This stunning single-story 3BR/3BA beachside home boasts supreme indoor/outdoor living with a spacious covered patio outfitted with al fresco dining, lounge furniture, and a private hot tub.

Enjoy a prime locale just 300 steps from the beach with attractions, restaurants, and pubs also within easy walking distance.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room and watch shows on the 58” flat screen TV or play fun games on the Wii.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is a showstopper with a stylish backsplash and full suite of upgraded stainless steel appliances. Take a seat at the five-person kitchen bar or gather for home-cooked meals at the eight-seat dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and dresser. Freshen up in the second bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two twin beds are found in the third bedroom, as well as a dresser and flat screen TV. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sliding glass doors in the dining room open to the covered patio, complete with a grill, six-seat dining table, and four lounge chairs. Luxuriate with a soak in the private hot tub.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Beach gear including chairs, toys, and an umbrella are available for guest use, as are a Pack ‘n Play and high chair.

This property is dog-friendly. Tandem parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway (or this space can accommodate a truck and boat trailer if needed). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

LOCATION

Spend sun-soaked days on the beach located just a few blocks away; rent jet skis, surfboards, or paddle boards and explore the open waters.

Walk a half-mile to Indian Mound Park and learn about local history including the Tequesta Tribe.

Enjoy a bite to eat at Houston’s or The Foundry, followed by dessert at Razzleberry’s Ice Cream -- all are located approximately a half-mile away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful vrbo with perfect location. Kitchen and linens equipped one of the best i have ever seen. Communication with vacasa could be greatly improved. Once we arrived communication with assigned manager was perfect and prompt. Prior to our trip we reached out via message and phone calls and got various different answers from different people. None of which happened to be the accurate information once we arrived. Overall space was great for our family trip, well equipped and extremely clean.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us and our 6 teens. They loved being a block from the beach and getting in the hot tub each evening. We had a great stay!

There were problems with the clothes washer and commode. Good communication with manager. Also there was a used condom on the sliding door rack. Yuck. Drive way is very narrow. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Family gathering close to the beach. Plenty of room to stretch out without falling all over each other. Very clean and well equiped. Nicely located 2 blocks from beach and 5 blocks from good restaraunts and small beach shops. Really nice not to have to stay on beach for hours just to make the trek worth your time. Only 2 complaints are can't hear ocean from just 2 blocks away and parking a little tight for 2 cars.

I really enjoyed the house as it was extremely clean, newly renovated with a great interior design which made me and my family feel comfortable, just like at home. I will most definitely try to rent this place again if it is available for my next upcoming trip. I enjoyed the fact that the property has a backyard and hottub, grill and beach chair! Highly recommend!!!

The house (and rooms) was very nice. The location near the beach was great. But-- the air conditioning filter was filthy, probably not changed in years. There were barely enough dishes, the dish washer had missing tracks, there was no aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed. And the driveway was very difficult navigating. The patio space in front of the house (or the space in the back) should be clear so a car can backup into it. For the price asked for this rental all of this should be in perfect shape.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great time and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean and across two streets to the beach. They provided 3 fans which was a wonderful idea with the weather being so hot. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The space was clean, had everything we needed and very close to restaurants and the boardwalk. The beach is right across the street which was convenient. Fort Lauderdale beach is a short drive as well.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy three minute walk to the beach, which was clean and not crowded, even over Spring Break. The neighborhood was safe and we felt comfortable allowing our young teens to walk to get ice cream after dark.

The house was very clean and inviting. There was all the beach equipment you would need. There were plenty of linens as well as beach towels. The place was located within walking distance of everything-especially the beach!

The house was beautiful and amazingly clean, the bedrooms and kitchen were perfect for our needs. The showers are heavenly, although the second bathroom sink needs a little space. The hot tub was a nice amenity, although it did not warm up too much on the 2nd day. Overall a great stay and would revisit.

The property was very clean, and had plenty of space for four adults. We loved the outdoor space, and that the beach was across the street. The management company was super fast to respond to any questions. The house is on a very busy street and can be loud at times due to traffic noise. Using a sound machine helped a lot with the noise. The house is within walking distance to restaurants and more. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

The experience of renting this property was extremely easy. The house was just perfect for our family. This place is easy walking distance to the beach and just a small walk to Walgreens to pick up so many necessities during our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and decorated nicely. Would highly recommend this rental. Thank you!

The location of this property was amazing. It was so nice that the private beach was just a 2 minute walk. The house had lots of space and was nicely updated. Having three bathrooms for 4 girls was also a plus. The only thing I did not like was that TURNKEY was not allowing early check in and they were saying that it was the owner that wasn’t allowing early check-in. When we got to the property the owner was there doing some last minute things to get the house ready and they said they have no idea why turnkey wouldn’t let us do early check-in because the house wasn’t rented all week so there wasn’t anything to be cleaned. We even offered to pay a small fee for early check in and turnkey kept saying no. So just keep that in mind when you book.
