House was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room, pool was the highlight of the trip for us. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Mira was helpful and always quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed in the house with my family of 5. Three sons aged 16-21. They LOVED the lake and caught several catfish along with a huge 9 pond carp. (They released them all). I enjoyed watching a mother duck with her 3 young ducklings swim by every AM. And the dove song in the mornings while drinking coffee was magical!
They have a paddle boat and kayak which I enjoyed using. It is really close to restaurants with almost no traffic. We were there for a national rock climbing comp and it was great to come home and unwind in this great home between events.
Also massage chair in the living room (choose “swing mode”) AMAZING! I have to buy one now.
The kids also loved the pool table which converts to ping-pong. So perfect place for kids. They had so much fun!! (Great to see them off screens)
The host was so kind to provide snacks, a bottle of wine and some other drinks in a drink fridge.
What I also loved was…”check-out instructions: Do nothing. Just leave the key in the lock-box”
I hate it when I’m on vacation and I have to partially clean the house I’m leaving. We did clean up and put trash out and dishes in DW but so refreshing to not have to worry over a long list of “check-out instructions”.

We stayed here and couldn’t have been more impressed. Mira would respond almost immediately, and helped with any questions we might have had.
The pool area was perfect, we spent almost all day into the evening swimming, even with 70 degree temperatures because the water was so warm.
We will stay again.

My gosh, if you have the opportunity to book this home, BOOK it! Pictures do not do justice reflecting how incredibly beautiful this home and the backyard. Spotless furniture and linens, squeaky clean rooms and so much extras you can possibly need, peaceful surroundings and private backyard. It feels like you have your own paradise to yourself only. Mira heated the pool to a comfortable 88-90 degrees. The hot tub was amazing! The beautiful sunset we all enjoyed swimming in the warm pool was unforgettable. I cannot recommend highly enough this listing!

We had such a nice time. Everything was perfect. The inside had the wow factor. Then the private backyard with the lake and hot tub had wow wow factor. Very accommodating. Interaction was so helpful. We loved our stay. All the extras that come with the house like the boats, fishing rods, massagers, candles, complimentary snacks/dinks, bike, pool table, and sound system helped make it even more exciting, relaxing, and forever memorable for our two families coming together. Thank you to the owner. Come and stay here being well taken care of.

My husband was racing in the Ironman in Tempe and the location was perfect. We had 8 adults a teenager and 2 babies and there was plenty of room and activities for all! Mira is amazing and communication is above and beyond. If we do this race again in Tempe we will definitely be trying to contact her again.

We had 7 guys in our group in Chandler for an annual conference we attend every November. Long story short, I really hope this property is available again next year for us. The location of this home is perfect to get in any fire of Phoenix area! The lake is a wonderful amenity, and all the extras with the home were so great! There is also a park around the corner! Lots of restaurants and shopping needs very close by!

Beautiful stay!
We attended a wedding at a venue nearby and this rental was perfect for our group for the weekend! We absolutely loved all the included amenities and appreciated all the little details (some free drinks provided, cute welcome card, house speaker system, paddle boat + kayak, etc.) It was probably a little unnecessary to have the table set for 4 with dishes but it was a cute touch nonetheless.
We did have a little bit of a confusing time with the hot tub (our fault probably) but it wasn't a big deal since it was warm out anyways so we would just soak our feet in it when it was lukewarm.
The view of the lake was awesome, check in was easy, all the bedrooms were decorated very nicely, lots of space for a large group to hang out both inside and outside, and the entire place was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

I am definitely coming back
The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Mira left us so many cute gifts, drinks, snacks, and bathroom products. She was super easy to communicate with. I am 100% coming back with my new husband after we get married. There was way more space than me and my 10 friends needed. The paddleboat was a blast and the hot tub fit all 10 of us at one time using it.

Lovely Place!
We enjoyed our stay, the house is super cute with amenities and the lake view is gorgeous. The hot tub was hot enough and we enjoyed the paddle boat. Mira was great to work with! She always got right back to us when we needed something. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home!
I stayed with three family members at this beautiful home for four nights prior to Thanksgiving. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time in backyard viewing the ducks on the lake, using the hot tub, and the propane fire table and lighting was a plus! We were fortunate to have a breathtaking sunset our first evening, which was as perfect as the picture!
Mira was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The special welcome, along with other snacks, and beverages were greatly appreciated!
I hope to stay at this home again on my next visit to Chandler.

WOW! The best vacation ever!!
Mira’s house exceeded my expectations in every way. This home is absolutely beautiful and very luxurious! Quite honestly I was beyond impressed by the attention to detail that went into this home, it does not feel like a rental at all. We loved the spa with jets and gorgeous water view with trees everywhere. This place really puts you in vacay mode to the max. All of the furniture is very comfortable including the mattress, I had the best night sleep ever. It was a lot of fun and an experience I will never forget!
We already referred four friends after them seeing our pics! And we are planning our next vacation at this amazing house!

Hands down the best vrbo i've ever experienced!
The house was super CLEAN! You can't ask for a better place to stay! The property was spacious for all our children and the organization and cleanliness was impaccable! All the essentials and more were provided from the resrooms, laundry to kitchen/wine/beer/toothpaste and brushes, water bottles, too much to list. The view was gorgeous! Our children loved having their own rooms with TVs! The home was better than the pictures! The relaxing time at night in the hot tub with jets was the best for my wife and myself and a glass of wine that the host kindly left for us! Mira was the best host, always available, she went above and beyond getting all our requests fullfilled! She made our anniversary unforgattable! We will definitely be coming back again, no doubt! We did not want to leave!

Rent this property, it will not disappoint! I wish I could give it 10 stars!This vacantion rental exceeded all our expectations! Absolutely stunning with high end finishes! My husband, myself, and three kids had the most amazing stay in Chandler AZ. The house is impeccably clean! Great quality linens, fully stocked mini fridge with wine, beverages and water bottles, outdoor TV and three more Tvs inside the house, surround sound system! The attention to details were impressive (bathroom toiletries, fluffy towels, plenty of blankets, spices rack and more). The host, Mira was amazing! She went above and beyond to accomodate us with all requests, the flowers, the gift basket, the card were all made us feel at home and welcomed! Kids were staying busy entertaining for hours, jumping on a trampoline, enjoying jets in a heated spa, playing ping pong and at the end of the day taking a trip in a kayak.
Truly an amazing host and home! I highly recommend this home. and we already booked this home for the fall vacation!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!
We have stayed in many properties before and this one was hands down the very best. There’s so many good things to say, I don’t even know where to begin! For starters, the house is GORGEOUS! Views of the lake, the decor, finishes, everything. In addition, we are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I can honestly say we have never stayed in a cleaner house. Everything from the sheets, the couch covers, the items available to infants and children, the floors, showers, everything was spotless. Literally, corner to corner spotless. The location is perfect! Close to so many restaurants and fun things to do, across the street from convenient places like Starbucks, breakfast places, trampoline park for the kids, and grocery store just to name a few. Aside from all the great things around this house, it’s location on the lake is perfection. All five of us loved the hammock, kayak, swing, trampoline, ping pong table, jacuzzi, and fishing in the lake! Soooo many fish to be caught! Almost every cast ended with a fish on. Most times we come to AZ we go venturing out a lot but this time we were having so much fun at the house, we barely left! If you are traveling with your kids, this house is especially a must. It has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home! The host was amazing, welcoming, easy to talk to, and responded so quickly to any questions we had. With family living in AZ, we travel there quite often and we will never stay at another house again. Such great memories were made here. Do yourself a favor…. Book this! You won’t regret it!

Best VRBO we've stayed at!!!
We have stayed in many amazing properties for the past years, and none have compared to this one! This house has every luxury, the fire pit, the steaming spa with jets, the trampoline for kids, and a kayak. The beds were super comfortable! My brother loves fishing and he would always catch a few fishes every single time! All ten of us had plenty of room to sleep, shower, and enjoy the beautiful view ! The host was always available to answer any questions within minutes! This property will be the first one I look at and the only one I would want to book when returning to Arizona!
