Eureka Springs Offers
Dining
The Eureka Springs dining scene is more defined by its eclectic range and culinary imagination than by a regional style. The historic downtown district is dotted with unique, locally owned eateries and bars, most within easy walking distance of each other. The offerings range from chef-driven fine dining in refined settings to rustic roadside barbecue to the humble ice cream shop. During your visit, you can choose from Tex-Mex, Bavarian, Chinese, Cajun, Indian, gourmet pizza, Southern cooking, burgers, specialty sweets, and lots more. Stop into one of our local breweries to enjoy an award-winning craft beer made on site. You can even have lunch or dinner in the dining car of a 1940s-era train as it chugs through the countryside.
Attractions
Eureka Springs is an extraordinary destination with extraordinary attractions, both within the downtown historic district and in the picturesque surrounding countryside. Experiences range from a quietly absorbing stroll through the town’s Historical Museum to venturing underground for tours of our incredible caves and caverns. Don’t miss the wildlife refuge, with its large population of big exotic cats living in a natural habitat. There are ghost tours, ziplines, even a seven-story statue of Jesus, arms spread, overlooking downtown. Regardless of which Eureka Springs attractions you choose, you’ll be entertained, educated and utterly charmed.
Shopping
Although there are no big-box stores, malls or factory outlets within sight of Eureka Springs, there is plenty of shopping to be done. You’ll be enthralled by the array of unique and often quirky shops that line the historic district’s sloping streets, many located in the Victorian buildings that define the town’s architecture. Entire stores are dedicated to stuff like kites and kaleidoscopes, quilts, herbs, beads, hot sauce, olive oils, and even log furniture, along with a variety of fashion-forward boutiques, custom jewelry stores, and myriad gift shops. And don’t forget our plentiful art galleries. In a town of 2,000, some 300 residents are working artists. Acquiring a treasured piece of original art is not hard to do in Eureka Springs.
Mountain Biking
Eureka Springs is home to some of the best mountain biking in Mid-America. Eureka Springs and the Oz Trails system of Northwest Arkansas offer a huge variety of trails for mountain bikers of any experience level, from beginners looking for a scenic ride through breathtaking Ozark Mountains, to seasoned bikers looking for professionally developed routes and are up to the ultimate challenge of the Eureka Springs Downhill. Beautiful wooded setting, rustic cabin updated with all the amenities you could need. Hot tub, billiards, darts, foosball table, games, Roku, DVD player, video games. Cool experience of seeing a small train go by a couple times, very quiet and secluded. Close to town, but far enough away that you get quiet time. Loved exploring Eureka Springs and the surrounding area. Definitely recommend if you want a memorable unique stay.

We loved this cabin for our stay at Eureka Springs. Close to town but far enough out to be peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was super cozy, clean and spacious. Loved having the pool table as well. We would definitely book for our next stay!

We were very impressed with the cabin, it was perfect for our girls trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our ourselves while in Eureka Springs and at the cabin. The owner was very quick to reply to any communication. I would recommend this cabin to anybody who is thinking of staying here. While in ES, book that ghost tour at the Crescent Hotel, Jinx was amazing.

Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, star gazing, and the sound of the creek. Only minus, the grill grates should be replaced.

This cabin was everything we were looking for. It is far enough away while also being close to the city center so it was very calm and relaxing and did not have to worry about parking/traffic. The hosts provided everything we neede (towels, full kitchen items, etc). Great job to the hosts for making my graduation weekend getaway one to remember.

Nice property. Do not go by your GPS. You will end up at the top of the mountain on washed out road in a Corvette. But what are adventures for, we had a good time

This property was perfect for a weekebd trip to Eureka! Close to downtown but secluded and relaxing. Hot tub was a perk as well! Would come back!

The name of the cabin fits as it is a great cabin for a small family (Dad & Mom and a couple of kids any age). If you're coming with another family there isn't much privacy. Two queen beds in the large loft, and one queen bed downstairs, but to get to the game room you have to go through the downstairs bedroom. Great game room that will keep everyone entertained. Large TV in living room. Nice kitchen. Host was awesome as they left snacks, coffee, creamer, etc. The appliances were new, and everything worked. Would stay again as it was very convenient to the dinner train and only about 2 miles from Eureka Springs main street. 1 1/2 baths, so one tub/shower. The bathrooms were very clean, and they had plenty of towels for everyone. Hot tub is smaller, but clean and a newer hot tub. Host was awesome and very helpful to help and respond to texts and emails.

My friends and I had a blast over the weekend! The house was located very close to town, but far enough out that we had privacy! We enjoyed the train driving by and waved at all the people! House was so clean and welcoming!

Wonderful Getaway
My wife and I really had a great time staying at Dad’s Cabin. It is the perfect distance to Eureka Springs, close enough to go to town and have fun but just outside of town enough that you feel a little remote just the same. The cabin is even better than advertised, we were blown away by just how big and spacious it was. The property owner was very accommodating, and we didn’t really want for anything outside of what was provided there. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Don't pass this house up
This house was one of the top rental homes we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Very well taken care of, beautiful house and property, exactly as shown in the listing. Our family had a great time playing the many games that were available, especially darts and Jenga. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the coffee bar and snacks provided on arrival were a wonderful added bonus! The only thing I would point out is that there is no washer and dryer available. Not a big deal, I just hadn't noticed that when I initially rented so thought I would point it out for anyone who might be wondering. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area!

Post-holiday get away
My wife and I were looking for a place close to home (KC) that would allow us some quality time with our two college age sons after the craziness of 2021. We didn't want a long drive or a destination that made us feel we had to be active the entire time either. We picked Eureka Springs and found this wonderful cabin. The cabin was a short 5 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs, but also provided access to lots of scenic drives, groceries stores close by, etc. The cabin itself was the perfect blend of modern conveniences and rustic charm almost hidden in the woods along a small brook and old train tracks, yet right off the main road going back into town. The cabin is laid out a bit like a mountain lodge, with two smaller bedrooms lofted above the kitchen and full bath. The spacious master bedroom is separated by beautiful French doors. The living room area with wood burning stove and Roku-powered TV was a favorite evening hang out place. And I enjoyed besting my 19 year old on the Foosball table (as he can beat me at all other activities sports-related!) in the game room. Of course, the hot tub rounded out the days activities; there's nothing like being in a 103 degree hot tub with the temperatures in the 20s at night!
Cherice was very quick with any questions we had. All in all we would highly recommend her cabin and Eureka Springs. Excellent trip!

Cozy Christmas
My Mom and I stayed over Christmas and had a lovely time lounging around and watching movies. We especially loved the peaceful sounds from the creek and the views from front porch. We thought the beds and linens SUPER comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub after a hiking excursion which meant we were very well rested. The space was also cute and stylish and we really appreciated the Christmas tree and holiday lights up that really made our stay festive.
We couldn’t find wifi info or the Tv remote when we arrived but Cherice was very communicative and responded right away the day of our arrival even during the busy holiday time. Would recommend a stay and would return to Dad’s Cabin if we come to the area again!

Great stay
The cabin was perfect for our group of five women. The loft has two queen beds and is open to the living room and kitchen below. The bedroom has one queen bed and a half bath and is able to be closed off but you need to go through the bedroom to reach the back game room that contains one set of bunk beds. The hot tub was a nice addition and the cabin had all the kitchen items we needed.

Excellent Experience in Quaint but beautiful cabin
Enjoyed the fire pit every evening. Enjoyed playing darts. Played several of the other games including jenga. Master bedroom was beautiful. We had friends over every night. If you are going as a group of adults; the loft is not easy to go up & down. The listings states 3 bedrooms, however the loft is not enclosed, no closet. The beds were all fantastic! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. We enjoyed making our meals & saving. The train was so much fun when it went by...NOT A LOUD TRAIN! It's just a little tourist trip, which we took. It was pleasant & historical information was interesting. After experiencing the train, it was fun to wave as it went by! If you are a fun couple looking for a romantic but fun getaway, this is it! If you are a family with teens.. the loft is fantastic. The bunk beds off game room are awesome as well. Well done!

Wonderful cabin minutes from Eureka Springs
Dads cabin is perfect for families who want to be close to town but enjoy the stillness of a cabin in the woods. The cabin is spectacular - super clean and decorated very cute. My four year old loved the bunk beds and Nintendo in the game room. We loved the coffee and snacks provided. Check in and out was very simple. We plan to try to stay here again when we return to Eureka in the future.
