We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers!! The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants without being in the “touristy” area of PCB. Our unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We met the owners, they were such a sweet couple! They offered advice and opinions on where to eat and things to do! I highly recommend this unit! Beach access was great, short walk down the steps to the sand. Bikini Bob’s had good food and drinks. If you’re planning a trip to PCB, check out this unit!!

Overall we enjoyed the unit. It wasn’t the nicest we’ve stayed in at Regency Towers but was nice, updated, and clean. The laundry closet needs to be cleaned- it’s filled with lint and dust. The dryer also needs to be vacuumed out- it’s filled with sand. There wasn’t a regular vacuum in the unit which is a downside. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. There was a broken door in the secondary bedroom that needs to be fixed or replaced. The bathrooms were clean but the showers drain slow and the shower heads are very hard. The kitchen doesn’t have a garbage disposal- I think it’s the first unit we’ve stayed in at this building without one so it’s an inconvenience. One of the elevators broke one day so being on the 4th floor was nice when using the stairs. The downside is we heard guests in the pools late at night more than we have in higher units. We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. The negatives were inconveniences but wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.

My family and I visit Regency Towers annually for our vacation. This is our first time staying in this particular unit and it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the unit was clean. There were board games, beach towels, and a things to do suggestion binder. I prefer the 4th floor because occasionally there are elevator issues (there were several times this visit, not on the unit owners at all) and the 4th floor makes the store walkable. We would definitely book this unit again!

The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and just as described. Loved the view and the 2 beach chairs—made it very convenient. Loved having washer and dryer for beach towels and bathroom towels. It is a big complex so the 2 pools were nice to have. The 4th floor was nice cause you could take the stairs. Elevators had a wait—especially when you move in cause everyone is there around 4ish. We had a handicapped son and getting to pool and beach was easy.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Regency Towers and it’s the perfect location. Great view from 4th floor. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony! Condo was very clean with all the amenities. 4th floor was perfect as we used the stairs alot since there are a limited number of elevators. Would definitely stay again!

I know Regency Towers has been in Panama City for many years. I’m guessing someone owns the condo we stayed in. The one thing I noticed while there was a lot of dust and lent in the laundry area which is understandable if using the dryer but could have been vacuumed up.

This property is in a great location on PCB! The condo comes with free lounge chair and umbrella service which is great and a big money saver. The 4th floor was nice since I don’t do elevators. The pool decks were great and having Bikini Bobs on site was great! The owners were great and communicated very well. There were extra beach chairs, towels and nets for seashell hunting. We enjoyed the pool tables at the property. Overall our stay was fantastic!
There were a couple things that could be improved but nothing major.
1. It would be nice to have curtains on the bedroom windows. There’s shades but they don’t keep the light out.
2. One of the beds in one of the bedrooms has a giant dip right in the middle. No one in our family could sleep on it. One of my kids slept on the couch.
3. Stairwells at the property were very dirty and the trash chutes smelled awful.

The condo was spotless and was full of added little extras like extra "beach" chairs in the master bedroom closet! The A/C unit worked beautifully, which was much appreciated when we returned from a long day on the bike! There was really no negative thing to say about this property. The fact that it was on the 4th floor (instead of the 13th) came in pretty handy when the elevator went down (several times) during our weeklong stay. :-)

Perfect location. Love the two pool options including one heated plus the hot tub. Easy beach access with chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for us daily. Best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed at. No problems encountered during our stay. We will use them again!

It was super clean, very well stocked, nicely decorated, the mattresses & pillows were awesome, the view was amazing, great location (8 minute walk-on-the-beach to Schooner's), complimentary beach chairs were the best (+ extras in the closet!), 2 nice pools and hot tub, gated condo/easy in and out. We enjoyed this condo and our stay so much! I would definitely rent again and recommend this property :)

My husband and I spent the week relaxing! Great condo everything we needed was there. 4th floor convenient to pool and beach. Loved not having to walk far to the beach. Tiki hut was a plus! Chairs on the beach was great! Bedrooms were huge! We will be back!

Actually tried to book again in the same room for next year and it was booked and I was bummed! Very impressed with the condo. Very clean and very quiet. The staff was always working and resort was very well kept. My ONLY complaint would not even be a complaint, only a suggestion - put fans in for those who like the sound of a fan at night. Other than that I would recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

This place is great! It is in a perfect location, oceanfront and the pools with the food place in the middle is fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

The unit itself was accurately described and a nice place to stay as a family - plenty of space, clean and a beautiful beachfront view! Having the chairs/umbrella rental included was a wonderful bonus. However, the building overall is very dated, only 3 elevators for all of the units to share (when 1 wasn't reliably working) meant they were extremely slow, hot and crowded and the parking lot was terribly difficult to find a spot. Neighbors upstairs were noisy through the ceiling (although no fault of this unit) and outside noise went late into the night down by the pool.

There were some pros & cons regarding our rental. The rental management was very prompt to respond and easy to work with! However, there were some things in this unit that need to be improved. The main sliding door to the patio does not slide well at all and was very hard to open & shut(my grandma that was with us found it too difficult to use.) One of the beds/mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs replaced as my two 20+ yr old daughters said it was like sleeping on springs and they did not rest well the entire week. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and grout touch up. The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was nice, the unit had everything we needed and came with several amenities. The washer was a nice & big and the dryer dried our laundry fairly quickly. The beach was clean and the unit also came with 2 rental chairs which was nice and in addition there a trash chute on the same floor made it easy to empty to trash. All and all there were more pros then cons and we enjoyed our stay.

My group of friends take this trip to PCB every year. This has been one of my favorite stays so far. It is a little bit towards the end of town so a lot less traffic but still close enough to be in reach. Also the dollar store across the road helped so much with last minute essentials!

I (Sharon Heidman) have spent two to three visits to PCB for oh 40 years minus covid of course and many, many times from owners at Regency Towers. We have friends close by in Graceville and Eufaula, AL The condo we stayed in (409) was comfortable but we must relay to you that the floors were absolutely filthy. I have a picture of my sisters socks and feet... black. If the condo price reflects your paying cleaners to ready the condo then you need to claw back funds from them. The fact that we have never been on a low floor and would tell you I dont think patio door locks. But, please know that we were otherwise comfortable and liked the chairs on beach. We thank you and hope to do this again. Appreciate the opportunity to speak. The shower rod would not stay up but the nice lad who came to fix managed to do just that. Thank you again. The condo itself was comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean, and the view was great. We were on the 4th floor, and from 10:00am until 9:00pm they play loud(ish) music for the pool guests so keep that in mind for kids or light sleepers. Thw building is rather dated and has 3 elevators. 1 elevator was shutdown the whole week and another was down for 48 hrs mid-week, which for a multi-level complex during spring break creates issues, especially during checking/checkout and grocery hauls. Overall I highly recommend.

Our family has a great time. This condo is very spacious. We loved having the tiki bar by the pool. Great prices and great food. Also we were able to rent jet skis/banana baiting right down on our beach! Very convenient location for grocery, restaurants, and fun times. The condo was missing just a few things in the kitchen that would’ve been helpful, but not enough to complain about.

Perfect and exactly what we needed. The unit was great and exactly as the pictures showed. The view was incredible. The rest of the property was awesome too. Included two free beach chairs each day and the beach and the water were both beautiful. 10/10 recommend!

Location was beautiful but we found underwear and socks under the beds and behind dressers …feet were black due to dirty floor …. A woman was swimming naked in the pool and wouldn’t get out …. Following night right before we had to leave a man above us was throwing things and yelling at a lady and sounded intoxicated. I called security and they didn’t do anything ….then someone else had to call the law ….my 3 year old was sleeping and the man was very aggressive we stayed inside and locked the doors …it was a scary experience. Will not be returning to this location as well as two of my neighbors.

This was the first time we stayed at the Regency Towers at PCB. When we first arrived we noticed the outside was a bit run down and outdated. Which gave us a little hesitation. But upon entering our condo we were thrilled. The Condo was very updated and decorated beautifully. We loved being on the 4th floor so we didn't have to mess with the elevator. We just walked up. I will say that the sliding glass door to the patio was extremely hard to open. So we just used the door from the master bedroom. The condo is located further down Thomas Drive so the traffic was nothing compared to when we stayed on Front Beach Road. One thing that we absolutely loved about RT was that they offered activities every day for families to enjoy. There was Bingo, Karaoke, an ice cream social, fireworks and a big bonfire! We loved just hanging out by the pool just as much as we loved going to the beach. There are lots of local places to eat which are great! You can't go to PCB without going to the Pink Pelican for ice cream and the Sunrise Diner for breakfast! I would highly recommend staying here. We already have plans on going back! Thanks for a great family vacation!

We all enjoyed our stay. Definitely enjoyed bikini bobs good drinks and cheap food. Our room needs a few things the door latch tightened up so it doesnt rattle, dryer vent cleaned and properly hooked up. Nothing that hindered our trip we would stay here again.
