Sofas and an armchair set the scene for relaxation beside a gas fireplace in the stylish living area. In the evening, settle in to stream your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV. A Ping-Pong table in the garage provides hours of group fun. Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar, then gather for fresh meals around the formal dining table or kitchen table.

Two bedrooms feature smart TVs and en suite bathrooms, including the primary suite with a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

This home was a great fit for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together and still have the privacy we each required. My mother in-law and her sister found the path leading to the front door a bit challenging as it is on an incline with a few steps to climb. The master bedroom is on the main level; however, there are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom in the basement - the one with two queen beds. Both sets of stairs are somewhat steep. This note is only to help those traveling with individuals who have difficulty getting around and in no way a reflection of our host. All of the rooms were comfortable and very clean. We had no issues during our stay and all enjoyed the feeling of home. I highly recommend this property!

The house was in excellent condition and exactly as depicted in the write up. Cleanliness was outstanding and many nice thoughtful extras were provided. The Vacasa check-in and follow-up was excellent. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the greater Ashville NC area!!!!

Great place to stay for a girls trip if you want a lot of space and if you want quiet restful sleep. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for us to spread out, beds were comfy, living room was comfy, and I liked that there were enough seats at the dining table for us. Upstairs bathroom had bad water pressure in the sink and one of the beds was creaky. Basement shower was slow to drain and we wished we had some hooks, hangers, and surfaces to put our towels, clothes, and toiletries. There's black gunk in the fridge water filter spout that we couldn't clean off, but tap water was fine. Prompt communication, but it felt impersonal and automated and there was no flexibility on check-in or check-out time. Due to the location, we had trouble calling Ubers to the house and they always canceled on us. So plan to drive if you can. Scheduling a ride ahead of time might work, but we didn't try.

This home is stunning, great location, all the bedrooms were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, it had everything we needed, we got to enjoy the living room for game night, the couches were cozy. We hosted our family here for a 50th wedding anniversary. The location is great. The house was the perfect size for us, and it matched the description and pictures perfectly. We were about 15 mins from downtown. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay!- the house was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The furniture and beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bath linens and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The location was also ideal- a very short drive to Asheville, yet set just far away enough from town to feel relaxing and peaceful. We found the sitting room to feel especially cozy (the gas fireplace added to the ambiance), the garage access to be very convenient, and the additional upstairs thermostat to be a nice surprise! We actually chose to spend more time there than originally planned because we felt so “at home”, and opted for dinner in a couple of nights, movie evenings, and other activities together at the house. (The main- floor bedroom was unexpectedly necessary and perfect for one in our party, too.) Thank you for helping to set the stage for such a fun and memorable vacation!

Great place to rent. We had a group of 9 (3 families) and felt like it was the perfect place for all of us to have our own spaces. But also a great community space on the 1st floor and out doors. Close to downtown (10-20 mins ) Excellent Hiking (45-55 mins) and the Biltmore 20 mins.

The house was even nicer than expected based on the photos! It had the perfect gathering area for everyone to comfortably sit, ample sleeping space, and convenient to Asheville. Would definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others. A few drawbacks - we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work, and there were nothing but small trash bags at the house (which I assume was just an oversight from the cleaning crew).

We loved our stay - the place was clean and there was plenty of space. Only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We did get stuck there during a winter storm and wish there was salt to put on the driveway because all our cars were stuck in the morning under the snow.

This property is as advertised! Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. The location is great. It was rainy when we were here; however, the views from the house are wonderful and we were able to enjoy it from inside. Close proximity to Biltmore Estates, numerous breweries and downtown Asheville.
