Welcome to your temporary home!! Luxury meets comfort, functionality and location in this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1250SF basement suite with full kitchen, laundry, high ceilings and gorgeous custom finishes.

VIBE:
All the design choices are curated to create a luxurious-yet-comfortable look. Exposed brick walls in almost every room, high ceilings, an incredible bar top made from a cross-section of a 180-year-old oak tree (floating shelves in the kitchen came from the same tree!), wide granite countertops (so much counter space!) and high-end tall cabinets, stainless steel appliances. A 75-inch TV with built-in surround-sound system provides captivating entertainment in the cozy living room space, with a 2nd, 60-inch TV at the foot of the king bed in one bedroom. The shower has three shower heads, including a large "rain" style head directly above. In-unit laundry machines mean that you can stay comfortably, even on an extended visit! One bedroom contains office/desk space, and the whole property has free and fast wi-fi access, perfect for those guests who work remotely.

FABULOUS LOCATION:
Located near the Bluebird art district in East Denver and at the heart of the Congress Park neighborhood, minutes away from the Zoo, Botanic Garden, Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Our space is located in the very heart of the Congress Park neighborhood in East Denver, on a block that is surrounded by amazing restaurants and amenities! The front door is literally steps from fine dining (Blue Pan Pizza, Ronin Sushi), casual dining (Crepes 'n Crepes, the French Press), coffee/breakfast (Under The Umbrella Cafe and Bakery, The French Press), a popular ice cream shoppe (Sweet Cooie's), and a neighborhood-anchoring liquor/convenience store (Capitol Heights Pharmacy). It is also just three blocks from the Bluebird theatre and all the great food, art and entertainment that the Bluebird District of Colfax has to offer, and it is only a five minute walk to the 9+CO development at 9th & Colorado Blvd, which offers a variety of hip restaurants & shops as well as a 10-screen AMC movie theater! 10 mins from Downtown, 5 mins from the famous Cherry Creek Shopping District, close to public transport and a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride to most of Denver's attractions.

-The owners live in the separate upstairs unit with their two children.
-Ring camera doorbell at unit door.
- 75 inch Smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Please use your own logins for other apps. No cable.
-No smoking, pets, quiet hours 10PM - 7AM
- Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

My sister-in-law and I stayed in this apartment for four nights. It was perfect for us - separate, soacious bedrroms; great kitchen and lounging areas; easy parking. The immediate area is fabulous with two coffee shops, a fun pizza place, wine bar and pharmacy/liquor store right outside the door. (Don't miss happy hour at the wine bar - our favourite each day.) We used this apartment as our base for exploring downtown Denver; day trips to Boulder and Idaho Springs (gold mines); and a concert at Red Rocks. Great location, easy access to highways. Noah was a fabulous host, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this location and property. Would happily stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. We ate at the nearby restaurants and even got our haircut at a local Aveda salon across the street. The place was quiet, clean, cool in the summer heat and a great place to relax. Easy check in. We really enjoyed the Keurig coffee in the morning and the Brooklyn Bridge Detroit style pizza at Blue Pan Puzza next door. Thank you!

Noah was such a great host. He was accommodating and even provided us with an extra air mattress. The property was perfect with walkable restaurants and shops nearby, and pretty central to all the Denver action. Would definitely stay here again.

I and my 3 teenage kids stayed here and found this to be one of the most well-equipped properties we've stayed at yet. Very comfortable, (Purple mattresses to boot!) fantastic location and the hosts are second to none. Locally owned and managed, makes this property 110% different than those that are not. We came to Denver as part of a week-long Colorado vacation in June - everything about this property was fantastic! Clean, well-appointed, plenty of space to stretch out with our 2 daughters! The neighborhood pizza joint, coffee shop and pharmacy were just steps away - this really was the perfect place for us to stay and I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

Very nice accommodations, excellent location and historic neighborhood. We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. All in all was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. The host really did me a favor when I checked in 👍

I travel to the Denver often to visit my daughter who attends college there. Noah and GG's place was by far my favorite. From the little welcome basket and personalized card to the cleaniness and comfort of the home. Every special touch from very comfortable beds to bedding, very clean linens and towels, masks and sanitizing supplies were exceptionally awesome. Location is incredibly ideal and area is very walkable and in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was incredible and their flexibility and accommodations were so appreciated. Exceptional overall stay! Will definitely book again.

Beautifully decorated apartment located in the lower level of owner's home. Great attention to detail with thoughtful touches (nice towels, high quality sheets) just nicely done. Can get a little noisy with kids upstairs but wasn't really a problem. Will definitely return.

This apartment is an easy walk to National Jewish Hospital and the neighborhood has about anything you’d need, including a yarn shop! The next time I’m in Denver I’ll definitely stay here again.

Location was great! In a neighborhood but close to a couple restaurants and convenience store. Property itself was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and well-equipped. We had four adults in our group but the owners definitely had families with small children in mind as well. Communication with owner was prompt and very helpful! We definitely recommend a stay here.

This was the most amazing VRBO ive ever stayed in. It was extremely adorable, with some amazing details in the home. Beds were so comfy with soft sheets and comfy pillows. Amazing TV for a night in. Right next to great restaurants and coffee places. Bonus that it was next to a knitting store !! We can’t wait to come back and stay here. Thank you for making it the best trip of our lifetime!

We had a wonderful time staying with our kids at this property. Noah was very helpful giving us lots of great suggestions and responding immediately to our requests. The house was very nice, fully stocked and very clean and comfortable. Our 6yr old said it was nicer than our own home! The locations was great. Wonderful coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. A great playground one block away, parks and Trader Joe’s only a few minutes drive away. And 15-20m to downtown activities. We visit every year and will be staying here again!

We loved the neighborhood but not being woke up by the children above us or laundry being ran first thing in the am…. Again — the environment was more like visiting family. I live in Cap Hill and needed a place nearby for my parents, sister & bro-in-law, and their 1 year old to stay while they were visiting--this place was PERFECT! A nice, long loop to Cheesman Park for stroller naps, steps to delicious ice cream and pizza, and surprisingly spacious! We loved all the amenities (dishwasher and laundry are a huge plus when traveling with a baby!) and the place was spotless. I'll recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and charming spot to stay in Denver!

We loved the location, multiple restaurants/coffee literally right outside the front door. Was worried about parking but it didn’t end up being a problem at all. Would definitely recommend! Note: as the basement level of a family home there are tenets upstairs so there is some noise.

This stay was everything that was promised and more! The owners were welcoming and there was great communication both before and during our stay. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious with modern furnishings and some really cool design choices. Last but not least: we couldn't have asked for a better location! It's super walkable with plenty to do and the area is bustling with activity, and at the same time it also feels tucked away with plenty of privacy. It made our time in Denver even better than anticipated! :)
