Come stay at our house, with plenty of room to stretch out across three levels. We are dog-friendly, as long as your dog is friendly—and well-behaved.
About the property….
On the main level, you'll find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, wraparound windows and sliding doors, and a 65” 4K Roku smart TV with high-speed Internet and digital cable from Xfinity. We have a large kitchen with all of the essentials, and an open dining room with seating for up to ten people at the table and countertop.
On the upper level, you’ll find four bedrooms, configured for a larger group. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony, and an en-suite double vanity bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has twin bunk beds. There is a full balcony at the rear of the property, as well. A laundry room and an additional bathroom round out the upstairs layout.
On the lower level, you'll find a separate living area configured as a studio suite, including a secondary kitchen (sink, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig), a bathroom, another washer and dryer, and additional sleeping accommodations for up to four people on a queen bed and a convertible queen sofa. The studio also has a 55” 4K Roku smart TV and about 100 family-friendly and classic DVDs to choose from. We also have a Nintendo Wii and a few games and puzzles.
In the garage, you’ll find a ping pong table, foosball table, and elliptical machine. We also have a few bikes and water toys, like rafts, to take to Nottingham lake in the summertime. There is a heater to keep the space warm in the winter, too. Our private yard is fenced in on three sides, and the property is lined with aspen trees—and yes, a hammock is included in the summer!
About the community….
Eagle-Vail is a family-friendly, community-oriented neighborhood, and a perfect location for a relaxing mountain vacation all year round! Come here to golf, fish, hike, or just relax in the wonderful Rocky Mountain weather! The golf course and community pool are open this summer and available for guest use with a daily pass, and we are just steps away from a wonderful park with a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a great sledding hill (sleds will be provided for our guests in the winter).
NOTE: No parties or loud guests will be permitted at this property under any circumstances.

Enjoyed our stay, but the place needs some tidying up

We had a big group of 2 families, including little kids, a teenager, a grandmother, and a dog. The space worked perfectly for us. Places that accept pets are not always so clean, but this place was clean and comfortable. Lots of games and things for kids to do in the basement and garage. Good location.

This was a great place for our family to stay. Just minutes from the beautiful beaver creek resort and about 10-15 minutes from Vail.

We had a great time skiing and staying at this home. Would recommend!

The location and the layout of the house are very good, but the cleanliness wasn't good and the rooms carpets need a replacement. Thomas (the host) attention was excellent

This place was an incredible stay for my family. There was a ton of space, kitchen was fully stocked, and there was a lot of fun games. I highly recommend staying here.

The host was easy to work and communicate with. The property was as described. Conveniently located and easy access to Beaver Creek. Thanks!

Myself and a few friends had a great stay here. We had a few issues with check-in and the cleaners not being ready in time, but Thomas (the host) was very responsive and accommodated us accordingly!
Close drive to beaver creek mountain for skiing and plenty of restaurants a short drive away (5–10 minutes) to get dinner or pick up takeout.
We would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

This is the second time staying at this property so we could enjoy multiple ski days at Vail. Everything was great! We had two families - kids and adults. It was perfect!

Location and surroundings are great, but the house is in need of a deep cleaning. Kitchen needs some new pots and pans. It was just ok.

The clean dishes were very dirty. Had not been wash before they put them away

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of room and lots to do (foosball, ping pong and darts in the garage). The neighborhood was beautiful, nearby park and close to hiking trails. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the property. But, the window sills needed a thorough cleaning and the floors could have been cleaner.
Thank you.
Also some fans in the two back bedrooms would be nice.

Great location and only 10 mins to Vail. I highly recommend staying at this townhouse.
The townhouse was very clean upon arrival and located in a great neighborhood. Thomas (property owner) was very responsive to all my emails. I would loved to come back and stay at this property in the near future.

Good!
My friends and I booked this property for a snowboarding trip. The location is excellent and just a short drive to Beaver Creek and Vail resorts. The property was clean for the most part. It does seem to be a little older and could use some updates, but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay nonetheless. We didn’t need to reach out to Thomas at all during our stay, but he was great with answering my questions before the trip.

Fit our needs
The layout of the home worked great for our three-family group. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Figuring out live TV was a little challenging, but we made it work.

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Close to beaver creek and vail ski resorts. We had great time there. We had two service dogs with us, they love the place, both human and dogs kept everything clean in the house. We will definitely come back!

My family and our friends and their family had a great week stay in Avon. The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The house was great: spacious, well stocked, clean and perfect for our get away. We cooked all of our meals here. We grilled most nights and sat out on the patio. The kids had a great time playing fuze ball each day. The basement was stocked with many fun family friendly games. The neighborhood was a great place to walk the dog. We even found a great trail to hike up. The host was so helpful answering any questions as we settled in. We would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay in Vail/Avon. We actually met the owner of the house upon arrival since he had just purchased it and we were the first renters and he couldn't have been nicer. He gave us a tour of the house and everything seemed just as described on the VRBO website. We were 3 couples all about 60 years old and each of the bedrooms had plenty of space, especially the basement suite which my friends absolutely loved. One of the nights of our stay we bar-b-qued a big feast and other than maybe one utensil missing everything we could have asked for was already there. This is a very quite neighborhood which is what we were looking for but close enough to Beaver Creek Village (10 minutes) and Vail Village (15 minutes) if we wanted to go there. There is a huge park 50 yards from the house and we used it every day as we brought our dog with us. He had a chance to play with all of the other dogs in the neighborhood as this what thee hot spot for dogs! A few other things, Walmart Superstore is a 2 minute drive from the house, a gas station conveniently 1 minute way, bike rentals 3 minutes and plenty of restaurants near buy. We would definitely stay at this house on our next trip!
