The open living area offers a cozy pull-out sofa, central heating, a large smart TV and wood burning fireplace. Enjoy a full kitchen with new appliances, private Trager BBQ (with free pellets), quaint dining area, and private outdoor patio with seating area. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a XL twin over queen bunk bed – it has a private entry into the bathroom that is shared with the living area. Both bedrooms have ample closet/dresser space for clothing storage. There is in-unit laundry, located in the hallway near the second bathroom. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, pellets (for BBQ), firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck. Guest Access: You will have the entire condo to yourself. Guests staying at The Bridges have access to the HOA jacuzzi. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage (height limit 6'9").
