This first-floor walk up has been remodeled and is waiting for you! This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with high quality beds and furniture. You are about 50 steps from the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishware and silverware you could need. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use.

This is a cozy and immaculate 28 unit condo complex. It also features a heated pool for you and your family to enjoy. There are 2 large gas grills by the pool. There is free private parking under the building to keep your vehicle cool.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand toys and towels to complete your day at the beach. The Clearwater Beach area offers so many different activities for you and your family to enjoy. You are steps from the sugary white sands of Clearwater Beach. Most attractions are accessible by walking or taking the Jolley Trolley. There are also multiple dining options ranging from beach fare to fine dining all within walking distance.

The condo was everything in the description and more. It was the perfect location just steps from the beach and just outside, but within walking distance of the hustle and bustle part of the island. My family prefers to eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The hosts have a storage closet with everything you need for the beach and pool. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and was very professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family.

This property had everything we needed for an awesome stay (family of 5) The unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I will also add, we found the master bed to be very comfy! The proximity to the beach was great (2nd building back) probably a 20 second walk. I loved that towels were provided, both beach and bath, along with access to their beach gear. Umbrellas, lots of sand toys, chairs, floats and a wagon to use. They even had an air pump in the unit which was awesome as we forgot to bring ours for our floats. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The host responded promptly when i had a few random questions. Overall, i give this property a 10/10! We would absolutely stay again!

It was perfect for our family of 5. Even though we were not ocean front it was still a great view. Porch was shaded the entire time. There was a great selection of restaurants you can walk to. Beach was not crowded the week we were down there. No complaints from my college age kids. Walk the beach every night. It had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, cart. Great stay! Would stay again.

Great location. Heather was prompt on any questions I had. The storage unit had ample items for the beach- best we had ever had. Great for families or just adults We didn't need parking, but the parking would be so convenient- right under the unit and protected from sun/rain. Just steps from the sand. Great place to stay.

My family of 4 with two college-aged kids stayed for 4 nights in March for spring break and my family just loved it. The access to the beach and all the beach equipment was so nice! The balcony was a favorite for hanging and chilling, watching the ocean, birds, people, etc. The Alba pizza so close by was so yummy. The beds were super comfy! The sheets were soft, all the items were high quality and everything was clean. We all had enough space to feel comfortable and all the amenities available within the condo were great. The owner was very responsive and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

We had a great time at this condo. We loved the layout and it had everything we could ever need - even beach toys! Really enjoyed our stay. Everything you needed was there. Very well stocked and even dropped off a few other things during our stay which was above and beyond. Everything there that you would need for the beach and plenty of it. Was just my wife and I for most of the time but our Son and his Wife and their little guy came for 4 nights as well as two other couples (one couple stayed for 1 night and the other stayed for 2 nights and they all were very very comfortable). Nice balcony with 4 great chairs. Again, very very nice and Heather was super responsive on everything. And best of all .......... you can walk everywhere. Literally probably 50 restaurants an easy walk.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, with such a quick walk on to the beautiful white sandy beach. We enjoyed the heated pool during these cooler January days. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 with the 2 queens and king bed, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meal preparation. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Clearwater.

This condo checked all the boxes for a great family vacation! Not only was the condo itself spacious and clean, the association pool was warm and well-kept. We loved the proximity to the beach and walkability factor of the area. There were many restaurants and shops near by. Additionally, Heather was great to work with- she answered all my questions and was responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

We are repeat visitors at Heather's condo because we always enjoy our stay. The condo works very well for our family which is why we come back. It is close to the beach and the condo has all you need to enjoy the day in the sun. The pool is wonderful was well. We would definitely recommend this condo.

PROs: Great location, walking distance to the beach and Pier 60, heated pool was amazing, beach towels toys and chairs are all included which was great because we were flying! New furniture (different from website pictures and still need to be “broken in” lol) Heather has amazing communication and usually answered my texts quickly which was nice as sometimes they come up in a middle of something. CONs: Left over food in fridge and cabinets (we are a food allergy family and this took an extra step to go through everything to check every label and remove). We prefer a clean slate for this reason. All appliances (coffee pot, air fryer, cookie sheets, etc) that we used were dirty from previous use. Had to reclean everything. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely come back to the area again!

This was our first vacation as a family and it was such a nice location for us! The beach was literally a 2 minute walk and you’re there. Very convenient and easy to assess. Heather kept in contact whenever I needed her and replied quickly to my questions. The condo itself was nice and spacious plus had everything we needed. We will definitely plan on being back some day!

We’ve stayed in this area of CB before but first time at this property. Heather was a great communicator. The location to the beach is phenomenal. Covered parking was so convenient as we had rain storms for part of our stay. The property was well stocked, clean, and perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed having a balcony and the pool was a fun change of pace from the beach. We loved our stay and hope to return next year!

Unit fits 4 adults comfortably. Beach down the block. Everything there at unit: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, even a drill to make a hole for the umbrella. Unit clean and comfortable, multiple TVs. Pool was well maintained and not crowded.

The location is perfect. Steps to the beach, far enough away from the main stretch of restaurants and bars with still being in a short walking distance. Heather made sure our family was set for our trip, which made check in/check out very smooth. The location ensured all 4 adults had a little something they loved; beach, pool, restaurants/bars, comfy beds. I would definitely recommend.
