About this house rental
Built in 2021, this very small apartment has everything you need! Walking distance to all Minturn restaurants and the Minturn Summer Artisan Market. Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby.
Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away.
French doors open up onto a beautiful pasture and hillside out back, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck.

Just about the perfect mountain getaway. Our hosts were very communicative and check in/out was super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very well taken care of.
The location is perfect for exploring Minturn and we didn't use our car once over the 4 days we were there. From parks to restaurants to multiple hiking trails everything was easily walkable.
The apartment is on a quite back-ally/street and directly faces a beautiful mountain meadow. It feels very private. The pictures almost don't do the location justice for how peaceful and beautiful it is.

Can’t say enough good things about this unit. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. From the great location to having everything you could possibly need for a stay, it had it all. Everything was in new condition, and it was clean and cozy. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for nights we stayed home and cooked. Also loved that it was in close walking proximity to restaurants and shopping. Patty the host was very hospitable and was quick to respond to questions that we had.

Believe the reviews! This little spot in Minturn is fantastic. The photos don't do it justice! Absolutely perfect spot for a couple or a solo traveler to enjoy the mountains. You can walk to restaurants and shops in Minturn very easily from the house, or jump on the highway to get to some awesome hikes or bike rides!
The hosts communicate really well, and gave super great instructions for how to get to the property. I had no problems finding it even though I arrived after dark!
It was super clean with all the essentials stocked, and the bed was really comfy. The hosts mentioned to ask if I needed anything else as well. They're right next door to the guest house so can grab anything you need!
I'll absolutely be heading back to this spot with my partner for a weekend getaway!

Diamond in the rough. Shouldn't boast too much about it, we may want to stay again next winter. Amazing use of space. 20 pounds in a 10 pound bag, in a good way. Patty is awesome, helped us out when we needed it most, thanks again for that. Hopefully we see you again next winter.

This unit has been well thought out when it was built. Everything you need has its place. If you like cooking the cook wear, appliances, utensil's, etc are perfect! You can walk in town if you prefer for some great food or beers at The Minturn Saloon. I’ve rented twice and plan to do so again in the future! Patty is a great host.

We spent Christmas in this beautiful little home. The cleansiness and well equipped kitchen served us well. I also appreciated the humidifier to help with the dry mountain air. The host was very friendly and kept us feeling like family. We even had a box of Christmas treats on the table to welcome us. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

It’s walking distance to everything in Minturn and minutes from skiing at Vail / Beaver Creek. Patty was a fantastic host and was communicative, gracious, and friendly. I was in town for a wedding in Vail and looking for something better than the overpriced hotels. Luckily this popped up! This property was in a wonderful location, super close to Vail Village, and in the cutest neighborhood that was very walkable (you can walk to stores/restaurants). It felt more spacious than it looks and very well decorated! The sun roof deck was a bonus which was delightful to drink coffee and look at the mountains. Patty and Earle were very communicative and the place was ready far in advance of check in! I'd definitely stay here again if I was in town
