Being in Frisco makes it easy to get to all the local ski resorts, and you’re just a five-minute walk to Main Street and the free shuttle bus to the slopes. This is a warm, cozy condo in a very nice setting; your group will love it!
This 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a great getaway for families or groups of up to eight people — and with both bedrooms being self-contained suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples/families to share! The living room features great windows and natural light, a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and plenty of comfy seating. There’s a nice deck off the patio set in the large pine trees, too. The fully equipped kitchen has large greenhouse windows, updated granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for eight.
Other amenities include your own washer/dryer, a gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. Overall, the stay was good. The condo was clean and everything needed seemed to be there. The cooking supplies (pans/etc.) were in pretty rough shape, and a few that didn't look like they had gotten clean...had to hand wash a couple before using. There was construction going on in the unit adjacent, which was ok as we were busy during the day, but anytime we were there between 8-5, we dealt with quite a bit of noise. Still, a decent value for the Frisco area.

The place is great and it has everything we needed to stay 4 nights. Location is 2 minutes driving from the main street and 5 minutes from Safeway Grocery Store. If there was 2 things I would say it could be better was the king bed should have a mattress protector and the door should have a smart lock instead of a lockbox. That way they can easily change the code when someone leaves and we don't have to deal with opening and locking the lockbox every time we go in and out. Evertime we forgot something inside it was annoying having to open the lockbox again to get the key. Bedides thoses things everything was great! We would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo, very close to everything in Frisco, yet is in private wooded setting. The condo is furnished very nicely and has gorgeous artwork. This is our second time staying here and we will come back again!

we loved this 2 bedroom + loft condo located on a very quiet street with easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed the decks off both upper and lower level backing to wooded creek area. Nice that both of the bedrooms (lower level) have their own bathroom with additional bathroom on upper living room/kitchen level. My college student loved the loft which is cozy and has a great view. Ladder to loft more appropriate for older kids than very young. Kitchen very well equipped. Easy parking and space outdoor stairs for storing bikes.

Well stocked condo perfect for a work-cation. Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk away from the town of Frisco and a 20-minute drive to Breckenridge and a 30-minute drive to Vail.
There is a small creek behind the property and it’s sound is extremely relaxing, sitting at the patio. There is also a nice little loft with stairs - perfect for working without any distractions. Overall it’s an excellent place for up to a family of four or five.

We loved every minute here. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and updated, and you can't beat the location. It's peaceful and quiet, and you can see and hear the creek running from the unit. The Town of Frisco is a 5-10 minute easy walk. Also, the management company was really responsive and helped us out after hours when we accidentally got locked out on the balcony (make sure the bottom knobs aren't locked when you go outside). Really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return! Can't say enough good things about this townhome and management company.

It is a beautiful, clean place, and the creek out back provides a wonderful background noise for relaxation. Great location for a short walk to the eateries and activities in frisco.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. Kudos to the architect who designed these units. They are well laid out and maximized the available space. Our kids loved the upstairs loft. This unit also was well equipped for anything we needed to cook meals. There are also solid eating options in Frisco for those nights you want to eat out. The property management company was also very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

The two king beds are extremely comfortable. The space is quite functional and has all the basics except coffee. The eating area accommodates 4 easily, but more would be crowded. The entrance being on the second story is a bit of a pain for schlepping everything in and out. Quite walkable to Main St Frisco. Very clean and property mgmt was very responsive.

We had a great stay. Property mgr was very responsive and helpful. Property was very clean. Beds were decent, but could’ve been more comfortable and kitchen supplies could use an upgrade, but overall we had everything we needed.

My spouse and one of our best friends visited Frisco and some of the surrounding ski resorts just after the first of the year, and this was a great home base for our adventures. The house was well equipped to prepare meals at home, and major grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute drive. If you don't want to deal with cooking, though, you are also close to many great restaurants in both Frisco and Breckenridge. The beds were very comfy, and the living room couch and love seat were wonderful spots for relaxing in front of the fireplace. There were smart TVs where you could log in to Hulu, Netflix, etc., and we even brought a gaming console that we could plug in to enjoy some video games during our apres ski.
We definitely plan to travel to this area again sometime soon, and when we do, we will certainly plan to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property was really nice! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The TVs in the bedroom could use some updating be a bigger size.
The TV in the main room was awesome and the couch was comfortable for our family of 4. We couldn’t figure out how to use the sound bar, so instructions would have been good. Fireplace was nice too.

The place was better than it showed online, it’s within a 2 min drive to the beautiful center of Frisco. Cozy, spacious, comfortable beds and very well equipped.

I looked exhaustively for a Labor Day rental in the Summit/Eagle area and settled on this place, and I was very glad I did. It is above and beyond a typical Airbnb type ski area rental. There are many upgrades. The kitchen is great - the appliances are new. All the furniture and beds are uber-comfortable and relatively new. The bedding and towels are high quality. The TV is gigantic and has everything for streaming. Wifi was fast. The setting is quiet and attractive with a burbling brook out the back door. The location is convenient at the top of town and easy to get to the main roads for trips to Vail, Breck, etc...Copper Mountain is just up the road. You can walk into the center of Frisco in minutes. In summary, at this price point, this as nice a place as I've stayed. An added bonus is the management company is responsive and helpful. You can rent direct and skip airbnb to save some $. We were very pleased, if that isn't clear by now...
