Not only is this a beautifully kept home, it’s built and stocked with everything you could need including plenty of space. We enjoyed family time in the living rooms and cooking and dining together. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

The property was great, renovated and very nice location. There are cameras everywhere outside (understandably), but there are also cameras inside the house. Be prepared to be WATCHED. Besides the cameras the only other issue was the owner and her overbearing and exaggerating ways. Prior to booking this location, we wrote a message to the owner explaining we would be getting married at a nearby location, and wanted to use the location for our wedding party to get dressed and have pictures taken. We booked for Saturday with check out Monday (our wedding was Sunday ). We were told no problem and everything would be fine so we booked the location. From Sunday morning leading up to my wedding Sunday evening the owner called me (over 50 times) making up things. We were told the neighbors informed her we were having a party and they were complaining about all of the cars and noise. I reiterated our initial message prior to me booking the house and what it was for. I explained the cars belonged to people in the wedding party, make up artist, barber, photographer, etc. As well informed there can’t be any noise complaints because there was no one lingering outside, also no music being played in the house. To accommodate, we all went to move cars from in front of the house to down the street. When neighbors from all around saw that we were moving they asked us why and told us not to move we are fine. Even offered for us to pull up and park in their yards. We also confirmed with other neighbors that we weren’t causing an issue and if they needed us to do anything during our stay to not inconvenience them. Every neighbor was ok with our presence. All in all like the title says “Great property, overbearing owner”

Great place! With huge rooms, two living rooms , and a great backyard, it was perfect for a no kids family reunion. The bedroom art is geared to adults, so leaving the kids behind was a good call for many reasons! We couldn’t get over how clean the place was - such a huge house, but not a speck of sand or dust on the tile floors. Nice quiet neighborhood, and an easy drive to the beach and downtown areas. Definitely would recommend!

The home is nice. The kitchen and floors are beautiful! We had plenty of room in the kitchen and the bedrooms. The 7 of us enjoyed the home. The hot tub & backyard are nice. My only complaint was the neighborhood. Driving through the neighborhood was questionable- it was unkept. Also, we rented a SUV that fit all 7 of us- the SUV did not fit in the driveway. We blocked the sidewalk- that's not a big deal but I didn't know if it was ok for neighborhood. I would recommend to bring your own washcloths. Overall the stay was great.

When we first arrived to the house it was nothing out of the norm but when we got in the home it was beautiful. Four bedrooms very quite neighborhood, went out every morning for a nice walk. The house itself was awesome. The only one thing that I would point out and ask the owner is purchase a cookie sheet, we enjoy cooking pizza in the oven or most of our food because we enjoy bake food overall. Other than that I really cannot add anything negative and that is not negative. Thank you so much for a wonderful peaceful stay.

Beautiful home, well kept, great kitchen with A-Z you needed, beautiful backyard with BBQ and hot tub!! All these features made our vacation very memorable. The owner Chaya was very friendly and caring. It's an old neighborhood, but well bright inside. Car porch may be little tight to park, but two cars will fit on the driveway. Overall A+++

Most Incredible Vacation Experience Yet

When we first stumbled upon this House on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online (or even better). Tom is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed, answered us very promptly, made sure nothing was missing in the home, and was just so friendly. The home is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Jacuzzi was very clean, up-kept, and enjoyable. I noticed that it gets cold when you leave it without the cover for long, so do take note of that. The house is brand new so everything seemed so fresh and comfortable. The BBQ area was so useful and clean, my kids loved spending time outside. Out of 5/5 stars this home is a 6! Highly recommend to anybody from groups, to families, to couples. True bliss. Thank you Tom!
