Overall the apartment was as listed. Beautiful view, good size, good location. However, definitely not as clean as I was expecting based on other reviews. The carpet left our feet black, shower had a ton of built up calcium that flaked off when I turned it on, kitchen utensils hadn’t been touched in a long time, etc. The building itself is very nice but the parking garage is underground and the designated parking spot requires 4 steps down to get to the elevator and/or get into the building. I ended up parking in the future resident spot since my 2 year old was sleeping and it was easier to transfer her via stroller into the building to finish her nap, and 1 hour after parking there the building towed my car. I arrived back at the car to realize this 2.5 hours after initially parking, and when bringing this up to the leasing office they just explained that those spots are for future residents only and I had no choice but to park in the designated spot regardless of the fact that it’s not stroller or wheelchair friendly. This was a first offense with no warning. The tow cost $400. Yes, $400, and I had to walk there holding my daughter because of course my car seat was in the car. When bringing this up to the property manager I was ignored, and then ignored again after I was deliberately asked for private feedback of my stay. All in all, beware if you do end up staying here and have a car. No matter what the excuse you WILL get towed unless you park in your designated spot.

Visiting a friend in Santa Ana for his 50th and turns out his mother worked in this building when it was a bank in the 70's. Cool coincidence and very cool set up. I slept on the blowup mattress in the living room, (comfortable) and a friend slept in the bedroom (very comfortable). Advertised as a 2 bedroom, but more like an oversized hotel room. A bit pricey, 300 a night, I took it because located close (20 min) to the birthday boy, special occasion. Instructions with pictures helpful and necessary because a bit confusing to get to at first but not bad after figuring it out. Reached out to see if early entry possible but no response. Didn't need anything after that, place as advertised, beautiful views, comfortable stay.

Unit is on the 9th floor with great views of downtown Santa Ana and beyond from large windows on two sides of the apartment. Overall a good stay.
