I stayed at the guest house with my Mom and it was the perfect space for us. The bedroom is a good size & futon is super comfy - all the little details make great use of a small space without feeling cramped.
We enjoyed being able to get to the main area of culver city for some good food very quickly & loved walking to mill cross just a few blocks away. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our 4 day stay. Good location, provided with everything we needed and very quiet. Hope to be back soon.

The guest house is comfortable, cozy and quiet. We liked the central location between downtown and the beaches. Culver City offers plenty of delicious restaurants so we didn’t use the well stocked kitchen much, but appreciated the Pete’s coffee. Since we have a new car we also appreciated having off street parking. We hope to stay here next time we visit.

My daughter and I stayed here while in town. Patrick was so kind and a great communicator. The property is cute, clean and has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Our usual VRBO in Culver City (also on Huron) upped its rates, so we opted for this little back house (called an ADU, or accessory dwelling unit, in L.A.). It was cozy, quiet and comfortable. Well-stocked with ample bedding and enough kitchenware to make coffee and have a light breakfast (though, maybe, not a full five-course dinner for five). Coffee maker and filters make enough coffee for two mugsfull. Bedroom was compact with a comfortable if a bit spongy queen bed and lots of storage space (closets and drawers). Bathroom was similarly useful with a shower and lots of hot water, plenty of towels. (No towel bars, though; just hooks, as in Europe). Best thing was the dedicated off-street parking, meaning we didn't have to prowl for a space or move our vehicle on trash day. The nice lady who occupies the adjacent tiny dwelling unit waved hello, but her front door opens just outside the bedroom window, so we kept the drapes closed lol. We stayed during the winter; the wall heater kept the living room nice and toasty. The location can't be beat; close to Culver City's downtown attractions and to the 405 freeway to access anything. It's also about a 40 minute drive to Hollywood or the South Bay if that's where you'd like to go. We'll very likely want to stay again when we're back in town.

Perfect size and layout for a couple. Safe neighborhood with walking access to coffee shops and various eateries for all tastes. Very private with nicely updated bath and kitchen. Offstreet parking is a nice extra. Patrick was a great host and was always accessible for questions. We plan to return on our next visit to LA.

We were visiting our daughter in a near by neighborhood and this was the perfect location. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants and very convenient to the airport and various locations in LA. The property was clean and just as pictured. Staying for a week, we appreciated the access to a washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped. I walked every day and it was a pleasure to explore the area. I'd recommend this property.

First let me say that the home is cute with updated bathroom & kitchen, and in a good area. However, the home is small and older and only has one small AC window unit in the bedroom. There is a wall heater in the living room that although it was off, it radiated heat to the touch. There are three ceiling fans and three floor fans. We did not feel there was any inside air flow and/or ventilation. There is another small home that is just a few feet away and looks right in to the bedroom window which made us a little uncomfortable. In addition, the dish drainer had rust on the bottom, the water in refrigerator had mold on the bottom, and the pillowcases had dark spots/stains.

From start to finish, my husband and I had a pleasant experience at Patrick’s Guest House. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a private entrance, and a parking spot is included.
The house was clean and nicely decorated. We were impressed with the modern kitchen and kitchen supplies. There were plenty of towels and linens. The living room and dining area were comfortable, and the ceiling fans kept the house cool during the day.
The house is very close to attractions in the Los Angeles area. The trip to LAX airport is a very easy drive from the neighborhood.
Patrick is a very friendly and accommodating host. He responded quickly to all of our questions.
We will definitely stay again if we make a return trip to Los Angeles.

Our vrbo was not a studio but a cute little house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It had a modern kitchen, nicely furnished, nice living room with an eating area. The bedroom was a bit tight but had plenty of storage. There was storage everywhere! It was a bit warmer than usual but there were fans everywhere. The bedroom had an air conditioner which worked really well.
We had to call Patrick for minor stuff like how to work the stove top. It was a convection stove and I had never seen one. Patrick came over several times and was incredibly nice and patient with my questions.
We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean, renovated property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nicely stocked with all kitchen items, beach towels, etc.. We really couldn’t have asked for more.
The location is really good if you are planning on seeing a lot of LA - relatively short distances to many attractions, really easy to get to from the airport.
It was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great property, nice outdoor area, modern kitchen, onsite laundry. The living room got hot in the afternoon sun, but there were lots of fans, and A/C in the bedroom. Perfect base of operations for exploring the LA area!

Great location for us. Safe neighborhood. Kitchen has all u need plus good variety of spices and seasonings. We used the provided fans instead of air conditioning and were very comfortable. There were hangers available in the wardrobe. Plenty of linens and towels and even beach towels! Very nice washer/dryer available.
I had some dumb questions when we first checked in and Patrick very patiently answered them:)

We came to celebrate my son’s graduation from Cal Poly Pomona. This was a fabulous place to stay. Quiet neighborhood yet close to parks and restaurants. Very clean and the owner was very prompt and helpful in answering a few questions. This is the best property we have ever stayed! Hope to come back again.

Patrick’s place was amazing — clean, comfortable and spacious for my husband & I! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed: toiletries, plenty of towels, iron/ironing board. The bed, comforter and linens were clean and cozy — we both slept very well. Accessing the place was easy peasy with no issues and Patrick was quick to respond, even allowing us to check in an hour earlier. We would def stay here again!!

We traveled across the country to make this trip and it was worth it, especially for the chance to stay at this guesthouse. It is exactly as advertised - clean, quiet, and with modern amenities. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the bedroom had the most comfortable pillows I've ever used. Patrick is a hospitality professional and could not have been nicer.
Even the location is perfect - a safe neighborhood central to everything in Culver City and just a short ride to Los Angeles.

We stayed here during our honeymoon trip. We were needing a good central location to the many different areas we were going to such as Malibu, Laguna beach, Santa Monica/Venice Beach, Universal, West Hollywood, LAX Airport, etc. The property was clean, spacious, private, and SAFE- we walked down the street each night and it is a nice area. It also included parking which was important to us. Thank you to the wonderful Host, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Property was very comfortable, super clean and as pictured. It was a perfect place for me and my husband to stay for a few days. It’s in a great location and conveniently located close to UCLA where we had business to attend over a 3 day period. The check in was very simple and the host was great. I highly recommend!

Wonderful home to help ease the challenge of moving our daughter into college in nearby LA. Clean, quiet, and private! It met all our needs and was exactly as advertised if not better.

Patrick's guest house is great for a couple or a small family. It is clean, well-equipped, easy to get into and has a great location. Culver city is 10-15 minutes away from many LA locations and is a great place to visit on its own. We really enjoyed our stay there, even opting to eat-in sometimes and cook in the amazing kitchen.
Great stay overall, would definitely recommend!

Cozy and comfy!!!
My inlaws were in town for my wedding, and we all were extremely happy with the property. There was an assigned parking spot, and getting in and out was very easy. Everything was sparkling when we checked in. Patrick was very responsive and brought us clean extra towels himself the first day, so that he could meet us. He was willing to accommodate our needs.
The only (really minor) issue was we could not get our Italian coffee maker to work on the induction stove, but we fixed that quite easily with a portable hot plate!
Totally recommend this place, the location is perfect!

Wonderful stay in Culver City
We absolutely loved our time at Patrick's rental! The rental was clean and spacious, all necessities were provided, we particularly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, it had everything we needed to cook meals. There was a beautiful outdoor space and the neighbourhood was quiet and walkable. A really nice coffee shop was only about a five minute walk away. Patrick was very kind and offered a great recommendation to a restaurant we loved. Would 100% come back to stay!

The perfect place to stay in LA
We absolutely loved our stay. Patrick was fantastic throughout our stay providing excellent communication and great recommendations. The place is in a great neighbourhood with lots of thing on your doorstep but also close to the main sites.
We were travelling with our 9months old daughter and the garden was a lovely place to relax whilst she played.
We would highly recommend this place

Very well supplied, comfortable guest house
For a one-bedroom guest house, it didn't feel cramped at all; it was tastefully decorated and comfortable; and we really appreciated being able to prepare food at "home" and not eat out for every meal.
In fact, this guest house has the best kitchen of any small rental we have stayed in recently! The knives are sharp, the appliances work, everything is clean, and there is a dishwasher!
We also liked the yard, and ate lunch outside once or twice. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is far back from the road, so we pretty much only heard birds.
You can even walk to downtown Culver City --it takes a half hour, but we were happy it was possible to manage without renting a car for our visit!

Awesome stay
Patrick and his wife's guest house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay..plenty of towels avaliable including beach towels and ample space for 1 or 2 people.i didn't do any cooking but they have it stocked with everything you need to make meals. There is a Ralph's grocery store down street to grab things. The area is very quiet with alot of options for eating. Check in was easy and Patrick allowed me to have a late check out and he responded quickly to my i initial inquiries. I travel alot and always prefer other options besides hotels and this will be my go to spot when I am in town again.
