About this house rental

This newly remodeled gem is a rare find that combines comfort, style and luxury to ensure a great experience on your getaway. It’s located on a quiet street minutes from the airport and blocks from the one-of-a-kind Coastal Trail with spacious parks, playgrounds, ice skating rinks, and wildlife. It’s not uncommon to see Moose and other animals on the trail, just be sure to keep your distance when it happens.

Our previous guests tend to be into one or more of the following categories. (1) Really want to create an extra special vacation memory or celebrate a major milestone, (2) always wanted to visit Alaska to explore the natural beauty, (3) considering moving to the 49th state.

Interior Layout:
4 br/ 2.5 bath spread out over three floors and sleeps eight. One king in the primary bedroom with attached private bathroom; one queen downstairs; and two full beds upstairs; in addition to an air mattress and pack-n-play. There are two separate living areas, a south facing yard, and one assigned parking spot.

As we pulled up to the address, I was a bit concerned. But once we walked through the door, the pictures matched the real thing. Note there is a bed in the basement floor, but no bathroom.

We are a group of 4, traveling to Alaska to enjoy a summer solstice golf adventure. Golfing past midnight is spectacular! This property served us well, located in a great location, very clean, and very well managed. The host was very responsive with all communications, and very accommodating to everything requested. We’d definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay in Alaska. We were constantly driving back and forth between Girdwood and Palmer so this was in a great location. My sister and I took advantage of being so close to the coastal trail and went on a few runs were we saw a lot of other early morning runners. One thing that I want to note is that it is 4 bedroom but both the showers are located on the 3rd floor. One bedroom is on the first floor where there is not a bathroom at all and requires them to go to the 2nd floor to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Not a deal breaker, but something future returns should be aware of if stairs are an issue.

Our family of 7 had a great Alaska vacation. The interior of the house was very clean and modern. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for us. We would absolutely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, stocked, and ideally located. I only recommend adding televisions to the bedrooms (only one was in the master) and the main floor living room. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

There for a short stay and hosts were very responsive. Although we stayed there after an unusual snow storm, the kitchen had no hot water, dishwasher didn’t work and parking was horrible as there is only street parking. Neighbors vehicle parked against my bumper. The house was cold except for the downstairs which was extremely hot. Outdoor steps were slippery and covered with ice and trash was over flowing.. I’m sure would’ve been better in warmer weather. Everything started working the day we were leaving when it warmed up.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It is centrally located in Anchorage so it didn’t take very long to drive anywhere. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Our stay was the end of a 12 day first time, amazing, whirlwind trip to Alaska for all 7 adult family members and spouses. We spent 3 nights at your beautiful home....we each had our own bedroom and baths rooms - enough for no lines! We rested, watched football, reflected and felt at home in your home before we all headed off to our individual homes - in 4 different states. Thank you!

The house was very clean and check in was easy. The property manager was available and in contact during our entire stay. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend it for any visit to Anchorage. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall this is a nice property in a convenient location. It was a good home base for our day trips around Anchorage, south to Seward and north to Denali. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed and well maintained. Excellent communication with the owner; he goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quirky, but mostly quiet neighborhood. Early one morning we watched two small moose graze in the yard across the street.

We came together for Thanksgiving and to gather family as we recently loss my dad. This rental was just what our family needed. Lots of bedrooms and space. The extra air mattress was also appreciated as well as plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen albiet smaller worked just fine, including a large fridge, fully loaded spice rack and Kuering with pods. Emmanuel was amazing to work with and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend this rental.

If you are looking for comfort, convenience, and all the amenities you need, stay here! The rooms are beautiful, the master bed is like a cloud, this home is so well furnished, you will love it! It was the perfect start to our Alaska trip and we quickly settled in for much needed rest with no hassle; it is minutes from the airport. Emanuel's communications were prompt and courteous, very helpful. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked. The home is located in a safe, albeit a bit quirky, neighborhood. Outside there is little to no view, but once you are inside expect to have 4 luxury hotel quality bedrooms on 3 levels. Skip the hotels and stay here!
