Great place for small family and small pet. Host was very kind to have the place detailed with instructions and complementary coffee. Close to driving distance beach and Corpus Christi.

Really loved staying in the Casita! Such a simple little home that had everything we could possibly need. We really appreciated the air fryer to be able to heat up our leftovers from dinner. I wish the beds were a little less hard- maybe a mattress topper would help? There were also quite a few mosquitos that found their way inside, so I wish there were some citronella candles or some sort of sticky bug traps to help with that. Overall, the neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the overall location in relation to restaurants and stores was fantastic. Would stay here again if we ever need a place in Aransas Pass!

Loved it here!
Lots of bang for your buck! The ferry ride to Port Aransas is fun and easy. Just a quick hop in the car to the beach and food in Port A and the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium in Corpus. We didn’t want to leave.

Quick fishing trip
A friend and I went down for a few days during the week to do a little bay fishing and the house as perfect! Just the right size for a few people and their gear. The fish cleaning table out back is especially handy and keeps all the cleaning outside. We look forward to going back soon.

Gorgeous Coastal Casita
This property was PERFECT for us, it is very well budgeted and I was totally surprised by how complete and well equipped it is. It has everything, we came for Christmas and I like to cook and bake and I did not find one thing missing from that cute kitchen. The kitchen leads to a gorgeous backyard with fully furnished patio where we sat to enjoy our fresh cup of coffee of the day in the shaded deck. It also has a grill and fish cleaning table. Even though we did not fish this time, we can't wait to come back for just a fishing trip and grill our catch!
The house has 2 small bedroom with comfortable beds. A living room with a pull sofa bed.
We were busy sightseeing the wildlife refuge and state parks in the area for most of the day hours but it was wonderful to come "home" to La casita and take warm showers and enjoy Netflix and Hulu at night.
The location of this property is ideal for those who are not too fuzzy about being in a waterfront property. The house is within 5-8 minutes to the ferry that will take you to the other side where Aransas beach is. It is also located 3 minutes to the local HEB, liquor store, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, most of the days we came back in the dark and not once we felt unsafe. It has a big gated yard that you can park inside but we never feel the need to do so, the driveway was sufficient.
I cannot say enough about the owner. Rose was simply wonderful from the beginning of our reservation there was some mistake made at the vrbo platform end which she spotted and promptly corrected it to our favor. She will respond immediately to your text however small your question may be.
In a few words, this property is a winner! One we will come back.
