Safe, clean, family neighborhood. Modern home. Plenty of space. Mom loved teenagers had their own space.

1. Some maintenance is needed for some of the damage or broken items in the home.
2. No communicating given about the pool not being open, even though I asked about hours and key card being left with a note about the pool. Kids arrived all excited and I packed tons of beach towels for everyone.
3. Parking was ridiculous, the whole area in front of the house is a "fire lane".
3. Something or someone "knocking" on the house/windows for the two days we stayed there. One time for like 20 minutes.
Otherwise the home was the perfect size for our family. It is a beautiful home and we appreciated the beauty of having everyone under one roof.

A group of us came to Colorado to go wedding dress shopping for my daughter. We chose this house based on the proximity to the airport as well as the bridal shop. We had a wonderful time and overall the house was nice. There were some very minor things we thought would improve the home. Some things seem to have some wear and tear such as the kitchen drawers with some handles being loose, and some broken blinds to the sliding odor nothing major. There didn’t seem to be many washcloths so we bought a set from target to leave at the home. There were bath towels I would say maybe 2-3 per bathroom. We broke a wine glass while there so we bought a set of stemless wine glasses to replace it. There were plenty of dishes for our use as well as cutlery. The only other thing we would suggest is putting a tv in the second livingroom it appears as if one was there before so maybe they are just in the process of replacing but we found it odd that the room with the big sectional had no tv and the room that has the big screen tv only has two chairs. It would have been much more pleasant if there was more seating in the room with the tv or a tv in the room with the sectional where we all could enjoy using it together. We did bring dining chairs into the room and sat on the floor in order to watch some tv together in the evening. Overall the house served its purpose was close to shopping and was an easy drive to the airport.

This home and host were our best VrBo experience yet. Nana was very prompt with her responses to any question we had. The property exceeded our expectations and was super homey and spacious. We will be back!!!

We stayed here because it is close to my son's apartment. The house was perfect as a gathering place for 7 adults, easy to access to shopping and Denver-area activities. The host was great to work with and responsive to all of our questions. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the low cost of this house for a large group and a week-long stay. Thanks for making this place available to us!

This is a wonderful home to stay with a family. Plenty of space with private bathrooms. Worked great for traveling with an infant! We were close to the Zoo as well as a quick trip to Este Park! Highly recommend this property.
The host answered our questions promptly and everything was as it was listed.

Roomy and clean, nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We had 8 people with plenty of room. Awesome keurig coffeemaker. There is a surprisingly large community pool that my kids really enjoyed. I would stay here again.

The house was a great vacation place for our three generation family. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy while we explored sites around the Denver metro and surrounding areas.

Nana was so responsive and even dropped off a French press after we bought coffee but couldn’t find a coffee pot. She let us have a late check out and was super responsive and accommodating. The house was spacious and met All of our families needs. I’d recommend this home for price and comfort.

The home was really nice, and was comparable to the photos online. Plenty of space for our family. Check-in was easy and the house had all of the things needed to make our stay comfortable. The area was quiet and well kept.
Nana was very nice and super responsive when we needed anything! There were a few things that I think could be addressed for future stays...The heat and a/c are not able to be controlled from the home. On our first day, Nana was coincidentally at the residence when we checked in and she advised this so I asked the heat to be turned to 70. The next morning, the heat was down to 62, which was fairly chilly. I had to reach out and ask for the heat to be turned up, which was inconvenient since it was 6am. I feel the tenant should be able to control the heat and a/c, within reason. Nana also had to come back to the property a 2nd time due to a lost remote. She again took care of it right away, but I would expect these things to be checked between stays so that guests do not have interruptions during their stay. Lastly, the cleaning crew could be more attentive to small details. The reason Nana was there during check-in was due to a dead battery on the door lock, but she was still at the property when we came because she was cleaning some missed areas in the kitchen. Later, when taking shower in the master, we noticed quite a bit of hair in the shower/shower walls. These were small issues. Overall lovely property and great experience. Would stay again!

We found a great home for a quick trip to Denver. Nana was great she kept in contact with us to make sure we arrived ok and had everything we needed. Thus was a nice clean comfortable home.

Everything was perfect, the house was perfectly clean, the communication with the owner was perfect, the area is perfect, if you like to run there’s a 20 mile trail just one mile away from the house. Excellent and really recommended place to stay. Near the airport. Near downtown. Near the mountains.

Our family rented this home for a nearby wedding. We had infants to seniors and it was perfect! The space was spotless and great, the outdoor patio was a bonus and the kitchen well equipped. The only thing I would share is that a walk-in shower would have been easier for the seniors, but we made it work! The home is in a great spot and convenient to everything. Nana is a great host and was available for any at that came up. We would certainly rent from her again.

Perfect for our girls weekend
Beautiful home! We chose it because it was close to the airport. It ended up being fairly central to all of the activities we chose. Would definitely book again if we get the chance to come back to Denver!

We have stayed in many rental houses. To be perfectly honest, we were quite disappointed in this one. It needs a very thorough cleaning and major TLC! I dropped my cell phone during the night and in the morning, it was disgusting to see where I was feeling for it under the bed and near the night stand. The kitchen floor was sticky. The deck door screen was very torn, and she was aware and it was getting replaced, but I think she should have told her guests. A blind was also broken. The deck is in rough shape. There was a very nasty odor in the garage. It was discovered the garbage was piled up so high the lid could hardly close! The good side for us was, the location was perfect for us for visiting our son! We didn’t do any cooking, but it appeared to be a nicely supplied kitchen with utensils. It has nice appliances. Nana was very polite and pleasant to speak to.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Nana is very responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable. It would have been nice to have more dining room chairs since there were 10 of us. Note: in the basement bedroom, you have to cover the sensor on the lights or they will turn on when you roll over in bed. For the price, this is an excellent choice. It’s also nice that she has coffee available.

Absolutely stunning
Fell in love with the pictures on line and in person it was even better. I have always stayed in hotels an my friends convinced me to try Vrbo. I am so happy they did. The house was beautifully decorated, communication was superb, and location was everything I needed. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and if my daughter decides to go to school out here next year will be seeing if this property is still available. Thank you thank you thank you!

Perfect for what we needed.
Very much enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with more than enough room for the five of us. The the neighborhood felt very safe. We were in Denver to help find a place for my son and family to live and found it only two blocks away. Many thanks to the host.

Great home and great location
This home was perfect for our large group of 7 adults. It was in great location and a nice neighborhood. We were in town for The Eagles concert and the home was only 20 minutes from the concert venue.
The homeowner was amazing and responded very quickly. Communication was great and so appreciated! She also provided some amazing recommendations for things to do.
Lowry's beer garden was awesome and delicious.
Garden of the Gods was beautiful and a must see.
The home was very clean and we really appreciated all of the sitting areas throughout the home.
We will definitley keep this rental in mind for our next trip to Colorado.
