We needed a last minute modification due to when our ball schedule was released and Hunter was so quick to help us modify our stay. House was conveniently located to several things. Beds were super comfortable. It was very nice to come into a cool house upon arrival, especially during summer time in Arkansas! Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a moms weekend for my daughters sorority and we had a fantastic stay! Beautiful decor, very spacious and all the amenities of home. So close to campus also. Owners and property management are so responsive and great with communication. Will definitely be staying here again!

We were lucky to find this home while our AC was being repaired for a couple days The house is immaculate and very comfortable. It’s close to everything, and has everything inside you would need. The backyard is large and perfect for pups!!

My family was in a pinch when another property disrespectfully fell through. Hunter was super quick and friendly to help get my family into this place. We were communicated with quickly and arrangements were made to allow us in asap! This place was clean and had plenty of room for my family. Thank you Hunter for ensuring we were able to settle in and not to worry about the rest of our week in Fayetteville! I would totally stay at this location again!

We were a party of five ladies visiting our daughters for Mom’s Weekend festivities. The host was very accommodating and the home was very comfortable. I would recommend having a vehicle for transportation to campus. It’s not ideal for walking, but could be done if health and weather permit. Great property and we’d definitely stay there again!

Other than a minor snafu with check-in (incorrect code) the stay was great. The house has everything you could possibly need and is exactly as pictured.

Great location if you’re attending any Razorback games. However I wouldn’t recommend planning to walk to the stadium, it’s further than what you think (we drove & parked). Would stay here again.

This house was so nice, clean, in great location, had everything we needed, easy, comfortable, everything worked... basically everything was perfect. Thank you so much! We only had one night to see family we hadn't seen in a long time and it was perfect for us! The backyard was so great and the beds, towels, sheets, kitchen, bathrooms were everything we needed. Young kids were able to go to sleep while adults continued visiting. Perfect! So glad we didn't stay in a hotel. Our age range was 8-65.

Enjoyed staying in the three bedroom single story near University and historic district. Comfortable interior with well appointed kitchen and room for the labs to stretch their legs in the fenced in backyard.

Last minute trip to Fayetteville for sporting event at University of Arkansas. Location of house is just perfect! Hunter was very responsive with communication and attentive to anything needed. House was well stocked with anything you might need. Layout and furnishings were so comfortable and homey. An added plus was the fenced yard for the pup ... he loved it! Great stay and memories made in Fayetteville!
