In the heart of Seattle and right next to the Space Needle. Perfect location within walking distance to Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum, EMP Museum, Pike Place and many more sites. Great restaurants and bars close by! Full kitchen, bathroom, wifi, queen bed, and sofa, and essential supplies for up to 3 people. It gets warm during the summer, but there is a portable AC in the unit.

Worked perfectly for us. Check-in instructions included notes about not using the washer/dryer and not using the dishwasher. Would’ve liked to know before booking.

This condo is PERFECTLY located and the neighbors are super nice. It's a bit dated with a portable AC unit, but that is as it was described in the listing. We had some trouble with the Door Code app (not shared and then turning off early) but the communication with the owner was great and we worked through it. My only complaint is that the "pull out" portion of the couch is broken, so you can't really use it as a "double" bed. My 9yo just slept on it as a couch and there was an air mattress we could have used. All in all it was just as expected with a fabulous location and a great host. Thank you!

My partner & I had a wonderful few days in Seattle staying here. Space was immaculate & tidy. Easy to get in & out, steps away from some amazing restaurants & bars. Would absolutely rebook the next time I am in town!

As far as the host goes, they seemed nice and helpful to get into the building. But upon arrival the unit was not the same as the pictures in the listing. And it was very very dirty. There were several questionable stains on the couch and the extra bedding that looked like it had not been cleaned. I took several pictures because I was blown away at how dirty it was. We arrived late in the day and decided to stay for the night as we didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding another place as well as losing our money. I would not stay in this unit again. Not sure if the host knows that their cleaners are not doing their jobs. Hopefully they can get it figured out.

We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and free holiday parking (Monday)! The apartment was nothing glamorous but it was what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the couch was comfortable for the kids. There could be a bit of a better seating for eating, and the bar stools aren't our preferred way of relaxing. The locking system was really neat and convenient. The access to the rooftop for the fireworks was perfect!

Property is GREAT. We walked from the Needle to the Stadiums and everywhere in between. Unit was nicely appointed and had what we needed for our 5 night stay. Great place and fantastic host.

Great location with wonderful rooftop space. Really enjoyed being within walking distance of lots of sights and scenes downtown including restaurants, the Space Needle and Climate Change Arena.

As the title says it’s a fantastic location, photos are slightly out of date so the furniture is in different spots. The best part was the lock for the main building and your door, very secure. Overall, absolutely fantastic place to stay.

Great all around place! The view of the Space Needle from the rooftop is amazing. Check in was so easy and communication was Kumail was great. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the big attractions that Seattle has to offer.

The location was in a perfect area, close to the space needle and a few museums. Taking the monorail to the middle of town was great to get to places by the pier and Pike place market. The host was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Overall a wonderful stay

The location was prime for everything we wanted to do and what we were flying in from out of state to do. Per the instructions we were to use multiple codes to access the building and the unit. Entering the building there was technical difficulties with the touchscreen key pad, but eventually were able to gain access. When we reached the front door to the unit there was no keypad like the instructions had said. Called up the unit owner and he had stated there was a change and he forgot to let us know how to get access, had us download the “August app” and it was a cake walk from there. The unit itself was the PERFECT size for a 2 night stay. All the amenities for cooking, fresh towels, and fresh linens. Loved the patio and sliding glass door for some fresh Seattle air. We noticed the upkeep of the unit was “meh”. Black mold like goo next to the toilet, I took photos and sent them to the owner and he apologized and stated the cleaning crew must of missed it. The “queen size” pull out couch was broken so the other guest with me was unable to utilize it. Again I did let the property owner know, and he said he was made aware of it but didn’t think it’d be a issue since we were only 2 people. The guest and I are not related nor a couple, simply co workers so when we booked we had the expectations of having 2 separate sleeping arrangements. He had a air up mattress delivered for the 2nd night. We did not use the air up mattress since we were out most of the 2nd night for a concert and then had a very early am flight so we just stayed up. The entertainment center was covered it lots of dust, almost as if no one had cleaned it in some time. Cover plate on the outlet for the tv was completely off so there was a exposed hole in the wall. Found used hair extensions in the kitchen cabinets. It felt like no one had kept up on it for some weeks or just looked past discrepancies. Overall it was a quick weekend trip for a concert so it sooted our needs the best it could. Would probably book again just for the simple fact it was in the perfect location. Just really hope someone comes through more often to clean or fix things.

The condo is located near Seattle center, lots of restaurants, and provides easy access to transportation. The condo itself is comfortable for two people and we’ll kept. It was also great that the condo requires key fob access to enter the building.

The location of this building is so easy. There was great food, near mopop, and lots of public transit. The key retrieval was one of the easier I have experienced. My only complaint is that the bed, at minimum, could use a pillow topper. There are some major peaks and valleys that made cuddling at night a challenge. We actually slept on the couch the second night.

Excellent location. Be sure to go to the French bakery. Owner doesn't throw everything in the cupboards out after you leave, so you may find coffee, salt, pepper and other basics. That's great. He was very responsive to problems with the internet. Turns out someone had disconnected something but he fixed it over the phone. He let us put our luggage in the unit before we 'officially' checked in.

It was a very nice place to stay! So many places within walking distance, a lot of parking nearby, and it was a nice and clean place. We had a great experience here. Also, there is a beautiful view of the space needle from the roof of the building!!!
