This property is a private full home as one side of a side-by-side duplex, offering rare amenities for Downtown Wilmington including great parking and driveway, private fenced-in backyard area with adirondack chairs, wraparound front porch with rockers. On the main floor, walk in to a refurbished, fresh, and clean space designed for comfort and relaxation. The biggest attraction to this home is the level of comfort/amenities offered in a full home close to downtown. Located on Dock St, this is as central as it gets. Walk 3-4 blocks to downtown, and one more to the Riverwalk. Incredible location for a Downtown Wilmington visit. You will struggle to find a reason to drive or Uber anywhere during a stay here.

Downtown Wilmington is special in that it offers a rich history, fun vibe and culture - but is also a coastal town. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to the best beaches NC has to offer, including Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. There is no shortage of fun activities!

Beautiful property close to literally everything. Four blocks from the river front. Quite historical neighborhood and this house has everything you need! The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt with his responses. We stayed here while looking for an apartment for my new Coastie and it honestly could not have been a better experience!

This was a nice stay in Downtown Wilmington. The house was clean and stocked with everything that you could need really. It's an easy 4-5 blocks to the restaurants, shops and riverwalk. Easy walk to some of the city's museums and a short drive to the beaches. We enjoyed sitting out on the rocking chair porch watching the neighborhood.

Had a great time while in town for a UNCW graduation. The location is perfect and a visit to the Saturday farmer’s market is a must do. The house has everything you need and the area is quiet and relaxing with close proximity to the riverfront. Great communication with the host. Will definitely return.

Lovely home in the historic district that will make you feel you are immersed in life in Wilmington. Easy walking distance to several mansions that are available to tour. A little further to the waterfront, but certainly walkable. The house is well equipped so you don't need to bring a lot of small household items. Great towels and great stall shower!

I loved this home. Very clean and well organized. It is walking distance to the Historical district and river walk. The kitchen is well stocked and has most of what you will need to cook if you so choose to eat in. The front porch is nice to relax in the evening. Will stay here again if we are in the area!

My husband and I took our two grandkids to visit the beach and while we were there, I got to see my sister and brother in law. The property was great! We were in walking distance to the Riverwalk and 15 minutes from the beach. We had a ball. The little extras that we borrowed was so convenient (tanning spray, cooler tote for the beach, etc) I will definitely book again and again!

This property is really cute and clean. It is one side of a duplex. It is well updated and very well stocked (shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee pods, sugar, spices, condiments, etc). We loved that it is updated and we enjoyed both the front porch rockers and the back yard Adirondack chairs. The beds were good and the house was well kept. The neighborhood seemed safe. The bedrooms are upstairs and there is a small section of the stairs with no railing, which is something to consider if stairs are a challenge (we traveled with seniors). There is parking here, but the driveway is so narrow that it’s hard to even open the car doors. We just loaded & unloaded near the sidewalk and then pulled in. In this area, it’s just nice to have off-street parking! We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the condition of the house and the amenities. We’d stay here again & recommend it to other!

We had everything needed …very comfortable bed and linens , nice bathrooms and spacious kitchen with convenient parking in driveway . Would recommend this property when visiting the area

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I was there for a family funeral, and was able to find the perfect place for at short time. The place was extremely clean and the owner was extremely responsive. I just wish that the weather was warmer in order to enjoy the front porch. I would definitely recommend this place and will reserve again for a future stay.

Our daughter who lives in Leland was having surgery, and we needed somewhere close by to stay. This is the cleanest home I have ever rented! It was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and incredibly comfortable. My husband is 6’8” large man and he found the bed and couch unbelievably supportive. The house is conveniently located to historic Williamsburg, a number of wonderful restaurants ( walking distance- but quite neighborhood)and all the highways to all the beaches. Our host was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental, and I’m sure we will try to stay here again.

This house had everything we needed. It was updated, quaint and very clean. Plenty of room for my family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6 people. The house was located centrally to downtown, the Riverwalk, and Wrightville Beach!

This property was excellent! We took our 11 year old granddaughter and it was the perfect place for the 3 of us ! We were within walking distance of many of Wilmington's shops, waterfront, and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was extremely clean, the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils one would ever need, and the location is very close to historic downtown Wilmington with its many great restaurants, coffee shops, drinking establishments, and bakeries. A+++ rating. This adorable place was stocked with everything you could possibly want/need. Andrew was communicative right off the bat and we had zero issues. My sister and I had cocktails in the rocking chairs each night and watched Squid Game at night 😀 Savorez and Pinpoint for dinners and leftovers for lunch. Shopping at the Cotton Exchange and Front st. All within walking distance. Super place. Super fun time for girls trip.
