The Space
The JTWest Casa is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house nestled in the middle of the quiet part of town, but still very close to all the action.
Bedroom 1 features a King-sized bed with an extra plush mattress.
Bedroom 2 features two Queen beds with memory foam mattresses.

This house is wonderful! We had been wanting to visit the Joshua Tree area and the place is perfect. The house is very roomy for 3 adults with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. A/C and fans worked great to cool the place down. We were here in May when the desert was still blooming and birds, squirrels and bunnies were everywhere! Extra touches include top brands of shampoos, conditioners and lotions for our dry skin. They even have a cute older collection of classical music vinyl and a record player, plus yoga mats in the closet! Large screen TV in the living room with lots of streaming options. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone who wants a nice, quiet place to stay in the beautiful high desert.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. House was clean and nice. Mostly used it just for sleeping and showering. One disappointment was that listing showed a washer and dryer included, but there was none to be found for our access. We were counting on it as we were in the middle of a week-long trip. Didn't contact owner as we didn't want to bother him late. Otherwise, all was good.

Eric's Joshua Tree West Casa is such a perfect place for us to stay while visiting Joshua Tree NP. It's located in a nice neighborhood very close to the west entrance. The house is clean, well maintained, and equipped with more than everything we need.

My daughter and I did a quick weekend getaway in Joshua Tree. West Casa was perfect in every way. Very roomy, we each had our own bathroom, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was aptly decorated with a comfy desert chic vibe. The house is conveniently located close to all the important places. We'd definitely stay there again if we return!

This was a very nice property and great location for our Joshua Tree vacation. Not too far from town or the park. There was a well-stocked kitchen, and we pretty much had everything we needed after a quick trip to the grocery store. Although it was a short stay, we really enjoyed ourselves. The only reason for the 4-star rating overall, was due to the couches in the living room. They were not very comfortable and made movie watching not as much fun. However, I would recommend this location to anyone heading out to Joshua Tree or the surrounding areas.

The house was perfect for our 2 night stay in Joshua Tree. It is roomy and spotlessly clean. My husband and I were traveling with my brother in law and sister in law. Each couple had a separate bedroom and bathroom and there is plenty of outside space as well. The house is conveniently locared to town and the entrance to the National Park. The directions we received from the owner were very clear.

My wife, brother and I have been going to Joshua Tree for years. This was the perfect spot for us. The house was great, big enough lot where the closest neighbor was not right on top of you, and a great place to come back to after being in the park all day. Everything you need is close by.

Loved this property and the house itself is so cozy and has the desert decor vibe which is a change from what we are used to. All amenities on point and kitchen utensils as well. The bed is very comfy! Also a plus is the heater which we cranked up since it was in the 30’s at night. Loved the close proximity to JTNP for our climbing adventure! We would definitely come back!

This property is fantastic. It is just 4 miles from the West Entrance station of Joshua Tree NP. The rooms and facilities are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The night sky looks pretty amazing from here. This was the best aspect of our stay at this place.

This is a great property for a weekend getaway with the family or for a longer stay in Joshua Tree. The location is a little outside of town which was great for stargazing. The neighborhood was super quiet, which we really enjoyed, There is ample parking and plenty of space in the house for a family. All instructions were clear and we had no problem getting into the house when we arrived, The property is very clean and had everything that we could have asked for. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Eric for a great stay. I’m certain we will be back in the future!

This was our first time in Joshua Tree and we couldn’t have gotten a better place to stay. The house is exactly as pictured, super clean, and in a great location (~9 min drive to the West Entrance). Eric was an outstanding host. He was flexible on check in time, Uber responsive and helpful.

The house is quite spacious (we especially appreciated the large entry area where we could leave all our climbing gear!), the beds were comfy, the neighborhood was quiet and accessible to town and J Tree National Park, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the host was responsive when we asked for the thermostat to be switched from cooling to warming. One small thing was that the couches in the living room weren't super comfortable.

My wife and I and our adult son made our first trip to Joshua Tree NP. This Joshua Tree West Casa was a perfect accommodation for our three day adventure. It was very clean, modern and well equipped kitchen and all the personal items we needed. My wife commented that it was the best VRBO property bed she’d ever experienced. That says a lot because we have vacation rented twice a year for the past five years in various locations. The location was also perfect. We would highly recommend.

Eric’s place was clean, comfortable, and with great access to Joshua Tree National Park (~10 min drive to entrance, ~25 min to a lot of the main attractions and hikes) and the main strip in Joshua Tree. Stocked with toiletries. About 50 min from Palm Spring airport/downtown. Overall a great stay - would stay there again if we are back in the area!

Wonderful time on our trip west from our home in North Carolina. We spent 4 days at Eric's house in Joshua Tree. It was very clean and comfortable. Warm and welcoming. We took several trips into Joshua Tree National Park. And day trips to Palm Springs and Anza-Berrego State Park. So nice to come back to Joshua Tree, grab food at the Rooster Grab and Go and relax for the evening at Eric's and make plans for our next day. Highly recommended

Joshua Tree West Casa was great! Eric, the owner, was easy to communicate with, answering my questions quickly. The house itself is in a great location near the entrance to the Park, and clean and well maintained. Highly recommend if you plan to visit JT National Park.

We stayed in this very nice house for a couple of days while visiting the national park. The house is well equipped, comfortable, and furnished with lots of things you'll appreciate. It's a close drive to the park, the main highway, shopping, and restaurants. The host is extremely helpful and accommodating. We didn't have any children in our group, but it seems well set-up for small kids to roam around the house and yard.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with this home. It had all the amenities and very thoughtful touches throughout. We appreciated having things on hand, such as coffee, spices, etc. It’s a fabulous location for visiting Joshua Tree National Park and also just a short ride to Palm Springs. The owner’s communication was impeccable. This trip was just the two of us, but it could easily accommodate a family or two couples. I will definitely stay here again.

The house is modern with an array of amenities. If you need the house to be cold, the thermostat goes down to only 75 degrees, even at night. Not a problem for us because the outside temperature dropped into the 50s at night, so we opened all windows - very nice that they all had screens. The house is well located - far enough up the hill so that there is no street noise, but a short driving distance to the main street and shops. Well recommended.
