About this apartment rental

3 bedroom condo located directly in the heart of Saratoga, on the corner of Broadway and Spring Street. Enjoy the view from the entire 2nd floor overlooking Broadway and Congress Park! Restaurants, Bars, Shopping are steps away.

Our condo offers 10 ft ceilings and beautiful "old Saratoga" moldings and trim. The building was originally the Congress Theatre built back in the 1920's. See the pictures of the original look of the building in our photos. In 2015 the building was purchased, gutted, and converted to 16 condo units and 4 retail units. Our unit is 1 of 2 located directly on Broadway. Our condo has a large living room and dining area. It is an open floor plan with the kitchen. Our 3 bedrooms consist of a King bed in the master with full bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a bunkbed in the third bedroom, consisting of a double on the bottom and twin on the top.

Cable TV in living room, Google Speaker in living room, Roku in Master, Nest Thermostat, Yale Digital Front Door lock.

Please note that condo is on the second floor and requires going up a flight of stairs.

Condo is newly purchased by our family so only a few reviews (all 5 stars) so far but hopefully the pictures give a good description.

Great location, perfect to walk anywhere around town. The place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed…. Only downside was one key fob so we did a lot of planning on who had the key and meeting up to swap the key fob

A perfect location for us . The two husbands attended the wood turning convention at the Hilton. With our unexpected 12” snow it was an easy walk for them . Amazing selection of restaurants to walk to and shopping . Snow caused lots of closures but we enjoyed a tuck in weekend .

Gorgeous condo. Vintage woodwork. Nicely furnished with well-stocked kitchen. Cute toiletries. Chocolates and waters in each room were a nice touch. Walkable to so many of Saratoga's attractions.

The condo was spacious, elegant and well supplied with nice dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, corkscrews, silverware, etc. There was 12 cup coffee maker and a Kerig. It has a commercial quality gas stove. The TV area was comfy, as was the dining room, and the AC worked very well. The unit is on the second floor and it is 29 stairs up to the apartment. Keep this in mind when you are packing! The outside door sticks, so give it a good hard push when you are coming in for the first time. Parking was a little tricky and at one point had to utilize a handicapped placard in order to get a space. At other times there were plenty of spaces. The Brodie family did not respond to any messages including a request for check-in instructions, and we had to contact Vbro. In spite of this inconvenience we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect home for our family for the weekend, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, fully stocked, and cozy yet spacious! Great location and very responsive host to immediately answer any questions.

Girls weekend was a success at this super cute location! It was a bit noisy outside at times, which is to be expected since you’re right in the midst of downtown, but the location makes walking to all the great Saratoga spots really convenient. Only wish was that there were enough coffee mugs and toilet paper for the 7 people we had staying there for the weekend. Otherwise everything was great, would definitely stay again!

This is a great, well-done apartment with all the amenities of home right in the middle of downtown Saratoga Springs, at the corner of Spring and Broadway. Walk to everywhere and everything. We loved our stay!

The property and owner could not have been better!!! This was our base for Golfing for 4 days and then awesome dining in Saratoga!!! Walk to every restaurant and shop!!! The location could not have been better!!

Great location and beautiful condo with every amenity we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults to relax and enjoy each other’s company with easy access to shopping and dining. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for the toiletries, chocolates, tea, coffee and other special touches.

I grew up in Saratoga and rented this apartment to stay at with my family for my brother’s wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment!. It was clearly recently renovated to have all modern conveniences (a nest, nice bathrooms, fast WiFi) but with an eye to historical detail, the moldings and finishes are so pretty. It’s tastefully appointed with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. It’s in the perfect location: walkable to everything on Broadway, but closer to Congress Park than Caroline Street so it’s nice and quiet for sleeping. The owners were great and easy to work with. If this is available, I wouldn’t hesitate to book it, you can’t beat the location and how stunning it is!!

The Brodie family do a wonderful job of making you feel at home and went out of their way to meet our needs. Condo has all of the class and style of historic Saratoga only updated to today’s standards. Well stocked, clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful and clean 3 bedroom condo with attention to detail. Communication and check-in was extremely easy. Condo is well stocked with some welcome goodies (in the fridge), coffee station and plenty of soap/shampoo/conditioner. Very clean. The three bedrooms were comfortable and the shower water pressure was AMAZING! You can't beat the location. All that Saratoga has to offer is steps outside the door. If we return to Saratoga, I would stay here again.

What an amazing, fun girls weekend we had! The communication with our host was timely and very helpful. The home was so beautiful, well equipped and was exactly as described. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. We walked to everything! Flowers, drinks in the fridge, coffee bar, candy, toiletries were all so nice and so much appreciated. Thank you so much for extending our check out as well. If I could rate higher than a 5 we would!

The location of Jon’s place is perfect for whatever you’re trying to do in Saratoga. The property was immaculate and stocked with necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There were waters, a coffee bar and even wine and beer in the fridge. We’re looking forward to coming back!

We just got back from 3 nights at Brodies on Broadway and it was fantastic. The apartment is immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. I would compare it to staying in a 5 star hotel. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The location is perfect, walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. The hosts were great and checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. We arrived to complimentary snacks, beer, wine, and flowers, as well as a fully stocked coffee bar. We will be returning to Saratoga for the next few years for an annual crew regatta, and hope to start here again. Thank you Jon and Susan!

Broadie's on Broadway is a charming location for a quick get-a-way with family or friends. Our group of six high school girlfriends (now in our 40's) found ourselves right at home here with plenty of room to cook, sleep and hang out, as well as easy access to food, drinks, and shopping in Downtown Saratoga. The in-house amenities were generous and the entire stay was lovely. We have already decided this will be a yearly escape for us! 10/10 stars. We highly recommend!
