Apartment has 1 King bedroom and a Living room with sofa-bed, many closets. Guests enjoy spacious nice bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen, with the Stowe, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, granite counter top. Direct access to the beach and swimming pool. Very Secure building. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping in walking distance. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests enjoy umbrellas and beach chairs, private pool, private beach access with towels, fitness center, high-speed WIFI, and business center.

The view from the balcony is stunning. You cannot get a better view of the ocean in Miami. Yes, there is construction going on next door, but the doors block out 95% of the sound and it doesn’t take away from your stay. Liliyana was very quick to respond to every message (within the hour.) The property was clean, and the beach access here was fantastic. You can also rent towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. There is both a sauna and fitness center here as well. The VRBO is in a great location for walking to several restaurants, and there’s also a Publix grocery store nearby. I will say to make sure you thoroughly read the description. It is $30 a night to park your car because valet is the only option, and an additional $35 a night for resort/administration fees. This took us by surprise.

Spring break vacation with my husband. Wonderful beach and view from this one bedroom condominium. We did not even need a car. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. A Publix right across the street!

I had booked this property for my mother and aunt for 5 days. Lilya was very helpful at answering questions that I had about the location of the property. She was quick to answer messages and inquiries. The property was clean, with lots of extra linens, full kitchen amenities and a beautiful view of both the city and ocean. Staying at the beachside retreat in Sunny Isle, Florida, in February proved to be an exceptional choice for those looking to enjoy both the serenity of the ocean and the comforts of a well-appointed resort. The Atlantic's waves were gentle yet lively, providing both a soothing backdrop and an engaging playground for guests of all ages. The facilities were impressive, boasting a cohesive and thoughtfully designed environment. The resort was populated by guests who conducted themselves with decorum, adding to the serene and respectful ambiance of the place. For entertainment, the game room was a well-received amenity, offering a variety of activities suitable for both adults and children. The resort's bar was a highlight, featuring an extensive selection of drinks and a charming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Additionally, the breakfast offered each morning was nothing short of elegant, with a diverse spread that catered to various palates and dietary needs. As for the accommodations, the room came with a full kitchen that didn’t skimp on amenities. A dishwasher was available to handle the cleanup after using the provided high-quality dishes, and thoughtful touches like a selection of condiments made it feel like a home away from home. But it was the view that truly set this room apart; a panoramic vista of the ocean awaited, offering the chance to witness the breathtaking beauty of both sunrise and sunset from the comfort of one's private space.

The construction in the area was understated. The construction and drilling continued from 8 AM to 6 PM six days a week. We could not enjoy the balcony or the outside lounge areas. The unit was clean and well equipped. Nice space with large bathroom. The unit was a little tired (no cover on kitchen light, scale in bathroom not working, drying rack on balcony broken and safe in unit not working).

The host was very responsive! Room was spotless upon arriving in the room. The room is located on the side of the building which gives both a city and ocean view, which we loved! Beach is nice and quiet. We appreciated having the option to cook in the fully stocked full size kitchen in the room, although we didn’t cook much. The resort staff is very friendly too. Only a slight con(has nothing to do with the host or the interior): Be mindful that there is construction right next to the building if you’re there during the week. Luckily we came on a US holiday weekend and Monday wasn’t too noisy. But I can imagine as they continue to build, it could get noisy during the day.

The unit was beautiful and the location was great. The owner was very accommodating and super quick to respond. She even allowed us to switch our dates when a sick relative changed our plans. So grateful. Would stay here again!

Overall everything about this place was very good and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was amazing, the veiwes, and the neighborhood. Very clean apartment in very clean and safe neighborhood. We would to come back again.

My husband and I booked an impromptu trip to Sunny Isles and found this property. So glad we did! The accommodations in the unit were perfect for us. There are additional resort fees and parking fees when you check in but those fees were disclosed in the description so there were no surprises there. The resort staff were all amazing and extremely welcoming! Great view from balcony. It’s actually on the side of the building but still a really great view of the ocean. The room had a few beach towels for us to use and the laundry detergent and toiletries were a nice touch. Wished there was a cookie sheet and large frying pan for cooking though. The ONLY negative was the extremely slow drain in the bathtub. And maybe the construction next door but that’s out of their control. We didn’t really notice it much. Would definitely book this unit again.

Nice clean well cared unit with attention to guests needs. Little things like a toothbrush and a toothpaste make a big difference 👍 Good quality bed and bedding and towels. Thank you for your hospitality! Service at the beach was wonderful, guys take good care of guests Ocean was beautiful, seaweed is there, but not as bad as we were afraid of, we enjoyed swimming Wish our vacation was a bit longer…

The unit was great! The host response was fast and pleasant. Appreciated the things such as extra towels, linen, toothbrush, and cleaning supplies provided.Beautiful balcony views too! We enjoyed the hotel beach front and pool. Friendly hotel staff. Definitely family oriented and we felt very safe! We had taken an Uber just 10 minutes to Aventura mall where the girls loved going to the arcade, LEGO store, and going down the giant Aventura mall slide. We ate at Tap 42 which was delicious. The mall also has a movie theater however we didn't go there. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the resort food was a bit expensive and not worth the money. We door dashed a lot and it was delivered right to the room. We also got a few groceries delivered. Overall, we loved our stay and we definitely be back!

I was a bit concerned about renting a condo as opposed to going to a hotel but this was even better than a hotel. The unit was perfectly well equipped and maintained with all the supplies you could think of while Merana provided excellent resort service.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony is beautiful!! The unit is very clean. We appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. The staff is friendly. Some of the additional changes were a surprise though.

It’s located at Marenas resort. Beautiful location on the beach & walking distance to many great restaurants. The resort didn’t mention additional fees for daily parking (they are resort fees too that I was aware of)

Late night front desk was rude and treated us disrespectfully when we inquired about the lack of air conditioning. She suggested that we get a fan, and was apparently unaware that the chillers were malfunctioning for the whole building. Be careful what you leave in the car — valet stole headphones out of the car. The owner was great and communicated well, despite these difficulties.
