool was awesome with a large outside area! We spent half the trip out there ❤️

Azul Paradise was the best experience we have had with any rental property. We hosted our adult kids, spouses and grand child. Lots of room and the configuration of the outdoor spaces with the transformed connected garages, pool, grill area, putting green felt like we had activities going on everywhere. The golf cart was super handy making use of the “cart parking only” areas at the beach. IRB Sunsets were beautiful… only 40 minutes from Tampa airport made direct flights easy. Oh and Tom, the host, provides an App that leaves no stone unturned. He was great and very accommodating.

The property is just as pictured and described. This is the first time we have rented a house and it has exceeded our expectations. The kids enjoyed the backyard and game room. My wife enjoyed the poolside lounge chairs. Tom was great and communicated everything well. The property maintenance company is also very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness of the property.

This was a terrific property for our family to accommodate my dad who needed a first floor bed/bath and my teenagers who liked the pool, ping pong and bag-o games. It is spacious, clean and the property manager is great with communications. We especially like having the golf cart to run over to the beach for sunset! Highly recommend!!
