We met my daughter and husband at 38 Hemlock for a quick mountain weekend. The amenities met our needs well for cooking, sleeping, hanging out and hiking the nearby mountains.

Dog hair thoughout the bedding the carpet and kitchen floor. Overall was ok. We came back one day and gage door was open that was shut. Someone took garbage ou and left garage open.

Great location up the side of the mountain with great views. It was very quiet with only the sound of the wind through the pines and aspens being present. The outside seating and fire pit were wonderful; there was even a small playhouse that our boys took full advantage of.

This owner has thought of everything to make guests at home. Many extra touches, we hope to stay here again in the future.

The cabin was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of room for us to spread out and chill after a good day on the slopes. Conveniently located to all the attractions. We will definitely keep this cabin in our rotation of vacation spots.

Excellent home and we were welcomed by a moose in the yard! Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen and spotless. The driveway and sidewalk very problematic due to a very thick layer of ice. The number of stairs into home were problematic for us, due to knee issues. Absolutely wonderful home and if we didn't have the knee issues, we would be back in a heartbeat. We loved it!

At first we didnt have the right code to get in the house, but the staff worked hard to get us in the house. Which was great as it was blowing snow and freezing cold! The weather may not have cooperated for our itinerary, but the house was clean, cozy, and warm for us to relax for a couple nights. Will want to come back and see it in the summer too!

The high ceilings, gas fireplace, garage were great. Very spacious in all rooms. Loved spending our Christmas at this home. Even the small Christmas touches made it nice. Also wonderful that it is a pet friendly place.

We stay at this property every chance we get now, it has everything you need and is very comfy. Perfect location for everything you want to do in Grand Valley!

We had stayed here in 2017 and the property has been upgraded since then....new floors, new paint, partly new kitchen. It's very nice, great for a family, open, filled with light with gorgeous views. Mrs. Moose came by several times along with a fox. The heat in the property is ON all the time even if the thermostat is set to OFF. Contacted the property manager about this. Also the back steps were not cleared of ice and snow and that was never taken care of. They could use way more spoons. Things that are not supplied: napkins, kleenex, ice melt. These are relatively minor things just an FYI to anyone renting this property. The beds were comfortable, house was extremely clean, kitchen well-stocked. We had a fun time.

Home is in a great location with amazing views of the mountains. Had a couple small issues when we arrived. Nice home. With some minor adjustments it would be a great home. Sidewalk/steps/deck to front door with keypad was not shoveled. Basement door was locked with no access. Both of these issues were responded to right away by Vacasa. The heating in the home is very uneven. Bedrooms get very hot and the rest of the home cooler.

Family Getaway, great place to stay, easy 30 minute drive to Winterpark.

Good place! Loved the area! Quiet…
Only small complaint: couldn’t find the dumpsters but left it there for be picked up inside!
And some dishes weren’t clean (had some old food stuck to them) nothing horrible - we cleaned them and made sure to wash our dishes completely.
Very small issues up above - the house was clean - the rooms were large and everything about checking in and out easy. All areas like Grand Lake, Granby and RMNP were just a few minutes drive from here. Would stay again!!!!

We loved almost everything about the cabin. Location was great, roomy accommodations, and the views were fantastic.
Only two things kept this from a 5* review.
The propane tank on the gas grill was empty, and no replacement was available. Because the listing indicated ‘grill’, we were counting on that being available. We ended up having to run into town to get food to prepare. Also, if you like very firm beds, you’ll love this place. If you are like me and need a little bit of cushion, you probably won’t sleep well.
Other than that, this was a great place. We were able to bring our dog, and that was enormous benefit.

Clean cabin with lots of space for being a 2 br. We were there a couple of weeks and John from VRBO was responsive about trash pickups and giving tips on the area. VRBO and property owner were also very responsive. Would use this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals which was nice. It was really handy to be able to do laundry too! Loved being able to vacation with our dog! The only thing that I wish was different was the master bed. It was SO uncomfortable. I had such a hard time sleeping on it.

We liked everything but especially enjoyed the fire pit. Bed and pillows could use some updates but everything was great. We tried to run the dishwasher when we left but it would not respond. Sorry about that.

Beautiful home. Clean, quiet.
Enjoyed this home. The home gets 5 stars. The check-in process from the management company was less than poor. The instructions included a code to a lock that was not on the home. Please update the access and departure instructions.

Great Place
We enjoyed our stay very much. Large indoor parking for 2 vehicles. Big bunk bed setup was great for the kids. The family room/ kitchen open area was great to spend time together at the end of the day.

Gorgeous serene location
My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had an incredible weekend. The location was new to us and can’t be beat. Easy to get to and also remote with terrific views from the porch and fire pit area.
The house has not been updated in a few decades but everything seemed to work just fine. One recommendation would be to turn the front room rug - there is a corner that sticks up and is a trip hazard. Also secure most of the brick stairs around the fire pit. They are loose and will slide out as you walk down the stairs.

My First Real Mountain Trip.
Location was amazing if you don't want to be anywhere near big city noise and population. The Views from the yard are long and wide. Night time is amazing with next to no light pollution. Its rustic and cozy, but indoors and out. I recommend this location if you just want to get away from it all.

Lovely Mountain Getaway
Remote, quiet, beautiful location with cozy and very spacious accommodations. I love every second of being here and cant recommend it more if youre looking to get away from the city and want to escape to the frosty mountains. There was an issue with the security door lock one night but was quickly resolved with the help of the SMS Support Team and the Homecare Team. And the microwave was not working but not a huge deal when you have a stove, fire pit and grill available.

Turnkey was extremely responsive although I was initially hesitant going through a rental agency. Emails were explicit and well-communicated. House felt like visiting family - lots of unexpected amenities. Loved idea of washer & dryer. Ideal location - close to trails but not to neighbors. A true hidden gem in Granby away from the busy Winter Park business area but close enough to enjoy the local businesses.

Girls Trip
The house was in a great location and was a really nice amount of space for 3 adults and a dog. The living room was a very comfortable area to hang out in and there were a lot of movies and games to choose from!
A couple of things that made me not give this a full 5 star review... The oven didn't work. It kept tripping the breaker, which made our cooking challenging. There is also something wrong with the range, however it worked well enough to stir-fry and boil water. I would recommend some new pillows; the ones available were either flat or very hard. Lastly, I was very happy that this location allowed dogs as mine loves to come with. This may be in part lack of owner responsibility and not just the property, but there was definitely dog poop on the carpet and urine that I had to clean up once we got to the property. I will let my rant of poor dog ownership go and instead state, the cleaning crew needs to be a bit more thorough in their inspection.

Family vacation
Property could use some handy work. Patio brick was in very poor condition bricks falling off on the ends, very unsafe. Weeds growing over the steps & overgrown plants in walkway. Looked nothing like the picture as advertised. Oven as mentioned in previous post about loud obnoxious noise while using it, still has not been fixed. Hall bathtub backed up when using, would not drain & smelled like sewer. If patio was as pictured we would have enjoyed sitting out & enjoyed a s’mores by the fire. Chairs were broke & could not even use them. Probably would not stay again. Overpriced for condition of property .

The location is great. It’s secluded with a beautiful view, yet only 15 minutes from Winter Park on one side and Grandby on the other. If you’re traveling with small children the amount of toys and DVDs were a pleasant surprise. We also weren’t expecting the bunk beds in the kids room, which the kids loved. Be warned that the master bed is very firm. The cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. If you use the stove be prepared for a really loud obnoxious noise soon after it warms up the takes a couple hours after it being turned off to stop (leaving the door open helps a little). If the owners would invest in a new stove and better master bed and the cleaning crew did a better job, this would be a hidden gem.

Great views, nice house, poor customer service
Trip was good other than having no WiFi for 2 out of 3 days! The worst part was the run around from Turnkey after trying to get problem resolved. They kept turning it over to someone else. Then no one would get back to us!

Turnkey is not there for you!
Costumer service was horrible! Something as easy as WiFi connection should not take 48 hours to correct! I was handed off to several different turnkey agents and local agents that couldn’t bother to let us know what was going on. People rely on an internet connection for work and other activities even on a vacation! Unbelievable! I wanted to check out a day early but I couldn’t even get so one to respond!
The house had a great location and beautiful views, it was clean and comfortable, Unfortunately, the managing company left a very poor taste in our mouths!

Perfect!
The cabin was perfect. It’s older, which means it comes with older appliances and amenities but it was still the perfect place! Beautiful big windows that broadcast the gorgeous scenery. Lots of space and a fire pit just outside. There were toys in the 2nd bedroom that my 15mo old played with. It’s high up on the side of a mountain so the drive up in the winter was awesome. It’s the perfect location if you want to visit Winter park, Fraser, or Granby! We would def stay here again.
