Cute camper. Love the bunk room and loft area. Short walk to beach, close to pool. The Baja is a little loud on weekend nights, but we knew that and came prepared with ear plugs. Susan went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay in this site again.

I was in Sandbridge for a beach wedding and chose this charming cottage for a few night's stay with 3 friends. Absolutely perfect for our needs. The interior was very clean and cozy, surprisingly roomy for 4 adults! The host supplied basic necessities, too, which was greatly appreciated.
Susan was very nice and informative during the check-in process and check-out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this rental; a 2 minute walk to the beach and a couple restaurants! Thank you again to the host for making our stay comfortable and stress-free. :)

Even after keeping food in plastic containers and in frig, we did have a major ant problem. The cupboard above the sink was the majority of the problem. We did clean and kill as much as we could- did not see many after that.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for our family of four at a very reasonable rate. We were super close to the beach(about a block away) which made it really nice to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. The waves and riptides were really bad due to a hurricane that was in the Atlantic so we really didn’t swim in the ocean but the cottage is just a few steps away from the resort pool which was awesome for our kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed to cook there. There is a nice covered porch with plenty of chairs to enjoy being outside although I do recommend a thermacell because the noseeums and mosquitoes were pretty bad. There are only a few things that were on a negative side for us. We have a full size truck and there isn’t much room to park. If you have a small car it should be fine. The second thing was the ants. They were the tiny kind that don’t bite but they are still annoying. There were billions of them everywhere. There was a can of spray in the cabinet and we used it all up the first night we were there and the second evening we came in from fishing they had infested my kids sleeping area and we had no spray. I couldn’t understand why they were in that area because there was no food or anything in that area. I messaged the host and they brought us more spray the next morning. We didn’t have any more problems after that.

What a great stay. The place was just as described. Roomy for two, but would've been roomy for four....and comfortable for five.
Away from the bubbub, but close to everything with a short drive.
If there was one thing that could have improved our stay, it would have to have something to keep the webs off the porch. Perfect inside, but after going to several places, it is to be expected in that area due to the proximity to the water. But breakfast inside was very nice.
I would HIGHLY recommended staying here again.

I was really impressed how much room we had in the house. The covered deck was a+! It’s great that the house is just inside the gate with easy access to the pool and the beach. All the people we talked to were so friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!! Loved it!

We spent a week at the cottage with our family of four (two kids ages 4 & 7). It was perfect for our needs. We were able to walk to the beach each day within about 5 minutes. There were plenty of restaurants very close by or within a short drive. We were able to get groceries at Food Lion and the Mart right in Sandbridge. The nature preserve area was fun to explore one morning and was only about 5 minutes away via car. We spent a lot of time eating and playing on the huge cottage deck. We were thankful that the cottage was so fully stocked with everything we needed right down to beach chairs, toys, and a cart. The beach itself is much quieter than somewhere like Ocean City, which was nice. No issue finding a space or spreading out so the kids could play. The TV's did have cable, but we brought our own Roku, which was a savior with having small children. There were games, books, DVD's and more stocked in the cottage. The community was very friendly, clean, and overall quiet. The pool was nicely kept and a great way to cool off after the beach each day. The restaurant next door was a bit loud with the music each night, but didn't bother us much since our kids use a sound machine at night. I really can't say anything negative about the place. Everything was updated and clean inside. We look forward to hopefully visiting again!

There's not enough positive things I can say about our stay. The cottage was so perfect, we were able to cook everything, it was so well stocked with cookware. It even had a stocked first aid kit that unfortunately we needed when my daughter hooked herself fishing. The beds were so comfy. And yes, we did experience some ants but the property manager IMMEDIATELY took care of it even tho I told her it was ok. Susan even kept checking to see how my daughter was doing after the hook incident. The property was so great, we fished right there every night. My son used the gym and said it was a fantastic set up. We will absolutely be returning. Oh and the few local spots to eat at were fantastic. You really don't need to leave the island if you don't want to. The prices for groceries at the market were so fair in my opinion. We rented linens and everything was waiting for us when we got, and they were missing a few items but after a quick phone call, thru corrected it before the night was over. I can't think of one single negative thing to say....I just wish we could've stayed longer!!

We stayed at the lovely cottage for a week with our 2 kids, 3 and 7. It was a perfect location and the site has good facilities.
Check-in and out was seamless and communications with Susan were fast and easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

We really enjoyed our stay. everything was as nice as I anticipated and more. We visited the weekend before Memorial Day so no noise or traffic. We sat out on the porch and enjoyed the views of Back Bay. The beach is very close from this site, 1 block over to beach access. I would not hesitate to return.

Overall experience was great.
Although the Baja restaurant had events Friday and Saturday night. So music was quite loud. But they quit playing by the noise ordinance time frame. Our 3yr old was not happy though. If he wasnt with us we would have joined over at that restaurant.

The weather wasn’t the best but we still enjoyed our stay. Two adults and two 15 year olds with plenty of space. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s become a spring break tradition for us now. Communication with hosts was a pleasure. We will be back!

My first impression was just how clean and welcoming it was! Our host Susan was so accommodating and kept in touch as needed. My mother in law stayed here while we camped nearby. But we did get to spend some time here with our kids. They loved the loft area! It was such a unique area for them to have some kid time. It’s not a waterfront property but you can certainly see the water from the deck. The Trex deck was very spacious as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

Our family (2 adults/1 teenager) enjoyed our stay immensely in Sandbridge, Va! This RV cottage is located not too far from the Resort entrance, so you have access to a swimming pool and the tennis courts right beside, you're by the Bay and all possible water activities (ex. Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Sea-Dooing - $$ through rental if you don't have your equipment) and 2 mins of walking to the Ocean/beach across the street. You are also 30 mins away from Va Beach by car (Beach and Boardwalk). The cottage was very clean and all ready for us when we arrived, Susan was ready to answer the few questions we had. On the property, we enjoyed the deck with the BBQ and the table/chairs so we could eat/sit outside whenever we wanted to. The 3 beds were good, the little bunk was a little tight for space but I didn't mind. The site is relatively quiet with friendly neighbors, with just the Baya restaurant (right nearby) getting a little loud (with Karaoke and music) a few nights a week but being on vacation I guess you don't mind... and/or you can be part of the party if you go! Coin laundry facilities were also accessible on site and a plus for us. Overall, location, cleanliness of the property and close access to the amenities were important to us and we were more than satisfied with our stay! We will keep excellent memories from our stay in Sandbridge!!

It was our 1st time staying in an RV so we didn't know what to expect. The RV exceeded our expectations and was very accommodating. The property was clean and well organized. Outdoor patio was great in the morning to have coffee and relax with a nice view of the Bay. Very close to the pool, only 1 RV over, right near exit of RV resort which made it very close to beach (only 3 - 5 min walk), and a quick 1 walk to Baja restaurant for food/drinks. Susan was a great property manager who answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations on restaurants, etc. would not hesitate to stay again.

The cottage was well stocked, check in and out was a breeze, and the property manager was fabulous!!! Steps from the pool, close to the playground and laundry mat, and just a short walk to the beach. The sunsets over the bay were breath taking. The cottage exceeded our expectations and the front porch was the icing on the cake. We wish the pool stayed open later (they locked the gate with a key at 8pm but that has to do with the resort, not the property) especially since there was live music playing at Bajas each night until much later. Susan was the best host, she helped us with anything we needed. Thanks for a great week!

The pools were great, short walk to the beach & fishing pier and great communication with the owner & she even sent us tips & suggestions of things to do in the area. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient Location
We had an excellent stay in Sandbridge! The property was very well maintained and clean - the check in process was easy and smooth. The beach was a quick walk from the rental (3-5 minutes) and there was a great view of the bay and excellent sunsets. The Baja bar and grille was in walking distance - we couldn't have asked for more!!!
