Open floor plan and elevated patio which features a nano door to create a very cool indoor/outdoor space which is perfect in Arizona. Gourmet Kitchen stocked with all you need to dine in. Remodeled bathrooms for that luxurious feel. Very unique speakeasy style bar area which has fooseball, poker table, and a copper penny floor throughout.
Backyard is huge and has so much to do at every turn. Watch TV on the patio, lounge around the pool, or work on your golf game at the putting green. Home features multiple areas to grill and plenty of gathering places around the yard. A private and amenity filled oasis that offers something for the entire family.

Other things to note
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day of $400 per week. Must Notify Management at least 72 hours in advance of desire to heat pool to allow for heating time. At the time of your booking just message the management team on the VRBO app that you would like to have the pool heated and a payment request will be sent.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home.
Security Camera on premises
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 pet fee applies.
No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.
This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.
Absolutely no smoking in home. Smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
Please notify management if you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under so we can provide a child safety notice.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
