We appreciated very much this house.
Andrew was always available to answer any questions.
The hot tub was the reward after a good hike .

We really enjoyed this comfortable home. We are fans of mid century modern homes and this one has been well taken care of.

I want to start by saying the location is good and the house has a lot of positives. But the major negative is the communication of the owner or manager, Andy. Before we arrived, he sent an email saying we could call, text, or email with any questions. I emailed the day before about an early check in and received no response. I then texted the day of and got no response. I finally received the okay to check in 1 hour before the original check in. When we arrived to the house, the cleaners were still there and they told us one of the master showers was plugged and wouldn’t work. The shower looked like there was raw sewage in it. I texted Andy who said nothing other than “a plumber has been called.” Well it turns out that no plumber had been called. I asked the next day and he said that he actually hadn’t been able to schedule a single plumber but “we could leave if we weren’t satisfied with the property.” Given that we had 2 toddlers and my parents staying with us, it was obviously very difficult to find a new house last minute. I could make do with one less shower but there was just absolutely no apology or plan/communication from Andy. I told him I found this unacceptable and he never responded after that. A plumber never showed up the entire 7 days we were there. But on the last day we were there, a work crew showed up before 6am in the morning to start laying turf in the back yard with very loud music. Don’t stay here if you value a competent host.

This was a great spot just outside of Tucson. The house had plenty of room, and the hot tub and patio were great after a long day. The sunrises in the morning were also pretty spectacular.

The home definitely provides the "Wow Factor" both inside and out! It's perched up on a small hill with beautiful views of the desert and mountains. We were very impressed with how the house presented itself. It was clean and is nicely decorated. The property manager was also fantastic and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Tucson wonderful! :)

The property is lovely and house has lots of space inside and out for gathering together. The pool is lovely, and the hot tub was well used looking up at the stars at night! 2 master bedrooms are large and the one is very large. Sound carries easily around the house so put your light sleepers in the furthest room. Andy was very responsive and helpful.

Beautifully remodeled
We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled home near Gates Pass in the Tucson Mountain area. The owner was accessible by phone, and the home was well stocked with amenities and thoughtful extras to make our stay more enjoyable. The location was great for our son's wedding at Cocoraque Ranch and we would love to stay here again.
