Newly painted condo with the perfect location! By land we are close to shopping, bars and the trampoline park! By water we are close to several area bars at the 18 mm including Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Red Head Yacht Club and more. Party cove is just a short boat ride away! The condo is just a few steps to the pool as well AND has ground floor access. This condo has it all when it comes to location! Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Nice patio overlooking the lake that has an electric grill. Newly installed electric fireplace to set the mood! Flat screen TVs with cable. Wifi as well. The living room as two full sized couches and a love seat. New mattresses in 2023. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Modern washer and dryer. This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location. The condo itself is so nice and so close to the amazing pool. Marty is an especially wonderful host, helping us out with a hiccup that occured regarding our stay (our hiccup not Marty's). Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at the lake! Pool was awesome. Close to shopping and residents. I spoke to the owner a couple times with questions and they were very quick to respond and always helpful. Thanks for a great stay! We all enjoyed and relaxed.

The condo met our (2 couples) needs well with two bedrooms, each with an attached bath. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not really use it except to make coffee. Our only complaint was the pitiful little bath towels in the bathrooms. Each only had 2, small raggedy towels. On the next to last day, we found a load of much nicer towels in the dryer. It would have been nice if the cleaners had put them in the bathrooms.

We loved our stay at this condo. Clean. The host provides everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the balcony with views of the lake. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again

We were in town one might traveling & needed a place to stay that allowed pets. We arrived late at night, but it was well lit & easy to find. Nice unit, clean, well stocked & provides a view of the lake. Nice property & I would stay there again.

Great place to stay close to everything there is at Lake of the Ozarks. Only 1 downfall, there is no trailer parking.

We enjoyed this condo on a stay for a conference in Osage Beach. The condo was roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms! It was clean with a nice balcony looking at the lake. The owners were very open to communication and the condo was easily accessible. We would definitely come back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

Had an overnight stay for our trip to Osage, this location was near a lot of things. Only bad part was all the stairs to get to the actual condos. Otherwise, it’s was perfect for our needs!

Our stay at the property was excellent!! Very clean, roomy and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities needed for preparing Christmas dinner. The property location is very convenient to shopping and has a great view of the lake!

The condo had everything we needed. Washer/dryer, kitchen, plenty of beds (sometimes hard to find with 3 kids!). Easy access to tons of restaurants etc nearby. To boot, this complex has one of THE BEST pools available in the area! If you have kids, go HERE.

Myself and some colleagues stayed overnight for a conference at Margaritaville. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but was nice! Unit was spacious and accommodating. Monty was easy to reach.

there was an unfortunate cleaning situation where the rental was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The owners were incredibly kind and offered to clean the space right away. we declined due to timing and were given a full refund. That is how hospitality should be done. The space is very convenient and a great family option. we will defiantly try again another time!
