This eighth floor 1BR is also close to delicious restaurants, including Doc’s Beach House Bar and Grill right across the street.
Pour a glass of wine and head out to the private screened lanai, where you can soak in the beach views. Completely remodeled in 2017, the home has gorgeous floors, high-end lighting, and all new furnishings.
As a guest, you have access to amazing amenities in the complex. Play tennis, or try your hand at bocce ball. There are ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, as well as a hair salon.

With the ocean spread out before you, the views don’t get much better than on the private screened lanai -- a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the views from inside the living room as well. Spend quiet evenings lounging on the chic gray couch and watching movies on the 48” flat screen TV with DVD player. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa for two extra guests.
The kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with ample prep space on the granite counters. You’ll love the mosaic tile backsplash and beachy gray wood-grain tile floors. Start your day with a cup of coffee and the paper at the high-top glass table with room for four.
With one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, the condo sleeps four comfortably. The bedroom boasts a queen bed outfitted with plush headboard and luxurious bedding. It also has a walk-in closet and dresser for storage. Crisp and modern, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of extra storage for linens.
The complex has a shared parking lot and each unit has two designated spots. Parking permits are available from the rental office located in the main lobby.

There are several restaurants within walking distance, including The Café at Bonita Beach and Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grill.

Wonderful stay !!
It was a great little place, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Wish there were curtains on the window to block out the sunlight in the morning . But we would stay again!!

Looks nice, missing basics
First of all the condo is very clean and great location.
On the down side:
Coffee making doesn’t work properly
Toaster as well
Air conditioner was loud the first night I slept with ears and the following 3 nights turned it off. By chance we discovered that the filters in the air conditioner unit hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. After we cleaned the unit was much quieter and worked better. Contacted Vacasa that the light/fan didn’t operate. Received a phone message that someone would be out the next day - no show. Beach towels or rags? Bring your own.

We could walk everywhere avoiding traffic parking etc. the view was wonderful. Very nice relaxing place. Thank you!

Great location. Amenities need improvement.
Amenities could use upgrade/replacement. Towels, beach chair, patio set, and blow dryer are old. Studio was recently renovated and in very good condition. Truly enjoyed the location. Close to the beach, golf courses and restaurants.

Great property; great value
I was working in the Naples area for nine days. This condo was perfect for me. It was centrally located and was right across the street from the beach. I got to see lovely sun rises and sunsets. There was one issue with a light/fan. It was handled in record time. I do suggest taking your own hair dryer - the one there was old and kept cutting off when it heated up. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We enjoyed are stay
We had problems with the electronic door lack, we had to use the key from the lack box, that was a little inconvenient because we had to put the key back in the box every time we used. But overall it was good

Safe and Clean
I loved how easy it was to "check-in" you just receive the code and don't have to go through the process of going to the front office. I realized while there this was a resort I stayed at while I was younger with my family. However, I'm not sure if it was the time of year but - there were not many kids at all if you're thinking of going with yours. Mostly a retirement community now, at least from our experience in mid-May. The one downside to the place, the air circulation is not great. Definitely, but felt pretty stuffy even with the fans on.

Check in was terrible
Check in was terrible , if you rent with VRBO make sure they sent you check in information before you come to the property, because if you come after 5pm or Saturday and Sunday, the office is closed. It’s took one hour to get inside to apartment for me, Next day I meet the people who had the same problem, but for them it took couple hours to get the apartment.

Lovely!
Our five nights in Bonita Springs, FL were very nice and comfortable. The location is very central. It is an easy drive or walk to the beach and restaurants. As for the condo itself, it was very nice with great views. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable(even though a bit hard), and good water pressure (condo is on the eighth floor). Only complaint is the bathroom sink drained slowly. I do wish they would have allowed a later check out (I had a child with me and a late flight). It was expensive, but the heated pool and nice amenities made it worth it.

Excellent stay exactly as listed
The place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment looked exactly like the listing. Communication with the property manager was easy and they responded very quickly to all questions I had.

Bonita Beach
The condo was small but worked just fine for 2 people. I would not recommend any more than 2 people as the small is too small for kids. The location to the beach was convenient.
I would recommend a drying rack on the patio for beach items and rug by the bed to wipe your feet before getting into bed. The bed was incredibly firm so not very comfortable. The room was very clean except the floors; which I imagine you can never fully remove the sand. There was no air flow in the bathroom which made it super hot in there.
All in all a convenient place to stay and clean.
