You will never want to leave this 3-story contemporary beach house! Perfectly located across from Marina park and just STEPS TO THE BEACH. This 3300 sq ft, 5-bedroom home includes 2 LARGE master suites, 3.5 baths, and 2 spacious balconies overlooking the ocean.
Upon entering, you will find the rustic first-floor den including a large Smart TV, cozy sofa, and closet with numerous beach/outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The first floor also includes 3 unique bedrooms each equipped with extremely comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space.
Moving up to the expansive second floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with panoramic views of the ocean, park, and harbor. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and large balcony with built-in BBQ. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and walk-in closet.
Finally, we move up to the luxurious third-floor master suite. This newly remodeled area contains a private lounge with a wet bar, Smart TV, and beautiful city/mountain view. You will fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and wake up to grand, breathtaking ocean views. This master suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The location of this house is amazing! We loved that there was enough room to accommodate so many of our family members. We also have family that lives nearby, and the park or beach are perfect for a family reunion. The house comes with fun amusements like puzzles, games, surf boards, boogie boards, and a bike. We hope to return!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and loved it both times. The location is amazing, steps to the beach and biking distance to DT Ventura and all the cute shops and restaurants. But if you don't want to leave the house the huge windows and balconies have spectacular views of the beach and surroundings. The kitchen is equipped for great family meals and the living areas have comfortable hangout spots.

This house was the best we’ve stayed in. We have been renting beach houses for the last 10 years. The place was well appointed and has everything you could need. Beach equipment, excellent kitchen, plenty of space for generations of family to enjoy your time. Close to market and restaurants.

Whole family stayed the weekend while attending my daughter’s graduation in SB. House is exactly as listed and pictured in VRBO. It’s clean, has everything you need and Jayne is a great host. We had no issues, but she would definitely be available for anything that came up if need be. Location cannot be beat. Beach is right out the front door. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, coffee and ice cream places are close by. Worth it just for the view!

Stayed in this amazing beach home with spouse and 3 other couples for the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. The home and location were the best! Well stocked kitchen for in home cooking. Super easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend this home!

This lovely home was an awesome place for our family of parents, adult children and grandchildren to stay. The living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms are all thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The owner was great to work with, reached out to make sure everything was ok, and responded promptly to any questions. The location, across from Marina Park, and just a few doors down from the beach, is great for beach access. There are beautiful beach views from several areas of the house. We have rented dozens of vacation houses, and this one is certainly in the top three. We hope to rent it again for a future trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great views of the ocean on a very quiet street. We were able to sleep soundly with windows open and the sound of the waves breaking outside. The two suites and two extra bedrooms were perfect for our two families. We used the extra room upstairs as an office for those who needed some peace and quiet for work. The location is convenient with a Vons just 5 minutes away and all the amenities of Ventura within close reach. Overall a great stay.

Ventura is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach life. A weekend at this beautiful beach house hosted by Jayne was the best. The location to the beach and park gave us beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There home was very lovely and roomy. All the decor and amenities were perfect. Definitely a 5 star!!

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The location was very nice. I was disappointed that there weren’t enough hand towels for everyone and no extra pillowcases for pillows that we brought. The pillows at the house were really hard and not good. Also, there were problems with the stove top. Several were not light and the handle kept coming off one.

Scenic views, breakfast on the balcony, comfortable beds, and gorgeous bathrooms! Our family ages 5- 67 enjoyed everything, meals together, boogie boards, bicycling, Lego toys/puzzles indoor for kids, sand castle toys, corn hole game, and easy to do laundry. Many thanks to Jayne who did everything to make our stay pleasant! Much appreciated!

We had a wonderful week in Ventura. Jayne was always available for any questions we had and was very communicative from the start. The flowers, cookies and wine she left was such a nice touch. The home is gorgeous and in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this property!

We stayed here while attending a conference nearby and it was such a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. Tons of space, comfortable, had all the amenities you could want, clean, beautifully decorated and full of light. So close to the beach as well. Jayne was the perfect host, too, very welcoming and responsive. She even left some delicious homemade cookies and flowers for us (I was celebrating my birthday during our stay). It’s the perfect place for a family or a group to stay. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at this beautiful home. Perfectly located at the beach, across from a large park, and conveniently within driving distance of amazing hiking in the Santa Cruz and Santa Monica mountains. We spent each morning on a long hike and enjoyed time at the beach in the afternoon. The house is perfect for a large group. We had five of our seven kids (all adults) and everyone had plenty of room. Beautifully appointed home and kitchens, baths, bedrooms are well designed and modern. Definitely a home we will visit again!

We just had the best family get together that we’ve ever had thanks to Jayne and this amazing home. It accommodated 10 adults easily. The house was spotless! The huge 2nd floor kitchen/dining/living area was perfect! We spent most of the weekend in that area visiting, fixing meals, and playing games. The kitchen is laid out so that several people can be preparing meals at the same time and not be crowded. The grill on the patio allowed us to cook meals and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were really comfortable. The showers were very clean. The beach was a short walk away. Jayne was responsive and pleasant. I could go on & on. You will not regret renting this home!

We stayed here for our annual family vacation (ages 8 months to 89 years old). We all agreed it was our overall favorite house that we stayed at. The location across the street from the park and steps from the beach can't be beat. The views are spectacular from the second floor main level and third floor master suite. The house is roomy and well equiped. Would definitely stay here again!

The house boasts views of the ocean from two decks and the kitchen/living space. The park across the street contributes to a feeling of openness. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The nicely furnished three sitting areas gave us the ability to relax as a group or have private space for work or reading. The property manager communicated with us ahead of time and checked in occasionally to make sure that no issues had arisen. The keyless entry allowed our group to have easy and individual access. We easily parked three cars off the street , using the garage and the driveway.

Outstanding accommodation in a really nice location. We met up with our kids and grandkids and spent some quality time at the beach, park and the local area. The house is very nice in a great location with many accoutrements. Very enjoyable and make sure to take advantage of the bike opportunities.

I loved being able to look out the windows and see the waves coming in. The house is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Location is also good. Lots of places to ride bikes and restaurants/grocery store near by. Jayne is a phenomenal host. Quick to respond and assist with our questions. We will definitely return in the future!

The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. The second floor 'great room' has a spectacular view and lots of comfortable places to sit and enjoy. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances. Steps away from a fun surfing beach. Fun for all ages. Host was very attentive and gracious. Hoping to come back sometime again.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Jayne's place right on the beach! Perfect location, plenty of room and a beautiful updated home with a fantastic view! Loved that the property has high gates with high latches to the outside of the house...that helped keep the littles in the yard. She has provided 2 bikes, several boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, beach toys and even an umbrella to keep shaded on the sand. There are life jackets, 2 wetsuits and 2 surfboards that my boys enjoyed. Great location within walking distance to a few little shops on Seaward Ave. Pierpont Tacos has amazing fish tacos and Juicewell had the best acai bowls we've ever tasted! Vons grocery store is very close if you need a milk run in the morning. Jayne communicated well and was easily accessible throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again!.
