Welcome to our Gainesville Private Pool and Hot Tub home. The house sits next to a forest preserve area which makes it a quiet location and is in a culdesac neighborhood. PERFECT location!

Great family home to eat, play, and relax while visiting.

A family friendly open layout living room leads out to the backyard pool and grill area (with propane grill). The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and king sized bed has a private exit onto the pool deck, with the two "guest" bedrooms (also with king sized beds) and guest bathroom on the other side of the home.

The living room and each bedroom has a TV equipped with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and HBO Max.

The kitchen looks out onto the living room and includes pots, pans, baking ware and dining ware.

Full kitchen with Keurig, super fast internet and backyard private pool, private hot tube, with propane grill. Smart TV’s with streaming services located in all rooms. Listen to some music on the Alexa speakers if want to while sitting outside relaxing in the screened in patio.

This house has a 2 car garage with in house laundry and dryer machines in case you need to use them along your stay. Our Hot tub is heated all year long.

We have many repeat guests who stay with us and we will do our best to give you a great experience.

Great host and was the perfect property and location for us to attend the UM vs UF game. Peaceful neighborhood that is located near many stores. Host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We loved staying the house. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All rooms are clean. Quite neighborhood but there is a neighbor who walks Rottweiler dog without leash. And their dog is not on leash so we could not walk our dog. Very beautiful place and absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable house with three big king beds each w its own TV. Screened in pool was a big plus to keep kids entertained and the hot tub was a plus at night for cooler temperatures. We didn’t bring our dog but definitely seems like a very dog friendly home w doggie doors out from pool to fenced yard. Very small neighborhood! Probably the smallest neighborhood I’ve ever seen! Which makes it for a quiet neighborhood. Publix just down the street makes it so convenient. Probably a great place to stay for those visiting college students or game days being pretty close to the university (need to drive tho, not walkable to UF). Plenty of towels for shower and pool. Has all the basic cookware (pots, pans, baking ware, mixers) w a few spices (common spices). There is also a gas grill by the pool which we didn’t use. Need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash tho. A few board games, kids books and Netflix/Disney plus helped entertained the kids too. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location! Clean property and responsive host. Stayed for visit to UF Small Animal Hospital for our pet. Very convenient location to campus and the animal hospital. Plenty of room for our family and pet. Pool was a plus, really enjoyed the outdoor space!

What a great place to stay! Relaxing pool, quiet street, comfortable, clean and close to everything. We came up for a day of UF visits and decided to make a weekend out of it. So glad we did. I haven’t spent that much time in a pool since I was a teenager. Will definitely return! Thank you John!

We traveled from KY and brought my MIL (86 y/o). There were 4 of us and the ambiance couldn’t have been any better. The openness and layout of the home was ideal. Everyone had their own personal space and the screened in patio-pool was just icing on the cake. We felt secluded in the midst of the city, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There was even sufficient space for when the graduate and her family stopped in for a visit. I highly recommend and plan on reserving for our next visit to FL. Thanks!

This property was an awesome pick for our short stay in the Gainesville area. It was fully stocked with the necessities, clean and very cozy. It's located in a excellent location for quick access to groceries stores, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely use this property when visiting the area again.

This property was very simple to check in and out, the communitaction was great with the owner. Great city location but neighborhood wise it's okay, the neighbors did not brother us. Just that we were close to the main street. We enjoyed the pool but was little too cold for myself and the kids. And it's not a heated pool but overall I like this property.

We had an amazing stay. We brought our granddaughter and a family friend with us to go to the Gatornationals. We have been going to the race for over 35 years and this was the best rental yet!! Plenty of room, close to everything yet spacious and quiet neighborhood. Super dog friendly back yard and we couldn't keep my granddaughter out of the pool. Will definately stay with host again!

My father and I rented this property to gather my sisters and dad in one place for 3-4 days. We visited the butterfly house and took an audio tour of places to the south of Gainesville. We stopped at area house in alachua. Three of us braved the waters of the pool. We played some of the games we played as children. We are all in our 70's Dad is 92. We shared meals and laughter. It was perfect for our purposes.

My favorite part about this house was there were 3 king sized beds. That is hard to find in a rental for 6 adults. The home is dated but it was very clean which was nice. Good AC and fans in all of the bedrooms and NO carpet which is a must for me in a rental. Property manager also got right back to me when I could not find a few things. We do not normally stay in this part of town since there is not a super close grocery store but it was still very convenient to campus.

Our family of 3 retired professionals (and 3 Bichon pups) enjoyed an extended stay here while house-hunting to relocate to the Gainesville area. We truly enjoyed this clean, comfortable, pleasantly appointed abode, replete with 4 smart TVs, nice dual Keurig coffee maker, and modern laundry appliances (albeit in garage - which is typical of this era home construction). John is an exceptionally responsive and accommodating host, even calling my 79 yr. old widowed mother to check on her in the evenings (when she was alone there before my arrival)!! I couldn't ask for anything more than his kind of Southern hospitality, which was truly appreciated. This home is and will continue to be my 1st choice go-to home for myself and/or guests when visiting Gainesville/Ocala area!

Clean, comfortable, nice, very simply appointed home. We were comfortable. Had 3 mature adults (family members) stay here on several occasions October & November 2022 while house hunting for permanent relocation to Gainesville. I had to purchase additional linens b/c there were no face towels or hand towels in home (only 2 regular towels allocated per bedroom). Mosquitoes were terrible in front and back yards - even inside the screened pool enclosure. My older mother ensures literally hundreds of bites causing severe allergic reaction. :( Bath tub in master bath is dangerously slippery - there are no hands rails for safety/ stability, so please be careful! We were challenged trying to use cable TV only (volume and TV channels are on separate controls, respectively; we accidentally kept clicking over to streaming apps we do not want to use)... a bit frustrating. Otherwise we like the home - and the Owner/Property Manager John was very responsive and communicative!! I give him an A+/5 stars for communication - and with addition of minimal conveniences/ upgrades, would give the house 5 stats as well. :)

Great house & a great location! Went to a Gator football game, house is close to campus area. Also had my dogs & in-law dogs with us...huge beautiful dog park just down the street. House was clean & the neighborhood is quiet...perfect spot for our needs. I will definitely look into staying there again next time we go back to Gainesville.

We stayed here for my daughter's UF graduation. It was a great home. The location could not have ben more perfect. Close to 75 and less than 2 miles from UF. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The house was set up perfect. Great yard for the dogs with easy access from the house. We had a barbecue after graduation and there was plenty of room to enjoy. Would have loved to enjoy the pool but the weather would not allow it. Would definitely stay there again!
