Clean and comfortable house with large yard - perfect place for family with a dog to stay in the Greenville area! Close to Furman, Traveler's Rest and several great hiking trails!

Communication was great. The place was very clean. If your going to stay there you might want to bring your own coffee maker. The one that was there was very slow. Also no ice maker that works so bring your own ice. Very convenient to store and fast food.

Ben provides an extremely well kept and comfortable space for his guests and their furry friends. Only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and centrally located to any store or restaurant needed, this spot gets the highest rating for a VRBO traveler. Great job Ben.

This home was clean, efficient, and located near everything we needed -- particularly, Furman University. Easy communications and check-in. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Very clean and comfortable. Being a chef and from a family of want to be chefs the kitchen could use more tools and toys. A good coffee maker is also a need. Road out front is not a safe place.

It is a great place to stay. Super cute and updated. Plenty of linens and lots of cute dog friendly items. They had great suggestions for local places to visit. Ben was amazing to work with... very responsive and took care of anything we needed.

A quick trip to see the autumn foliage. we were so lucky to find this beautiful & cozy home. Super clean! Excellent location ! Truly appreciated that the owners allowed us to bring our 4 four legged babies! So we got to enjoy GVL with them. Thank you for all the restaurant’s suggestions and places to visit. Very thoughtful! ….Still dreaming about the stecca bread !!! . thank you Talia & Indy for the treats and for sharing your toys!

Cute house! Listing accurate. House clean and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay! A few things that could improve house: luggage racks, keurig or even regular coffee maker, blender. We appreciate all the amenities at house had like extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, trash bags. Thank you for sharing your home!

Let’s just say I’m as picky as they come and I loved this house!! Super comfy and Super clean!! Lots of space for everyone, which we always appreciate and 2 bathrooms which is always a plus, my puppy loved the dog dogs, she played with them the entire stay. We will return for sure 😉 Also very close to downtown Greenville

We had a disc golf tournament in Greenville and decided to make a weekend out of it. This house was great and super accommodating for our dog. The furniture was comfy. The ambient fireplace was great. They even had fun games for us to play in the evenings. Convenient to some mountain hikes and to downtown. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The only recommendation I have was to maybe ask the cleaning crew to use something other than Pine Sol as the aroma was a bit overwhelming on arrival, but it did let us know the place was clean- and it was spotless.

My teen son had a baseball tournament in the area. It rained for the three days we were at the property so we were very grateful to have all the amenities of home. He enjoyed sitting in the recliner and watching Netflix and having his own bedroom rather than staying in a hotel. We also enjoyed going downtown to the waterfall and going to the movies, all within 5 miles. I was able to work remotely thanks to the Wi-Fi. And the master shower…. I could have stayed in it all day! The property is as advertised and very clean. Would return again.

We were in town, with our granddog, for a graduation celebration. It was bright and clean and was just the perfect size for our group. And had all the doggie needs, right down to the food bowls and cookie jar filled w dog treats. It was nice to be able to relax and visit with some other family members that were in town without having to be crammed into someone’s hotel room. It made for a great weekend.

Overall it was good! *add Kleenex boxes in bathroom’s not paper towels *bedrooms felt like a dorm setting instead of a house. Comforter barely covered. Expected a little more

Location-The cottage was located in a nice area. It was as advertised, less than 10 from downtown Greenville, Swamp Rabbit. There were some really cool, trendy, new places very close by the house. We were able to get around with ease. House- bedrooms were all nice and equipped with necessary. The house had a lot of storage space as well. Kitchen was nice, there was a game area for adults and a cute little area for pets with accommodations. The couch/recliners were very cozy and we loved the fireplace. The deck area in the backyard was nice. It was overlooking the huge backyard. The area was quiet most of the time we were there. Communication was easy and the instructions for depart were straight forward. They even left a book with suggestions of things to do in the area as well as info on parks and other activies near. We had a great overall experience and would definitely recommend 👌 👍 😀

Everything was as it said and as the pictures showed. Very dog friendly (although no fence, but that was not a problem for us - just wanted to note it for others with dogs). Ben is very responsive to getting back to you with any issues you may have. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Check in process was super easy! Communication with host was great and quick! House clean and tidy upon arrival! We did encounter a problem with the AC on arrival and the host got the problem fixed very quickly. Overall great stay!

We were in Greenville for a wedding and we were meeting our two adults sons. The three bedrooms were very comfortable! The house was very well laid out and decorated very cute! Our fur babies were very comfortable in the pet friendly house.

This home was perfect for four adults (and two dogs) in town for a weekend wedding. Home was spacious and extremely clean. Had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to retail stores, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again if visiting the Greenville SC area.

Great spot!

Working in Greenville for the week this house proved to be perfect for our group. Boone loved all the dog amenities and enjoyed his stay as well. The driveway is a little tight for larger vehicles, but we were able to make it work fine! If you are traveling with your dog, this is a great spot! Would stay here again!

The house itself was fine but there are a few things that would improve anyones stay....Bedside lamps would be nice, a broom, a table on the porch, a few more cooking pots (there was only one large one), wine glasses ( we bought 2 and left them) and some glasses for tea, milk, water etc. All of the appliances were new & clean as was the house. The neighborhood was fine & quiet. I would have liked satellite or cable for the TV. We had no way to receive local or national weather & news. Woody
