Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.
This incredible 7000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pool at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th century replica Mediterranean village.
Casa de Campo has its very own airport, located just five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.
THE SPACE:
This villa is a beautiful and cozy single-level villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms Golf Villa fully is centrally located, close to the beach and hotel. It features spacious living room with unobstructed golf views plus a private pool and bbq area to entertain people.
The villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxed vacation in the Caribbean! Guests can enjoy unobtructed golf views , a large terrace with outdoor furniture, and a large swimming pool.
The backyard is one of the best gold course in the world.
This is your dream vacation home. The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music.
The living area has several sitting areas with sofas, chairs and ottomans and a TV. There is a small dining table in the living room area – perfect for card games. The living area has both air condition and ceiling fan. All the rooms have fantastic views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation and you will also have an outdoor BBQ (gas grill) available.
Chef sand maid services are INCLUDED for the duration of your stay, so you don’t have to worry about cooking or cleaning the house.
CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:
The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:
- Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
- Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
- Kids under 4 years old: FREE
The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course).

VILLA STAFF:
You’ll have a chef /maid included in the villa rental. Your waiter will help serve your meals and drinks during the day (food & beverages are not included).
The maid will to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Extra Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
