This is a swimming pool, not just a wading pool! The large size and generous depth make it a challenge for the kids to pick their torpedoes off the bottom!! The shallow end with available life jackets make it suitable for all ages. The saltwater is gentler than a traditional chlorine pool and will decrease skin and eye irritation and greatly reduce the chlorine smell. If you’re not familiar with saltwater pools think softened water, not ocean water.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. Pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 it can affect the pool temp, unfortunately pool temps cannot be guaranteed. No additional fee for pool heat!

Outdoor Corn Hole and lots of pool toys – floating mats, noodles, goggles, torpedos, football, water blasters…..

Attention: If you are looking for a party house, please do not book this house. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis for $150 additional pet rent fee. They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area, crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on furniture or in the pool.

We love feeding the turtles and fish in the adjacent pond.
