We stayed for a ski trip, and it was a real quick drive to park near base of winter park. We saw neighbors walking to the shuttle near by as well. Ping pong table in basement was an added bonus, and hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing.

Comfortable, clean and close to WP.

extremely poorly managed and as a matter of fact the local operators and vacasa corporation have no integrity and will not stand behind their poor service. BEWARE!
Our situation:
The hot tub was not cleaned or taken care of in quite some time. Smelled of algae and had a green hue. We alerted manager on our first day and never heard back. Followed up again and they asked for our number (which was on app) to have local team call us. 2, 3, 4 days go by with no action… in the meantime we can’t use hot tub.
We check out and then the next day we get a message indicating they are going to credit us a small amount for our trouble. But it was way less than even 1% of what we paid! And the hot tub was a key feature and premium we targeted and paid extra dke.
I call the main line and ask to get escalated to supervisor and he reviewed it and said they would offer a bit more - almost 1%. I indicated that it was not satisfactory and he said he would take it up the chain.
He called the next day and apologized and said that unfortunately they would not provide any compensation and he was told to stop talking to me. Confused I asked why and he said that the local operator told them that it was drained and cleaned before our stay (not true) and that we “clearly had a big party as there were beer bottles on the back deck”. Lol. We had a family get together kids. They ghosted me and won’t return calls. No responsibility. Better options are available. Especially at this rate.

We had a great time except on Sunday morning the outside raised deck (15 feet off the ground) fell about 4 inches. The hot tub is on the deck and we believe the deck can no longer support the weight. Someone could have been seriously hurt. This needs to ne fixed before anyone else stays there. It was scary.

Clean, convenient to winter park.

We rented this property for its size and private hot tub and upon arrival found the hot tub to be disgusting. In our rental contract we paid a $60 “hot tub” fee and was assured the fee was to keep the hot tub in good working. The tech who had to empty the tub said it hadn’t been serviced in a long time. The emptying of the tub resulted in us not being able to us it as planned. Vacasa has been non responsive about refunding that fee and a portion of our overall cost since we specifically chose the property for the hot tub. This is my second bad experience with Vacasa. Going forward, I will

We spent the weekend at 200 Antlers and had a great time! We had 6 adults and 8 kids, and the set up was awesome. There are basically two master suites, a bunk room in the basement, then two small bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs on the top floor. It worked out great. The hot tub was a steaming 104 degrees upon arrival (which I greatly appreciated) and the place was very clean.
There were a few small issues with the place, mainly with the appliances. The oven and the dishwasher were not working totally right, but I am sure they will fix it after I sent a private message to the owner. The place has not been updated in a while. It feels like 2005 when you enter the place. The kitchen could use a few upgrades!
The unit is about 100 yards to the bus stop. We walked to the bus stop and a courtesy shuttle came around and took us to the mountain. So convenient! There was a big garage space, so we parked a suburban comfortably in the garage, then a Chevy truck in the driveway and another truck in the overflow parking. Easy Peasy.
Overall, it was a great spot and a fun weekend. Would highly recommend. Would give a 5th star if not for the appliances (mainly the oven and dishwasher) needing updating.

Poor communication and follow thru with the property managers
We arrived Friday eventing to find one of the queen beds did not have sheets. We reached out numerous times to get someone to come to the property to get us sheets. It wasn`t until Saturday at 5 pm someone was able to tell us how to get sheets from the locked storage closet on site. Not once were they apologetic. Unacceptable given that we are living in the era of Covid where we should be made to feel comfortable that the house we rented was properly cleaned and prepared for guests. We had to ask to be compensated for the inconvenience. What they offered was a mere drop in the bucket considering how much they charged. The housekeeping fee was exorbitant. If you do choose to stay here you might want to bring some back up queen sheets.
