The Oceanlena is a 2300 sq ft 4-bed, 3 1/2 bath unique luxury home located in the most desirable area of Cocoa beach, with sleeping accommodations up to 10. The Oceanlena comes well equipped with everything you need. Upstairs, enjoy the lounge and dining area open to the large wraparound kitchen with island and barstools, find the balcony off your upstairs lounge providing ocean views. Upstairs is a master queen bedroom- master bath, large walk-in closet and half bath. Downstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 master queen bedroom-with master bath, 2 queen bedrooms, plus 1 full bathroom. 65-inch Ultra HDTV smart TV in lounge. 4 bedrooms have Ultra HDTV (42"or 32”-inch HDTV smart TV). Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi access included.The Oceanlena comes well presented with all the necessities you will need for the most memorable vacation. Great first experience for grandchildren at the beach on the ocean! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay memorable! The grandkids loved the pool! We so enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, wagon and supplies for a day on the beach. Excellent location, beautiful property, family friendly, and great communication with hosts. The property was a short beautiful walk to the beach. It was within walking distance of some good restaurants as well. We walked out each morning to enjoy the sunrise. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful. Lena was an awesome host, she was able to accommodate us checking in a few hours early. There was plenty of space for all of us, 4 kids and 4 adults. Everything was super clean and she the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful. It was truly a tropical oasis. Plenty of seating and tables as well as a grill. The pool and hot tub were so much fun, and the pool lights added an extra special ambience to make the mood just perfect. Everything we needed for the beach was also available, neatly organized and clean in the garage. She even had a cooler bag! The beach was right down the street, a very short walk and the beach was beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend this house in Cocoa Beach. It was perfect and Lena did not over look anything. We were very happy with the choice we made to stay here! Thank you Lena!!

It was a great location with easy access to the beach and had a backyard pool that our grandkids enjoyed. The property was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment and pool and beach toys. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Lots of great things to say about the property. House was very short walk (football field) to the beach. The pool area landscaping was fantastic. The palm trees and shrubs made the pool area so relaxing. The hosts were fantastic. They had the property well prepared for a family to come in and enjoy vacation by providing simple things that made the stay and beach experience easier.

The location cannot be beat! Walkable you lots of places which we LOVED with our groups of walkers. Slept eight people comfortably. Hot tub was great. Well stocked kitchen. Easy to contact owners. Might be time for some new bath mats but otherwise a fantastic place.

Excellent location, just a very short walk to the beach. Home was very clean, well stocked and the owner was easy to reach. Great view of the sunrise over the ocean and we watched many of the cruise ships sail out to sea. Well stocked with beach chairs, and towels and the hot tub is amazing after a day at the beach. Would defiantly stay here again.

After visiting Disney for a few days we needed a place to relax. Oceanlena was perfect for a family of 6 people. Very clean and an excellent location near the beach. We really appreciated the beach toys for the kids!

We had a total of 6 adults that styed a couple nights prior to our cruise. Home is very nice and had just the right amount of bedrooms for our group. House layout allowed plenty of room for everyone. Only negative, and only because we had 2 people with knee issues, is all the steps, some steep, you have to constantly go up and down to enter or leave the main living area. Not enough of an issue to keep us from staying here again. We had a couple issues and homeowners always responded timely and resolved our issues.

We stayed at the Oceanlena for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The house was clean and good space. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. The location is right at the entrance to the beach which was also perfect. Overall great house.

We had a lovely time at this beach house. Ideal location just next to beach access and close to so many things (spent a day at Kennedy Space Center). We were able to watch a space launch from the beach and had fun surfing in the waves. Great communication and host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book here again.

We stayed here as a jumping off point for our bioluminescent kayaking. This location was clean fully stocked, and a very, very short distance to the beach. It was a great stay, and we would love to do it again!

The beach house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a fun week! It was a short walk to the beach which was convenient for our families needs. The host was so helpful in finding and mailing a video game my grandson left behind! Thanks again for a memorable stay for us all!

Fabulous family vacation, just steps to the beach, wagons and towels, boggie boards all provided, did not need to bring anything! Hardly left the place except for goceries. Great pool and spa, just a little small. Only wish they had more plastic plates and cups for outdoor use. We had a great time and would use this place again! Thank You Yelenda!

We loved the property! It was very close to the beach. Closer than I expected based on the listing. We will go back again.
The only negative thing about the property is that the listing say each bedroom has Queen size beds but they are Full size beds. The beds still fit 2 people comfortably.

The property was fantastic!!! So close to the beach and the pool area was beautiful. All the beach needs were already there and the kitchen was fully stocked. Communications with the owner was superb. Good shopping and restaurants too. Would love to go back

Amazing property , extremely clean and organized. Everything looked exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable home for children . The beach is in the back at a very short walking distance. It is well equipped with beach supplies( beach toys, towels e, chairs). Enough towels , kitchen utensils etc. We all enjoyed it and plan to come back in a near future. The host is very nice and answer any questions you might have. If you come to cocoa beach this is the perfect place to stay

Oceanlena was perfect for our family of 5. Great location just steps from the beach. Publix is walking distance as well. Loved the pool and hot tub and private backyard. Amazingly cocoa beach pier was just a short walk away and very busy for spring break, but the section of beach near the house was relatively empty. A great week!

I can't say enough how clean the property was. The back yard is like your own oasis with a heated pool, hot tub and two dining areas. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagons and anything you can possibly imagine for the beach provided for you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to be that close to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked. The hosts were attentive to our needs and available when we contacted them. We had a lovely second stay at the Oceanlena. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the great backyard in the pool. And the beach is less than a block away!

We had a great time at the house, the location can't be beat. The owners were super easy to communicate with and always got right back to us answering all of our questions. All the bases were covered as far as things you would need to cook, which we did a lot since we were traveling with our baby. Having a washer and dryer was also great. It was also really nice having all of the beach necessities at the house. The weather was a bit cool during our stay so the heated pool was wonderful. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.
