About this house rental

Don't pass up this beautifully renovated vacation rental in Sun City. 2 bedroom 1 bath, perfect get away. All new flooring, new AC, and new kitchen and bathroom. This gem has everything you need. This a new full Rehab property listing thus the few reviews. Hard to find another one this nice.

I knew it was just right for me when I pulled up and there were quail under a bush. Then the next morning there was a cottontail bunny that ran out from under the bush. Very clean and easy access. Perfect for my purpose.

Our home air-conditioning system died, which in Phoenix in June, is a major emergency, especially for seniors like us. We wanted to stay nearby while having a new one installed. We loved the pictures of Susan and Jeff's property and immediately reserved. When we explained our problem, they were extremely accommodating, even allowing our dog to stay. They told us to head over immediately. Everything was perfect, "state of the art," very clean and exactly as described. Responses about gadgets were quick and easy. Susan and Jeff were lovely. It was like staying at a friend's. Staying there turned our disaster into a mini vacation. We would stay again. We highly recommend that others not hesitate to stay at any property Susan and Jeff have.

This is a great little house. Nice remodel and also had a great feel to it. We were in AZ to open up probate and to have my aunt cremated and interred, so it was great to come home to Deanne Dr after rather unpleasant and stressful days. Susan was great in letting us extend our stay as the trip took a little longer than expected. We will probably be coming back soon and hope it will be available to stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. Nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable, it was perfect for our visit for a family wedding. The location was convenient. Added bonus, the orange and grapefruit trees were ripe with fruit. Pictures accurately convey how nice this house is.

My wife and I stayed here with our small dog for four days. It is a very clean and tidy property. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well appointed, the king bed comfortable. There could be a better selection of pillows, but we found the ones from the queen bed worked ok. The main living/dining/kitchen rooms are spacious. The king bedroom has a nice amount of room to spread out and a dresser for storage. Wifi is blazingly fast on the download. The backyard appears to be a work in progress, but there is a nice under cover seating area with table, chairs and a gas grill. Location-wise you're only a block away from a grass covered parkway on Peoria. The dog really appreciated that. Our host Susan was quick to reply to all questions and concerns. I recommend this property.

I needed a place to attend a 4 Day virtual event with no distractions. This was an excellent place to this. It was so comfy in so many ways. The AC is very loud which made it hard to hear the virtual event but that is my only complaint. A soundbar that enhances voices would be helpful in this case when the AC is running. Would definitely stay again

The property and house were absolutely perfect for my friend and I. It had everything you could want and was extremely clean. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood and one neighbor was very kind and nice to us. We loved all the fruit trees....best tasting fruit ever! No problems at all. We highly recommend!

My son and I had an unexpected last minute trip to Youngtown, which was located 5 minutes from this house. The accommodations were perfect for us. Great way to relax at night. I looked at hotel stays which turned out to be twice as much with respect to cost.

Property was perfectly advertised. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and well taken care of. House was newly remodeled and very nice inside. All of the fruit trees and pole basket was a very nice unexpected touch. Thank you Susan for our amazing first trip out west!!!

This was our first VRBO experience and I was a little nervous going into it but Susan made it a very easy, very smooth process. The home was immaculate, spacious and tastefully decorated. It had every amenity I could think of. We had a wonderful trip!

My husband and I stayed here with his parents. The house was very clean and updated just like the photos show. Our favorite part was having citrus trees with ripe fruit in the yard, ready to pick (lemons, grapefruits, oranges, tangelos). The Weber grill was nice. If you sleep hot, beware that the King bed has polyester sheets which were not comfortable for us. Communication with the hosts was also good. Overall, a very good stay!

We had a great time staying at this home. Cute, clean, perfect size for our 2 couples. Quiet location with easy access to the interstate. Appreciate all the communication from the owner as well. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we visit the area!

We enjoyed staying at this home, only problem is as the smell (like a convalescent hospital) strong urine smell in the larger bedroom. The home appears to be recently renovated, but they need to get rid of the carpet, it smells terrible. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Loved this little gem in Sun City. Quiet, comfy, and convenient for us to get to doctors appointments. Had an issue with the toilet and Susan was quickly responsive and had the problem fixed within the hour! Definitely stay here again!!

This was the easiest and one of the best stays. Clean, comfortable (I wanted to take the bed home with me 😀), a lot of thought put into the guests comfort in every way. So very grateful for everything the hosts did to accommodate our stay. We will definitely rent again.
