My husband and I rented this home to be close to our son and our friends that we hadn't seen in awhile since we moved away. We were very familiar with the area and knew this would be a great location. The home is an older home that has had extensive renovation. The neighborhood is safe and quiet in a good location to get to the freeway for all the thousands of stores and restaurants in the area. There is a fabulous dog park very close. There is also a fabulous community pool with lots of classes within a ten minute drive. Safeway is just around the corner. The living room furniture is very, very comfortable. The main bedroom's mattress is just fine. There are two more bedrooms with more beds that we didn't use but it was nice to have all that room to spread out or stuff. The kitchen is very spacious with nice bar seating. The communication with the property manager was the best we have ever experienced at the many VRBO's we have rented. Anything we needed.....whether it be a question answered or a supply need...was tended to immediately.

Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice.

My son and I enjoyed our stay in this quaint home in a good location. Everything was clean and I especially enjoyed the very comfortable beds. A great many very good breakfast places nearby! I highly recommend this location…. The host was always in contact to answer any questions.

This house was very clean, plenty of towels and exactly as the pictures show. We were very pleasantly surprised with the backyard. Great place to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! I would stay here again when in the Sacramento area.

This house was just what we needed for a one day trip for an event in downtown Sacramento. The property is easy to get to from the freeway. Inside the house was clean and welcoming. We had enough space for our 2 boys and 1 girl to have their own spaces. The backyard is comfortable as well. The kids loved the hammock. The beds are a little firm, but overall not too bad. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We very much appreciated that.

We stayed in Rocklin to be close to the hospital after our granddaughter was born prematurely. So much better than staying in a hotel especially with a dog. The neighborhood was perfect for short walks.

Other than a small problem with initial entry we enjoyed ourselves, very clean very comfortable everything needed reasonably priced centrally located easy access to freeway generous parking these are just some of the things come to mind.

We were passing through Rocklin on a river rafting day on the American River. When we arrived, check in was quick and efficient. The day on the river had all of us exhausted, and the cottage had everything we needed. Nice hot showers, clean and comfortable beds, Wonderful taste of decor, modern updated appliances, space for everyone to relax and chill out! Thank you for sharing your beautiful gem with us.

My family and I rented this lovely home in Rocklin, for my youngest daughter’s 22nd birthday 🥳 The house was perfect space for all of us. Plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone. The backyard area was very relaxing and we truly enjoyed our stay. The host is amazing and quick to respond.

My boyfriend and our 4 children (ages 6-13) stayed here last weekend and it was perfect. Very spacious, fun backyard with patio furniture and firepit, and we even got in a little yoga action on the grass. Rooms were equipped with many linens and beds, lots of space for everyone to have their own areas. Kerry was an excellent host and even mailed back our lost items immediately upon finding them; really sweet and caring owner:) I highly recommend this property!

We came to Rocklin for a wedding, and this place was perfect for what we needed. It’s an older, but updated property. The A/C worked great, which was important on such a hot weekend. Host was communicative and the whole process was easy.

Stayed here with a group of six other guys who were in town for an event. Lots of VRBO units will say "sleeps 10" and that means five couples. We liked this rental because there were 10 individual beds for people to sleep on. Worked out great and the location is easy to get around. Would definitely rent again.
